All the teams in our company are working tirelessly trying to resolve these issues so our customers don't have to suffer from missed or incorrect shipments. on Monday the 19th a customer service manager reached out to me to assure me that the order would be taken care of and you provide me with a tracking number for my shipment that same day. I have still yet to hear anything from this company I have also reached out again two more times to see were my tracking number is. I have tried the links on their website to live chat and you track my shipment  and neither seem to be in working operation.  Not to mention they do not have a telephone number that you could ever reach anyone on!  I am extremely disappointed and confused on how this company is still in business. Only time they seem concerned that their customers are reaching out to him is, when I have to get the Revdex.com involved. I either need my tracking number or my money refunded.

I am rejecting this response because: We just had to spend an additional $512.40 for rental table clothes to another company in addition to the $345.53 that we arleady paid to your company.  That's over $800 for table cloths.  To make matters worse, the company didn't even have the correct colors we needed for the table cloths so we have to settle for two different colors.   When you assured us via several chat conversations that we would receive the product.  It was only until yesterday that you informed us about your new warehouse system.  Why didn't you mention this before and we would have gone another route knowing that we needed these items as soon as possible.  That's why we paid the expedited shipping cost.  Our event is today, September 6th.  Delivery on September is 9th is absolutely too late.

I am rejecting this response because:I was already aware of the company switching to a new platform, however my issue was the horribly rude customer service I received and the fact that you are acknowledging that your website had issues that many of your customers complained about and your customer service representative insisted that no one else was having an issue. I am sure logs of the chats that your agents have with customers are logged. The agent was extremely rude and the apology did not  include anything about the my customer service experience
