Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I emailed back and forth with [redacted] and [redacted] regarding my order and now I have not heard a response in three days [redacted] was emailing me back and forth and said she would look for my orderNow, I am receiving no response from either one and my refund still has not been issued [redacted] has been saying for months that she would request my money be refunded, so that is not a resolution to my complaint Regards, [redacted]

This order was in the name of [redacted] *** There has been some confusion with the name used in emails which was *** I got her Eden to mail this week and have ready to mail on Tuesday morning I will mail to her at whichever address she would like Thanks, [redacted]

I responded to this email asking for a prompt fix to the issue and now days later I have still yet to hear how they will fix the problem or had any response from them at all since their email to me on September 13thTherefore, I am rejecting their response because they still have not tried to fix the issue at all - all they have done is tried to appear like they might fix the problem Regards, [redacted] ***

I show this order was mailed on March 4, I remember mailing it It should have been there by now Please let me know if you don't receive it in a few days and I will get them to remake and will send again Thanks, [redacted]

Liz Hebry Jewlery "accidentally" charged my credit card additional times without my permission for over $1,After months of me politely contacting the owner asking for a refund on my card she gives me the same run around-file a dispute with your credit card company, we will take full responsibility and a refund will be issued immediatelyWell here we are months later with no refund and no explanationThis is completely unacceptable not to mention illegalYou cannot "accidentally" charge somone's card multiple times and not refund their moneyHorrible customer serviceHorrible business
