I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After the company received a message that we were proceeding to file with the Revdex.com they then responded and our order was shipped.  They at NO TIME attempted to contact us by phone.  Our initial contact after ordering was that the product was out of stock and they asked if we would accept an alternative that was of equal quality.  We accepted the substitution as we were assured we could then shortly receive the order.  5 weeks passed after they cashed our check and still no shipment.  They are simply not telling the truth about their poor handling of this order.I have received my order.I will not remove my complaint simply because I finally got my product.

No this has not been taken care of.  They still have our money and will not return any phone calls or emails.
