I am rejecting this response because:The business did finally respond to an email saying that "they are tying up many loose ends" and "would love to make this right for [me]." I
responded to this email asking for a prompt fix to the issue and now days later I have still yet to hear how they will fix the problem or had any response from them at all since their email to me on September 13thTherefore, I am rejecting their response because they still have not tried to fix the issue at all - all they have done is tried to appear like they might fix the problem

I am rejecting this response because: I also want to talk with one of the two owners, not *** because she has been completely aware the entire time that the order was dealing with me, but mailed to *** as stated in emails from her dating back to December 28, (see attached email traffic)That is not the reasoning behind this horrible customer service and failure to give me a purchased productAnd obviously I want the piece mailed to the ONLY address that was ever given, that is on the order receipt (see attached), and to which all other pieces were sentSo in conclusion, I want 1) the piece, Eden, mailed to the only address ever given, and 2) I want contact from one of the owners

***, I am so sorry you have not received your entire Liz Henry order. I do show that we mailed your floating pearl 18" silver on December 18. We are having trouble getting the rope cross. Would you like to substitute something else? We will be glad to do that.
