We reject this response, we have spoken many times with client regarding her bill and delivery. Her move at no point doubled. It went up from $3020.00 to $4432.00, out of the $4432.00, $800.00 was only for packing. Client had bulky extra items, she called one day before pick up and asked to take...

something off and add something in replacement, you can only do updates 3 days before pick up, but we went ahead and did it. We emailed the confirmation and if something was wrong she had to call and change. When she called after the pick up she named items that she said previously were in the estimate, but we explained that we looked through all her changes and most of the items she named were never on no estimate. She was estimated at an amount of space and she went over and she was given the option if to just fill up the same space or take more and she decided to take more, Some items stayed behind because she chose other items to go. Movers did see the broken bulb but it was there since they arrived, they figured the client was aware. Our movers wouldn't do something like that specially knowing there was children. Client also stated her items had to be delivered a certain day, she didn't pay for no direct delivery, we have a window, and all this information was told to her and emailed. We explained we need to receive pick up payment, till this day client had not paid, she calls to yell and the last conversation with her she stated she would reach a lawyer and contact her military friends. As stated on contract, we need to receive payment for pick up as soon as possible.

Good Morning Client was told many times that we do not do visual estimates. This job turned out to be way more than estimated. Client agreed and all she asked was to call her father for he can pay. The father was the one that didn't agree but we explained his daughter had extra and huge items....

The amount charge was the fair amount for your job. Therefore we don't find this job applicable for anymore discounts. Thank you

We reject this complaint and see it as a resolved case. Client was aware regarding the pick up date, we called one day before pick up to let her know between what time. Wife was in the hospital, so the husband confirmed the pick up. When wife called to book she stated she didn't have an inventory...

Once we got to pick up and we opened the storage client had over 1000 CF of space. Husband was explained and he agreed, he had the option of leaving some items behind for it can go down on price but he accepted on the price. The next day after pick up, wife called and told sales agent that she was told by someone that she had less than a 1000 CF, that she only had 800 CF and she just wanted to pay for that. She was explained from pick up that she went over what she was estimated and that for us to take all the price would be $5235.00 and that was agreed. Client did speak to the manager and it was explained. They agreed once again on the phone and her items are in transit to delivery address.  Thank you
