Review: I ordered towels in April and still haven't received the order. They charged my credit card over $1240 in April. It is now September and I still haven't received my order. I have email and called all of their contacts and left many messages. No one has called me back or emailed me.Desired Settlement: I need my order ASAP or a full refund on my credit card.

Review: we ordered tablecloths on Jan 27 2014 they said the order would be shipped in 4 days . the money was taken from my account within 24 hours. two weeks three weeks passed and no delivery now it is March 4 and still nothing . They will not answer any calls or emails they took 663 dollars from my account and I would like it backDesired Settlement: the tablecloths were a certain event which has come and gone .. Review: I placed an order on 12/13/13 for sheets, they charged my paypal account but I never received the sheets. I have tried many times to reach someone by phone, email and their website contact form but no response.

Review: I ordered linens (napkins) from this company two months ago and was told they would be shipped five weeks ago. They have not arrived and Linen Company Inc. will not answer the phone or respond to email.

Review: Products were ordered on November 23, 2014 in the amount of $133.03, and I was charged immediately for these products. I have not received any additional communication from the company. I called on December 2, 2014 and left three voicemail messages for the company inquiring as to my order and none have been returned (and no one answered the phone). I also sent two emails on December 2, 2014 about my order and have received no response. On December 3, 2014, I left a fourth voicemail regarding the delivery of my products, and again, no answer and no response. I was charged for something I have not received, and I have had no follow-up from the company regarding my purchase. It is as if the company disappeared.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered delivered -- and an immediate update on when that will happen. At this juncture, given the delays on their end. I also think it's reasonable for them to ship this overnight at their expense and no additional cost to me.

Review: I ordered 24 bed sheets from the Linen Company on 9-29-14 and my business credit card was billed $300.23. I have called the company twice and emailed once and have not seen my sheets or heard back from anyone and it is now 10-22-14.Desired Settlement: I would like the sheets! If that is not possible then I want my credit card credited back with $300.23 as soon as possible.

Review: We placed order #[redacted] for approximately $521.35 worth of linens for our business on April 7, 2014. On the same day, our visa was charged and we were issued a receipt. It is now June 10, 2014, and we have not received any shipment or other notification from them regarding our order. We contacted them once via email on June 3, as well as multiple times via phone (May and June). On May 20, my office manager was able to reach a representative named[redacted], who agreed that there was an issue with the order and that she would need to check with the warehouse for an update. That was the one and only communication from Linen Company, Inc., regarding this delay, and since then all calls have gone to voicemail.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive these products as soon as possible, since our business depends on massage therapy performed on well stocked and fresh linens. If the order cannot be fulfilled within the next two weeks, we require a full refund to the original visa account we used in the purchase.

Review: Our Hotel purchased $2636.08 in [redacted] in June of 2014. After the initial payment of $1318.04 on 06/10/2014 production of Linen was to begin. The second and final payment of $1318.03 was made 06/26/2014. During this time we were not notified about the state of our order or possible delivery date until several complaints were made. I was emailed and told the linen was in production the second week in July. I called Linencompany seeking an update, and sent emails inquiring about our order, along with several other members of staff. We were not able to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to our emails until 08/15/2014. I received an email saying that our Linen was now in production and I would receive an email within the next week about shipping dates. I have not heard anything back since. I have called and sent emails and still have not been able to reach any Linencompany staff by either method. On 09/12/2014 our Hotel requested via email that Linencompany refund the $2636.08 and cancel our order. It has been almost a month since that email and we still have had no response from Linencompany.Desired Settlement: To be completely refunded the $2636.08 for Linen we never received.

Review: On January 19, 2014, I placed an order by e-mail with Linen Company, Inc. for 48 full sized flat white sheets. I received an e-mail confirming my order from them. My credit card was immediately charged for $529.81 for the sheets and shipping. Since that e-mail, I have heard nothing from the company and have not received the sheets. I have tried at least four times to call the company and have left voice mail messages asking them to call me. I have also e-mailed them asking them to contact me about delivery of the sheets.

Because the sheets were needed for a time sensitive event, I have ordered the sheets from another company and have received those in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the $529.81 that was charged to my credit card since I have received no merchandise and have since ordered the sheets from another company.

Review: I ordered 10 table cloths on September 12th for this online shop. In order to get the discount I sent in a check. I tried calling a couple times to get the information on how to send but was unsucuessful. I went ahead and sent in the check and it was cashed October 8th. On October 31st I still have not received notification of delivery not the product. I have called numerous time since then and emailed the companies in box with no response.Desired Settlement: I paid $110.14 and received nothing in return. I no longer wish to do busines with this company and would like my money back immediately.

Review: We ordered 4 dozen mattress pads on May 29th, 2014. We still have not received them. I have been calling and leaving messages because no one ever answers the phone and have no response at all. Also have had no response to e-mails or faxes. Our credit card has been charged and has been paid. We need our order. Review: Hi, I ordered cloth napkins from linencompany.com. The cashed my check and never sent the napkins. The won't answer any of my calls. Review: Ordered 25 table cloths for a wedding on May 23rd, 2014. Website said expected shipping in 5-7 business days. Received an invoice for the purchase of the tablecloths totaling $225.23 for the 25 tablecloths plus shipping. I never received any further correspondence as to the completion or shipping of my order. I have emailed to check the status of my order several times and called the company phone number listed on the website and never reached anyone to take my call. Review: I placed an order for 16 square navy tablecloths on July 16, 2013 and have not heard one thing from them since receiving the invoice. I have emailed and left messages. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I will always check with Revdex.com before purchasing online again. What should I do? I paid through [redacted] in the amount of $137.03. Thank you for any help you can provide.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back if they are not going to ship the tablecloths. I have a daughter getting married in October and these were tablecloths for her reception. I became skeptical when I couldn't reach them and they didn't respond to my email.

Review: We ordered large quantity of items intended for employee gifts for the holidays in early November of 2012, our company credit card was charged but after a month we contacted them since the items were never received. After we attempted to contact the company several times via mail, telephone, email & fax we were able to speak with someone who cancelled the order, but never provided any verification of this with a cancellation number and our credit card was never credited. We continued to attempt to contact the company with no success and no response. We filed a complaint with the credit card company to report the fraudulent charges to our account. The credit card company has contacted us by telephone and mail to inform us the Linen Company claims to have issued a check made out to [redacted], rather than [redacted] and it was sent certified mail requiring a signature. We have to date never received this check and feel this company's practices are unethical and fraudulent. We want to protect other consumers from enduring the same unnecessary hardship. This company should not be allowed to utilize the credit card network if they are stealing from their patrons. This company's customer service seems to be non-responsive and has a blatant lack of concern for customer satisfaction.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund including the $85.00 shipping charge as soon as possible.

I spoke with the business and they stated that the sent a check and it got returned, they sent another check certified and that one also go returned, they found a physical address and sent the check [redacted] to that address.

Review: We ordered six table clothes totaling $97.35 on 3 December 2014. We have yet to receive the items. We have tried to call and have sent numerous emails as well as tried to contact them through their website but have never received a response nor the productDesired Settlement: We ordered these items for a customer who is patiently waiting receipt of these. We would like the product, but if not a full refund.
