I am rejecting this response because:The business did finally respond to an email saying that "they are tying up many loose ends" and "would love to make this right for [me]." I responded to this email asking for a prompt fix to the issue and now days later I have still yet to hear how they will fix the problem or had any response from them at all since their email to me on September 13thTherefore, I am rejecting their response because they still have not tried to fix the issue at all - all they have done is tried to appear like they might fix the problem

We delivered Mrs. [redacted]'s entire order to her home on December 24, 2014.  [redacted]...
