I had a meeting with our Finance Director, he explained that we had the customer financed through *** *** and she would not give the down payment which she promised to do when she took delivery of the vehicle.
If she had the down payment we would have

I was referred to this dealership by a friend I wish I had never gone to this dealership I am a person who do not have the best of credit and I feel that because of that I was given poor customer service by the sales representatives I basically signed all sales contract and financing paperwork for a Chevrolet Malibu LS and I traded a Chevrolet Equinox that was in my name an my ex-husband My ex-husband drove to this dealership hours 1/one way so that he could sign his name of the Equinox for him to call me and tell me that they (Lindsay Chevrolet) said I needed to bring the Malibu back The basically sold me the wrong car I was approved for a Malibu Limited which I told them that I was did not like I ended up having to bring the vehicle back The first sales representative Crystal K*** was rude because I had been trying to contact her previously and text her; she never returned any of my phone calls or my text messages I also worked with a sales representative Alfredo V*** and after he knew that I was upset of they treated me he became rude as well I have never had or heard of a dealership allowing a person to give a customer the wrong vehicle This was the worst car buying experience that I have ever had I will NEVER go back to this dealership or refer anyone to this location

My credit score has been affected by all these inquires
I returned the vehicle after a VERY INTENSE meeting with the dealership manager Yogi S*During this meeting he discussed changing by required down payment AND extending the payment from month, to months even as much as monthsSo at the time of my visit they couldnt have had secured fincancing because they were still "working the numbers"
I paid them approximatley $for mileage, ($175) and a detailing fee as well as a re-inspection fee totaling $544.00!!! Needless to say I am disappointed at the lack of customer service as well as the lack of integrity!!!Regards,*** ***

discussed his concerns
he explained his frustrations to me regarding what had
happenedI apologized for the inconvenience and any damage that may have
occurred while his vehicle
was in our passionI advised him that I would like to see the
damage he was talking about, he stated that he already had the car repaired
through his car insurance
I again apologized to him and ask what his deductible was
for the repairs he stated he paid $200.00, I then offered to reimburse him for
it
He stated no that's not necessary, but appreciated the offer
but I insisted that we would like to do that for him for the troubles
he went through, he then agreed to my offerI advised him he
would be receiving a check In five to seven business days
Inclosing [redacted] was very pleased that I called him and
was extremely thankful for the refund

I bought an extended warranty for my car. I crashed my car now don't have car, extended warranty not expired I need my refund. they said yes 7/31/15, they lost my paper work. Marc C[redacted] gave me the paper to sign again because he lost the last one. His supervisor Ariel or something brushes me off with it's in process call next week.Not happy with cavalier attitude of the supervisor not very sensible of my time I have to drive from Manassas va to Woodbridge va for same thing on something they sc[redacted] up on the least they can do is deliver it to me.

bought my wife's Chevrolet [redacted] from [redacted] in May of 2014. I took her car to Lindsay Chevrolet to have her windshield wipers worked on.  I started getting emails, phone calls and mailers about buying her [redacted]. We bought it for $13,500.00 and they were offering $2,000.00 less.  I told them "NO" and contacted the Revdex.com and asked that Lindsay leave me alone. After the Revdex.com contacted them they left me alone for a couple months.  But they have started once more.They have sent me emails and mailers offering me anywhere $9,100.00 to $1,200.00 I have tried being nice, I have even sent mean emails telling them to leave me alone. I'm tired of having my mail box and emails loaded with these requests.  I just want Lindsay to quite asking for my wife's car because we are not selling it. I want the Revdex.com to tell them to leave me alone or Iam getting a lawyer.
