Review: I placed a 3700.00 order for bedding 3/14. I was promised a 2-3 wk delivery time. Today is 6/30/14 and I'm still missing 2100.00 plus worth of merchandise. I have called, faxed, and emailed company repeatedly with only one return email and one returned call over the past 3.5 months. I was charged on my cc the day the order was placed and paid in full. I need this resolved. I am owed 40 mattress pads and 40 bedspreads.Desired Settlement: I repeatedly have asked for delivery of said goods. If unable I request my cc be refunded the charges for non delivered merchandise.

Review: We placed an order on-line with Linen Comapny on 05-05-2014 for 1 case of bath towels. Our credit card was promptly charged and we have yet to received our order. Total charges of $297.92. Product total of $253.46 and freight of $44.46. Linen Company order number is 215175. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the comapny by phone and email with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit charged back against the credit card used for this transaction.

Review: On November 10, 2015 I ordered 25 dozen linen napkins costing $170.42. The money was taken from my account 2 days after my order was placed. I sent an email the first week of December inquiring about my order and was told that the color I wanted was out of stock but would be available by December 9,2015 and would be shipped within 2 days. I sent another email at the beginning of January as I had still not received my order. I received a response that it was delayed but that I should receive it by the week of January 18, 2016. I still have not received my order. I have tried to call on numerous occasions and have only reached an answering machine. I have left messages but have not received any calls back. I tried to send an email, but my email was bounced back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order within the next month as my wedding is coming up. If not I would request a full refund as I will have to purchase them elsewhere.
