Terrible company, I was guaranteed my address situation would not be in issueI brought this up in the FIRST MINUTE OF THE CALLI did not want to waste my time, have my credit checked, information ran, etc if me being a traveling sales agent was an issueI was assured it was notweek later of back and forth calls, getting my hopes up, giving private information, time on the phoneand what do you know
Denied because of the address issue!
THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP IN THE FIRST MINUTE OF THE QUALIFYING CALL!!!
Get a loan elsewhere
these people come off extremely rude and condescending
NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
MOST LIKELY A SCAM

I also received via the IRS response a letter dated June 6, from FAW *** claiming the sale of FIP My loan application was a minor emergency as I was leaving the country and contact with lender was primarily on the phone after my online applicationFAW *** shows Transaction Details and the seller is ME? It indicates a Pension Company as Department of Veterans Affairs for payments to FIP $monthly payments for monthsI began payments Jan 2, and have made payments for over two years

On March 10, I called Loanme to see if I could change my due date just for the month of March to the 25th instead of the 15th because my husband was laid off his job SO I have to carry the loadI have never missed a payment PERIOD with this company nor even spoke to anyone since getting the loan my payments have always went through on the date and time of the due date Well the unprofessional customer service Rep immediately wanted to attack me by constantly asking why I need to change the date after I told her my husband lost his job I was not trying to get out of a payment nor defer a payment I just wanted to simply change the date to my PAY DATE! Once I told her how she was harassing ME and using intimidating language toward me she tried to back pedal as if she was trying to help me I simply asked just to change the date for this monthfinally after further harassment I just said forget it leave it where it is and hung up in her face she wasn't trying to help On March

My experience with this company is terrible I got a loan for $and I've being making payments of the first one and then if $each month for months, now I called them today 03/31/to pay off my loan and they said that my total is $3850!!! LoanMe was provided my contact, and personal information by a Utah firm named LendioLoanMe accessed by credit report on Equifax without my permissionThis was a soft, and hard pull without my authorization
I was contacted by individuals by the name of: Jermane *** and Naisha *** by both telephone and emailThese individuals claim to be employees of LoanMe
I did return a few employees think that this was a lender for Small BusinessInstead, after reading hundreds of negative reviews, LoanMe is a Predatory Lender located in the State of California charging small business customers, and consumers loan rates of 300-500%
When Naisha *** contacted me she did not disclose that I was being recordedCalifornia is a two-party State and both the party recording, and myself must agree to being recordedNaisha never closed this warning
Instead she had all of my personal information and asked to run my creditAt that point I DID NOT GIVE MY AUTHORIZATION I immedi

This is a jokeMy credit is - not great; but goodI applied for a personal loan for $10,to do some home improvement workThey told me I was approved and just needed to verify my bank accountAfter "verifying" my account four timesThey said it had only been open monthI have had the account for 20+ years and called the bankI called back my "Senior Loan Agent" Andre to tell him they were checking my wife's Christmas Club account and not our checking accountThen a Customer Service Rep called to ask me some questions to verify my identityI answered everythingHe said I would be getting a call from Andre with good newsI literally was hanging up with him - when I got the "decline" letterIndicated because of my credit score and delinquent accountI missed one payment of $back in Other then that, I have credit card, no loans, nothing....Amazed at the fact that they literally ran me through the ringer and after verifying my identity - declined me? what a jokeWhat is worse, I wasted an entire day dealing with these people, wasted part of my wife's day and all I got was a hard hit on my credit! Stay away!!

LoanMe, Incis a predatory company under the guise of providing fair small business loansThe interest rates that LoanMe charges are criminal at best! Imagine taking out a loan for 15K, but LoanMe only funds 13K but charges you as if they funded the full amount?
But that's not the kicker, remember that interest rate I mentioned about being criminal? After my phone call with LoanMe, they are stating after a one plus year of consistent payments without fail, I still according to their records has a whopping payments left????? those payments comes out to a whopping "$91,536.30"!!!!!!!! There was no disclosure of terms, interest rates, or how the amount being paid monthly don't come close to covering the principle!!!!!
Criminal as I said before, steer clear of LoanMe at all costs!

LianMe is very unprofessionalTheir customer service have no clue about the loan I took and can’t explain why the interest are so highThe loan should be lowered I paid a higher payment plus the automated paymentThe loan stayed higher then it should be when I made the additional paymentI fell taken advantage of, robbed is the word!!

The loan from Loan me is a predatory loanI need a contact in Maryland that can walk me through what needs to be done to cancel itTHye have been paid in full and made plenty of interest

I utilized Loanme's website for a $10k loanAfter providing them my SSN & income information, the sent me an offer e-mail of 35.16% interest rate As I was signing off on the paperwork, I noticed it said 99.75% interest rateWhen I inquired about it, they told me it is because other businesses charge via a loan origination fee, whereas Loanme does not Later, I realize this is not trueLoanme did charge me a $origination fee & I was going to pay $61,in interest over the course of the loanI had to wait a year (after I paid almost $12k in interest) before I could qualify for another loan at 17.90% interest rate

A $3,personal loan from LoanMe Inc (opened 3/2015) is showing up on my *** credit report which I have no knowledge ofI tried disputing this errant account multiple times through *** directly, but it always comes back as "Verified" by LoanMe Inc

This "financial" company preys on the poor and desperateSomeone in my household got a loan for $5,over months ago after viewing their commercial online and needing to pay off another billThey paid $495/month for over 17+ months and when we finally called to ask for the pay off we were told that it was over $5,000!!! After making payments, at that time we were informed that the loan held a 110% interest rateI understand that they signed it without reading fully but that is my point! This company preys on the desperate and it's practices are so shady
I wanted to share my experience and expose companies like this

THIS COMPANY REPORTED INFORMATION TO CREDIT BUREAUTHIS IS ABSOLUTE SCAM AND INTEREST RATES ARE 120%
BE AWAREI AM GOING TO SUE THEM FOR DAMAGE TO MY CREDIT PROFILE EVEN BY PAYING THEM OFF IN FULL, AND THEY REPORTED ITS PAID AS SETTLEMENTWORST AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WORK WITH

About a year and half ago, I took out a Personal Loan in the amount of $3,from LoanMe, Inc, and my payments are $a monthIn March, I called to discuss the loan and request a pay-off amount at that time over the phone I was quoted $3,I asked the representative how that could be possible if I have been paying the loan on time every month for the last year and a halfThe representative stated that when they provide personal loans they advise borrowers to pay more than the amount due in order to bring down the principal sooner than disclosed in the Schedule of PaymentsAt that specific point in time, I didn’t have time or energy to research the issue any further as I was in the middle of selling my house, re-locating, and burying my parentsI called LoanMe, on 5/23/to obtain a new pay-off quote as now that all is settled, I would like to pay the loan offWhen I spoke to Customer Service and requested a pay-off amount, I was quoted an amount of $3,over the phon

I sent in the businesses monthly payment and filled out their form to direct debit from the business accountI received a call in July stating that I needed to contact themI did and received a very rude person on the phoneI told them what I did and who I wanted to talk toThey said they made a note and I would receive a call back if there were problemsI never received a call back or anything from that point forward from Loan MeWhen checking my credit report it says the loan was charged offThey did not bother to let me, or the business that took out the debt know there was any payment issuesI have talked with the business owner and they were never contacted by Loan Me eitherThe payments were taken from my account via ACH or sent in via check until July However my credit report shows that after paying for over a year we still owed $of the $loanThis is also inaccurate based on the loan documentation we received when the loan was taken out

LoanMe,
Inc., (“LoanMe”) is in receipt of the consumer’s above-referenced complaint,
and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the
matter. Please allow this to serve as
our formal response
LoanMe’s
records indicate that our customer obtained
an unsecured consumer installment
loan on April 13, and was subsequently funded on April 14, 2015, in the
amount of $3,minus a $pre-paid finance charge/origination
fee.
In
compliance with the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), LoanMe’s Promissory Note and
Disclosure Statement (“Note”) properly displayed the loan terms and provided
the required disclosures, including the interest rate, the Annual Percentage
Rate (“APR”), the Finance Charge, the pre-paid finance charge/origination fee
amount, and the repayment schedule of months. In addition, the terms of the Note stated
that interest is calculated on a 360/simple interest basis, and that the
loan can be paid in part or full at any time without incurring a prepayment
penalty. Our customer signed the
document electronically in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global
and National commerce Act (E-SIGN), indicating that she read and agreed to the
terms and condition of the Note
LoanMe conducted a “Welcome Call” after
the loan was funded on April 14, 2015, at which time the terms of the loan were
explained once again, and our customer indicated she did not have any questions
or concerns. Our customer was
also provided with a full amortization schedule as a part of her loan document
process. It indicated the amount of each
loan payment that would be allocated to principal and interest if loan payments
were made only as scheduled. As with
most loans, and consistent with the terms of the Note and the amortization
schedule provided to our customer, payments made towards the beginning of a
loan have a greater portion of the payment allocated toward interest and less
towards principal. Over time, and as the loan is paid down, a larger
portion is allocated to principal until the loan is paid in full. LoanMe encourages our customers to pay extra
amounts toward principal to pay the loan off earlier than scheduled, and to
reduce the overall expense of the loan compared to when making payments only as
scheduled
Our
customer raised a concern regarding the payoff amount for her loan. The reason for this is because the payoff
amount is comprised not only of the principal amount owed, but also any
interest (calculated on a daily basis as indicated above) that had accumulated
on the loan
We
thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to
clarify the matter for our customer. If
our customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact LoanMe
directly at ***
