I found myself in a rare situation in being cash poor when a parent had a heart attackNot knowing any better, I borrow money from LoanMe, knowing I'd pay it back in two automatic paymentsI received the funds, paid the loan back in the two automatic payments, received paperwork stamped in full and then received an overpayment refundSuddenly, over the past week I've experienced over collection phone calls in days and threatening emails stating they are trying to collect a debt and I owe moneyRepeated requests to speak to a manager fell upon deaf ears until I threatened to report them to the Revdex.com and to file a harassment lawsuitI'm still waiting for resolution and am very worried they will leave a black mark on my credit reportSTAY away from this shady, underhanded, unprofessional crooked business

I had contacted loanme to make a settlement on loan #***, that was taken out Payments had been made and the account was in good standing The proceeded to give me a settlement of over 90% of what was owed from the total principle I accepted the amount on a recorded call, they however then charged me the remaining amount of the principle to my account, on the following month's due date I do not have any faith that the company will properly clear my account with the credit agencies based on my experience with them

I have took a loan from LoanMeAccording to my contract they withdraw my monthly payment every first of the monthThey have commuted a breach to the contract by withdrawing the monthly payment on the 29th instead of the firstAs a result I wasn't able to make a purchase and lost a $10,job

Hello I have been the Loan Me company for a year now and they haven't dropped my balance, my interest rate is 135% and the payments I'm making is $monthlyI've been talking to them to about fixing my balance and my interest rate but haven't resolved itThey said they can't do it because I already made a contract with them and they can't help meI'm really upset

I took out a loan and I feel that I am be taken advantage of I have paid almost the same amount of interest as the loan already or more but I still owe the same amount of money and I’ve never missed a payment This is insane how can this be legal praoin America

I called loan me on 1/7/to get a payoff for my loan last time I had it check was on 1/6/it was so I had a check in that amount when I called them they told me my loan went up to in one day then I was told that it would go up every day 110% I might understand if it went up every month maybe but every day THAT is really BAD this company has to be ran by crooks they need to be STOPI will be contacting my government about this

The company stated they would run a soft credit pull instead they ran a hard pull which affected my credit drasticallyI emailed them several timesThe gentlemen who I spoke to originally said he was sorry and that he would speak to his supervisor and take care of the mistakeNothing has been done!!

LoanMe, Incis a predatory company under the guise of providing fair small business loansThe interest rates that LoanMe charges are criminal at best! Imagine taking out a loan for 15K, but LoanMe only funds 13K but charges you as if they funded the full amount?
But that's not the kicker, remember that interest rate I mentioned about being criminal? After my phone call with LoanMe, they are stating after a one plus year of consistent payments without fail, I still according to their records has a whopping payments left????? those payments comes out to a whopping "$91,536.30"!!!!!!!! There was no disclosure of terms, interest rates, or how the amount being paid monthly don't come close to covering the principle!!!!!
Criminal as I said before, steer clear of LoanMe at all costs!

I called loanme to ask about getting a loan for a home improvement project I specifically asked about their fees and interest ratesI was told that they would need my credit information and they call back the following day and let me know what was available for me They called back the following day and offered me a totally ridiculous loan with an enormous initiation fee and very high interest rateI told the representative that the fees and interest was way too high and I wasn't interestedThe representative call back a few times and tried to get me to agree to getting this loan by discussing various pay back options which all amounted to a very bad dealA day later, I started getting emails saying that my loan application was being processedNow here it is a month later I get a letter stating that my loan is being rejectedI specifically told the representative that I was not interested in doing business with his company but he submitted a loan application anywayI don't appreciate an unnecessary loan inquiry on my credit especially by a company that is obviously ingauging in predatory lending tacticsBuyer beware of loanme

A horrible companyI consolidated my debt through a debt relief companyThey at some point filed a small claims case after refusing to negotiate or just set up paymentsThe case was servedThen settled the following MondayI made my first payment according to the settlementThey then still went into court unbeknownst to me after having settled and got a default judgmentThey had already received their first payment! Very unethicalStay away from this companyI’m working now to get the judgment vacated based on their unethical conduct I wouldn’t even give them one star!

I reached out to obtain a loan with this companyI went through all the hoops they needed me to (by the way the rep I dealt with was great Terence C) and then they come back with a declineOk, fine I was declined but they refused to disclose why I was deniedTerence told me they only send out letters but refuse to tell the agents why there was a decline, even when he customer was demanding to know why they were declinedThis is unacceptableI did everything they required of me and then decline me without any explanationNot OkStay away, their interests rates are sky high anyway

I called and applied for a loan in the amount of $on 5/1/and was given an pre-approval within the next hour I submitted all requested documentation i.ebank statements, ID, pay stubs, cancelled check and references only to be turned down with no reasonI'm very dissappointed with the way and timing in regards to how this was handled

I knew the interest was high but needed the loanMy issue came afterward getting the loanI was able to refinance my loan with a different company with a lower interest rateThe refi company sent a check to pay off the loan days prior to my first due dateThnking my loan was paid in full imagine my dismay to find they had debited my bank account for the full payment, even though I did not owe them anywher near thatwhen I called they said the couldn't apply the check they had received because more interest had accrued and therefore it did not pay my account in fullOk that's fine but apply the payment and deduct only what's still due after the factIn the meantime the account keeps accruing more interest even though they are sitting on a check to pay off the loan

135-% Interest Rate should be illegal Nationwide! Borrowed $3,in and I still owe $3,017.85!! That's ridiculous!! Stay away from this company! Stay Far Far Away!
On a $Loan amount they charge interest rate of 138-200%!! I don't care how badly you need money right now, DO NOT use LoanMe!! They will rip you in half!

I took a loan out with LoanMe and paid it totally off on 2/12/for They are still taking the monthly payment out of my account I have called LoanMe several times and they say a manager is supposed to call me They have never called me and their collections department keeps calling me and I told them that I paid the loan off
