I am rejecting this response because:Lew Blum's response, "where this person parked their vehicle where it was towed from that is where the battery got stolen," is unreasonableThat my car would be targeted on a busy, affluent, residential street in *** ***, among many other cars (there were no other filings of vandalism on that block of *** between that Saturday and Monday when the towing occurred), is very unlikelyThat it would be targeted in a neighborhood known to be a high crime area - the location of Lew Blum's headquarters - is much more feasible, and reasonableLew Blum did not provide adequate vehicle storage.The fact of the matter is, Lew Blum has been unhelpful, unresponsive by phone, and dismissive by E-mail - their business practices have been 100% questionableNo one will question thatIt takes one internet search, one read-through of their responses via this Revdex.com filing, or one interaction with them to see thisI'm confident that I am not the first or last person to call out Lew Blum for its business practices.Again, I have no doubt in my mind that Lew Blum did not provide adequate storage of my vehicle upon towing

It is convenient that Lew Blum towing has mentioned that this
litigation did not go into effect until 2/1/17, as claimant has validly parked in this lot with similar guest passes in the same spot in abundance of situations, however has never been towedSimilarly, it appears to be responsive behavior to this passed legislation for this predatory towing
Additionally, Lew Blum Towing has conveniently excluded the portion of the photo in which claimant's temporary parking pass was shown in the drivers side window next to inspection stickersThe image which this this was depicted and proven was shown to claimant upon arrival, in which the yellow temporary pass was prevalentClaimant also implores the Company to produce all photographs taken, as the image that the claimant was shown did indeed show the temporary pass, however the manager still claimed "this is not a valid pass." Please do not supply biased supportLew Blum Towing employee has already shown that other images do existPlease be truthful in all accounts of the events and please produce all photographs, including those that have not been produced, that will show evidence of a yellow temporary guest pass in the right hand side of the windshield next to inspection stickers as mentioned abovePlease ensure all pictures provided have time stamps for validity
I stand in my belief that the vehicle was towed in errorIn addition, I have different pictures which show the licenses not properly shown and the additional charges signage is not readily viewableThese licenses and documents were subsequently blocked (walking in front of window and blocking camera) by the manager upon his recognition of my taking photographic evidence

Once again, I would like to repeat that *** *** CONDOMINIMUM ASSOCOATION(***) is a private property and towing company should summon police to the site have the police report available BEFORE towing the carThe lame explanation that RADIO POLICE was notified cannot be not accepted because no material evidence was made available to me upon requestI presented the receipt from Lew Blum Towing to officer XXX of district # 15, and he assured me that this incident was not reported and there was no evidence of your phone callHowever, according to the law, the police should be physically presented at the property and a police report should be created and made available to the owner of the car. I would like to specifically mention, that your receipt states "unauthorized parking permit prohibited", which we both know is not trueNow you modified your initial statement and keep talking about the expired inspection sticker. Suchcontradictory statements are very confusing and presume wrongdoing. I personally suspect that the track driver decided to make quick money without taking any required steps, as in the most situations the car is indeed illegally parked and the owner is aware of that factHowever, in my case the situation is completely opposite, the car was properly registered and parked according to the valid permit, and I am also ready to protect my rights and my property.That being said, I would like to see a police report regarding to my caseIf that is not possible, I expect a full refund for an unauthorized towing of my carI would like to bring this case to mutually satisfactory results, before I will make the next step and bring you to the court and have the judge make a final decision. Before the vehicle was hooked to the tow truck all stores are checked to see if owner/driver is in one of the stores.once again before the vehicle hook to the tow truck to pictures are taken then we must call the police department give them the information about the vehicle after we get a ok

Hello we have read the complaint our tow trucks are wheel lift they are consider damage free . all over the world these trucks are being used. no part of the tow truck can touch the bumper. we don't scratch bumpers. how old are the tires maybe they need to be change. I would like to see...
