Review: On June 24th, 2016 I placed an internet order for some Salon Towels. The total order amounted in $209.26 being charged to my [redacted] Card, on the next day after the order was placed. While it has only been a month, all phone numbers have been disconnect. The one number that does answer 804-549-0262 answers with no announcement as to the company, just leave a message. I have left several, with my order number. No one has responded. I am not even sure if it is a correct number, even though it is listed on their paperwork as being the company number. There appears to be no way to track the order, and the website continues to say "processing". I have no idea of a ship date (if one even exists). I have exhausted all means to contact this company, and have all but given up on receiving the desired goods.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire amount of the order refunded, or the order filled immediately and shipped.

Review: I ordered table cloths from them and they were not able to provide them. I cancelled the order and received an email confirmation that it had been cancelled. They told be that I would be credited my money and they have yet to credit it back to my credit card. It has been three weeks.Desired Settlement: credit my credit card back for the full amount of purchase

Review: An order (#[redacted]) was placed on-line during the Month of September 2014. It is now February 2015 and still no product has arrived. The Linen Company requested a check for payment before the order was processed and that was sent by us and deposited by them last fall. Repeated attempts, over the past three and a half months, to contact them have been met with unanswered emails/phone calls. Any information presented by the company has been in the form of "Stall Tactics," saying they would get back or respond to us with delivery information, which does not happen. I work at a not-for-profit retirement community and I have elderly residents who can not understand why our services have faltered, due to the unresponsive and unproductive nature of this Linen Company business. Just to give them one last chance to respond to our needs for delivery, I sent an email last week and called them this morning. no response to the email and no answer on two different phone numbers. This has gone past the point of being absurd.Desired Settlement: We are desperate need of the product...we have been for months. If this can not be performed, then a refund of all monies would be necessary.

Review: Placed an order for towels on 6/14/2014, mailed in check, they cashed check on 7/3/2014. E-mailed them on 7/30 2014 wanting to know when the product was shipping and got an e-mail back on 7/31/2014 stating they had received my payment and where in the process of moving and would be shipping my order in the next week.

I have not heard anything back from them since even though I have e-mailed them numerous times.Desired Settlement: Complete, and ship, the order.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 8/12/2014 and as of this posting, 9/18/2014, have not received the merchandise. My store manager has tried on four separate occasions to call them. No one has ever answered the phone at this company so my manager has been leaving messages with our company name as well as our receipt number and we have not received any correspondence back. Our company credit card was charged immediately for almost $300 but we have not received our merchandise.Desired Settlement: A full refund credit back to our credit card.

Review: I ordered linens that I have not received. Order placed 4/29/15. My check was cashed 5/16/15. I have made 3 phone calls and left messages without response.

I ordered from this company once before and had a similar problem. I thought it was simply an accident and ordered again since I was happy with the product. I will never order from this company again.Desired Settlement: I want my product.

After the company received a message that we were proceeding to file with the Revdex.com they then responded and our order was shipped. They at NO TIME attempted to contact us by phone. Our initial contact after ordering was that the product was out of stock and they asked if we would accept an alternative that was of equal quality. We accepted the substitution as we were assured we could then shortly receive the order. 5 weeks passed after they cashed our check and still no shipment. They are simply not telling the truth about their poor handling of this order.I have received my order.I will not remove my complaint simply because I finally got my product.

Review: On June 6, 2014 I ordered 24 pillows for our business and did not receive them after 10 days. I emailed The Linen Company and called them several times, with no response at all. I finally put a bad review on their website, which they never put up, and they finally called me. The woman said she has to find out why the pillows are on backorder and she would contact me in an hour. I never received a call again, that was at least a week ago. I again have made several attempts to contact them with no luck, I wrote out another bad review hoping maybe someone would contact me and nothing. What makes me so angry is that these people take your money so quickly but never deliver or answer their phones!Desired Settlement: I would really like my product that we paid for but am tired of dealing with a fraudulent company and would like my money refunded.

I have called them numerous times and sent numerous emails. On May 30, they assured me that I would receive the product within 10 business days. I have not received it. The Linen Company, Inc. replied to one of my many email messages on June 30 and said that they would refund my charge within 48 hours. I still have not received it. I have begun looking for a collection agency and will pursue matters that way. This company behaves unethically.

Review: On March 28, 2014 I placed a rather large order of products from this company. The invoice totaled $1487.49. After multiple phone calls, emails, and even fax, I was unable to ever reach anyone at the company and have never received a call back. I've used this company in past (appx 1 year prior) with no issue with delivery or with contacting a representative. At this point the linens I ordered are way over due and are needed desperately. I am forced to contact another company to order the same amount of linens and pay yet another $1500 to get them here for when I need them! At this point I will contact my credit card company and file for fraudulent charges.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded IMMEDIATELY. This is not a small sum of money. The total of $1487.49.

Review: I placed an order on November 20, 2013 using our visa card. The card was promptly charged for 2 tablecloths priced with shipping in the amount of $109.71. I have not received anything as on January 17, 2014. I have called and left messages inquiring about my order on three separate occasions. I have also left a message on the website customer service link asking for a response. As of yet I have not received a response of any type or the product I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like $109.71 to be credited to our Visa card.

Review: We made an order on October 29th 2014 for an item that we have never received. The order amount is $1048.89. We have already paid for this item. We have made numerous calls and left several messages with no call back. The phones always go straight to voice mail. Review: Order was placed on 5/12/14 for Brown Placemats. The amount of $260.94 was deducted from our company [redacted] on 5/12/14 but no product has been received as of yet. When trying to contact the company the calls are sent to voice mail. Several voice mails have been left and even an email.Desired Settlement: Answer the concerns of the customers and offer to refund their money. If the product is not in stock NOTIFY the customers. Do not CHARGE an account unless you have the items out for shipping.

Review: We ordered tablecloths online and paid with a credit card in June 2015. The charge of $342.49 appeared on our June Credit card statement but we had not received our order. We called and they told us to expect delivery between 9/21-9/25/15. When that time came and we still hadn't received our order, we were unable to reach them by phone, they would not return our voice-mails. We contacted them through their website using their Contact Us feature and they would not respond. We have left numerous phone messages, emails and inquires through their website. It is too late to dispute the charge with our credit card company because it has been too long since the original charge was made.Desired Settlement: We have had to order tablecloths from somewhere else so we are no longer interested in receiving our order placed in June 2015. We want a refund of $342.49 since we did not receive the product we ordered.

Review: I placed 3 orders on Sept 2, 2014. Our credit card was charged on Sept 2, 2014.

Since that time we have received no communicatons or delivery of product. I have left about 10 messages to the telephone number on their order confirmation form. I found another number on the Revdex.com site and called that number, discovered the extension for customer service and left messages. I sent two emails. All attempts to communicate have fallen on deaf ears. We have received no responses.Desired Settlement: Two options: communicate and deliver the products ordered; or

#2: issue a full refund immediately.

From reading all the similar complaints, this company is kitting customers money to keep the doors open. They keep customer #1's money for 4 months and then ship the product. Before they shipped the product to customer #1 they already had taken the money from the next customers without filling the orders, etc, etc.
