May 21st, Dear *** ***,
Please accept this response to the complaint filed by *** *** *** with the Revdex.com*** *** described concerns he had as a buyer on our website, stating that the seller and Liquidity Services was in violation of a buyer’s purchase
agreement for transaction ID *** *** believes that our company is in breach of this contract because his dispute was denied.*** *** was the winning bidder of an auction for one (1) lot of items, including designer handbags & jewelry, purchased via Liquidation.comOn April 29th, he filed a dispute with our Customer Relations Department asserting that the shipment he received was missing the authenticity card advertised by the seller in the auction listing*** *** said that he had expected to receive the authenticity card for the Prada handbag, but that he had not received the authenticity cardHe stated “this was the most expensive bag in the lot and one of the only reasons we were willing to bid that amountWe will lose approximately $due to the failure to pack ALL of the items we paid for”He requested that the entire lot be returned at the seller’s expense, return only the Prada bag (at buyer’s expense) for $to be refunded to him, or we keep the bag and the seller issues a $refundOur disputes team reviewed *** ***’s claim and confirmed with the seller that the authenticity card was packed with the Prada bag and did not validate his claim that he was missing the cardThe seller was able to provide sufficient support documentation to validate full shipment of all items due for this transaction, including authenticity cardThe seller stated the claimed missing authenticity card was shipped inside the purse and there was no support documentation received to validate the need for a shipping claim concerning damage or tampering of the package(s) during the shipment processThe seller of this lot is a reputable and punctual client of Liquidation.com and we have no previous complaints for lack/loss of other authenticity cardsWe regret that *** *** was dissatisfied with the auction services provided by Liquidation.com; however, we feel that this matter was handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Liquidation.com marketplaceRegards,

the complaint filed by *** *** *** with the Revdex.com*** *** described concerns he had as a bidder on our website, stating that the seller and Liquidity Services were in violation of a buyer’s purchase agreement for transaction ID *** and *** *** believes that our company is in breach of this contract because his dispute was denied.*** *** bid on two auctions each was for one lot of *** *** tools (returns) and *** *** plumbing products (returns) on Liquidation.comOn August 14th, he filed a dispute with our customer relations department asserting that the shipment he received was not in the condition listed and grossly misrepresented*** *** stated “most of my shipment was damaged or missing parts also dirty”*** *** also provided pictures to support his claim. Our disputes team reviewed *** ***’s claim and concluded that the auction listing was accurate and the units he received matched the auction listingThe auction listing states that the items are returned items and they are not tested for functionalityThe condition type was listed as returns which are described as having some operational and/or cosmetic problemsDepending on a company’s return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of useIn addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handlingAs such, his claim was denied. We regret that *** *** was dissatisfied with the auction services provided by Liquidation.com; however, we feel that this matter was handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Liquidation.com marketplace.Thank You,Amanda O***Compliance AssociateLiquidity Services

*** *** filed a dispute with Liquidation.com on 5/26/regarding the quality of the items received The auction listing had the items listed as salvage and we sent the following communication to *** ***’s email of record informing him of the decision made regarding his
dispute.Message sent: 2017-06-10:55:18Message to: ***Message from: ***Message: ***--Thank you for your patience while we reviewed the dispute claim for Transaction ID [***]We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to award the dispute in your favor for the following reason(s): 1) ITEMS ARE PROPERLY LISTED AS SALVAGESalvage assets have been identified as defective for reasons concerning their functionality, appearance or bothSalvage assets usually can only be used for parts and are therefore recommended for professional buyers specialized in repairs or resale partsThe status for this transaction has been moved to "Paying Seller" and the funds will be released to the sellerShould you have questions, please call our Customer Support Department at ###-###-####

if you are paying by other method then credit card you are done with them as they will close you dispute without refund, the only way you can do is file a Revdex.com.com complain to have Revdex.com help you for the refund,
the problem I had with them is over months and they don't update my transaction so I cannot file dispute and after months I called them and finally one of the customer service update it and I can file dispute for over transaction that is over pallets of junk has been sitting in my garage for months, after weeks of the open dispute they told me to prepare all pallets of items and wait for ups come pick them up and give me a certain day to wait, l waited no show up and called them again next day and said wait again, again and again finally found out ups don't accept this type of shipment, then they told me to return to the warehouse and tell me wait again, again and again for the warehouse to ok for the return and finally the warehouse doesn't accept the return either and now they try to offer me a very low partial to end this, if they offer partial at the beginning I will properly take it as been with business with them for over year, but now because they told me prepare all unit for return so I have to put all the unit back in the pallets and spend hundreds of dollars for the pallets and the warping material and have all the pallets sitting in my side yard because they can't fit all in my garage for over pallets and waiting for them to pick for over two weeks so all the item been in the sun and went thru rain/shower which can't get any more profit and now they blame on me putting the unit outside and not allow me to return for full refund, they give too many excuse to try to force the buyer keep the garbage for high valuethis is not the business they do before, since they close the Sacramento and Fullerton warehouse and replace all the online customer service for low paying job then their service is dropping and is not worth to do business with them any morestay away for from this company or you will end up dumping garbage for them

The units were properly listed as SalvageSalvage units have been identified as defective for reasons concerning their functionality or appearance - and most can only be used for parts, and they are sold "as-is, where-is"This auction, clearly states that some units may be carrier unlocked,
meaning compatible with multiple carriers - not meaning in working condition. Additionally, our listing description goes on to warn potentially bidders/buyers that the Salvage merchandise description is "intended for professional buyers, as most can only be used for partsThese assets are offered "as-is, where-is" with no returns, guarantees, or claims as to working condition." Therefore, this auction was not guaranteed to be in working order.Auction listing attached for reference

June 25, 2015Dear *** ***, Please accept this response to the complaint filed by *** *** *** with the Revdex.com*** *** described concerns she had as a buyer on our website, stating that the seller and Liquidity Services, were in violation of a buyer’s purchase
agreement for transaction ID *** *** believes that our company is in breach of this contract because her dispute was denied.*** *** was the winning bidder of an auction for one lot of designer & brand shoes (used), purchased via Liquidation.comOn June 10th, she filed a dispute with our Customer Relations Department asserting that the shipment she received was not in the condition listed; grossly misrepresented*** *** stated “Some of the shoes are damaged on the heels and foot bedThe pictures posted are not similar to these shoes neither the brands posted on the manifest list.” *** *** submitted photos and a video to support her dispute. Our disputes team reviewed *** ***’s claim and concluded that the auction listing was accurate and did not validate her claim that she did not receive unit brands and types in the condition represented in the auction listingThe auction listing clearly states “you will receive the items similar to the ones shown in the picture, used, some of them may have scuffs and show signs of wear due to usage.” Also, the auction listing did not include a manifest list. Our disputes team replied to *** *** stating “The support provided shows the units have been received properly represented under used condition as defined in the auction listingThe seller has provided unit brands as described, however, has not provided a detailed manifest of specific unit brands to be receivedThe auction details properly describe the unit types to be received”As such, her claim was denied. We regret that *** *** was dissatisfied with the auction services provided by Liquidation.com; however, we feel that this matter was handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Liquidation.com marketplace. Complaint: ***Thank you for your responseHowever, there are still few things that are not clear and not rightFor the dispute of *** Smart Case, I have submitted photo proofs to [email protected] on September 22, and got denied for no reasonRegarding to Lightning to USB Cable, I can understand your reasons to denyThe 'generic' is the only support you are using to justify that this was fairHowever, whether this cable is 'generic' or not is very importantThe picture describes the product as 'Lightning to USB Cable' and this is exactly what 100% genuine *** usesBecause generic cables and genuine cables are almost exactly same, it should have been explicitly described as genericA generic cable would only cost 1$ to buy from online individually, but *** cable would cost 19$However, the seller failed to provide this important information explicitlyTherefore if the buyer has mistaken this as a 100% genuine *** Cable, then buyer should have the right to request refundAdditionally, there are little information regarding to the product where exactly it was manufactured, whether it's legal; because it is imitating ***'s packaging and cable designThis is a substantial disappointment because it is times less worth than what I expected it to beFor example, if you are selling an 'fake' *** 6, you have to make sure that the buyer know that he is buying a 'fake' not a real oneJust because there is one word 'generic', you can't deny refund because you described with one wordAnd we are talking about liquidation.com correct?
If liquidation.com is a major liquidity service and professional company with a good-reputation,
liquidation.com should be able to refund this product with no problemfew hundreds of dollars is probably not that big of a deal to such a huge company like Liquidation.com but it is a very large amount of money to meI think refund for both products are very possible with just out of good-will

June 10th, 2015 Dear *** ***,Please accept this response to the complaint filed by *** *** *** with the Revdex.com.
*** *** described concerns he had as a buyer on our website, stating
that Liquidity Services wrongfully normalized his bid. *** ***
believes that our company is in
breach of this contract because his bid was normalized and his account was suspended
temporarily.On May 28th, *** *** was placing a bid on an
auction for one lot of items, including *** transmission part kits,
purchased via Govliquidation.com and he placed an auto-bid in the amount of
$20,Government Liquidation’s auction monitoring team found *** ***’s auto-bid amount to be an error as it was a drastic jump in bid
amountThe monitoring team normalized *** ***’s bid, temporarily suspended
his account and sent him an email to inform him that his account was
temporarily suspended and he needed to reply back to the bid retraction email
with the information requested to have his account activated again.*** *** replied to the bid retraction email stating he
had every intention of bidding $20,188.00, however, the sale was closed at that
timeThe customer service team activated *** ***’s account*** ***
then sent an email to the management team explaining the situation and
requested to have the property relistedManagement replied to *** ***
stating “Based on the bid amount and sequence of the bids, this was determined
to be an error and was normalizedProperty will not be relisted”.Per our terms and conditions, Liquidity Services may limit,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Re-defining "Shelf-Pulls" to fit the condition of "obviously used" products isn't acceptableShelf Pulls, while they may have signs of wear, shouldn't be without ALL of their packagingThe condition of these games - both inside the case and outside - clearly reflects "USED." There should be no need for employees to open a package that still has the cellophane packaging on itAs for the "Not for Resale" items, some have the sticker on them, while others have it permanently printed on the plastic casing, but ALL of these have no bar codeMajor retailers use the bar code to maintain inventory tracking and the "Not for Resale" items typically are packaged as part of a larger pack and meant to accompany other gamesStores do not sell these ALONEI go back to the original reasoning, provided in prior correspondence, that these products are in POOR conditionCondition that goes well beyond the potential wear they may incur when handled by employees / machinery when they are pulled from shelves and moved to the warehouse for re-distributionLiquidation Services, Inchas a category of USED and they, and their seller, should have listed this under thatThe seller, Scentsations582012, has yet to be identifiedHiding behind an alias only provides them with protection when fraud is committedThe seller, too, needs to answer for this and be held accountableWhat happened to honest business practices?

*** *** was the winning bidder of an auction for a lot of *** * video games in Shelf Pulls condition purchased via Liquidation.comOn February 1, he filed a dispute with our Customer Relations Department asserting that the shipment he received was not in the condition advertised by the seller in the auction listingHe said that all of the games had been opened and that many of the game cases were scratchedHe also found that some of the game discs were scuffed and that some game instruction manuals were missingA few games even had stickers indicating that they were “not for resale.” *** *** said that these items were should be considered Used and not Shelf Pulls as indicatedHe requested a full refund
Our disputes team reviewed *** ***’s claim and concluded that it could not be honored because the items were properly listed as Shelf Pulls, which are defined on our website as follows:
Shelf Pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never soldThey usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns and have been exposed to appreciable customer contactIn addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handlingAccordingly, Shelf Pulls can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing
*** *** then requested that his dispute be reopened for further consideration and provided photo support of the two “not for resale” gamesHowever, our secondary review also determined that his photo support did not validate the dispute claims for the lot in its entirety

I am rejecting this response because:Salvage items may miss accessories and are for professional to pull some parts and sell those, I get that, but what can I sell if there are no parts on it? Also, the auction says missing accessories, it doesn't say it has missing parts, they are totally different. This auction was for Computer Desktops, not computer parts. If the description or the title says Salvage Computer desktop, at least I should get that, full computers with missing accessories and that doens't work. This auction should have stated that computers have missing parts or maybe listed it like computer parts
