I show this order was mailed on March 4, 2015.  I remember mailing it.  It should have been there by now.   Please let me know if you don't receive it in a few days and I will get them to remake and will send again.  Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I emailed back and forth with [redacted] and [redacted] regarding my order and now I have not heard a response in three days. [redacted] was emailing me back and forth and said she would look for my order. Now, I am receiving no response from either one and my refund still has not been issued. [redacted] has been saying for months that she would request my money be refunded, so that is not a resolution to my complaint.

Liz Hebry Jewlery "accidentally" charged my credit card 3 additional times without my permission for over $1,000. After 3 months of me politely contacting the owner asking for a refund on my card she gives me the same run around-file a dispute with your credit card company, we will take full responsibility and a refund will be issued immediately. Well here we are months later with no refund and no explanation. This is completely unacceptable not to mention illegal. You cannot "accidentally" charge somone's card multiple times and not refund their money. Horrible customer service. Horrible business.
