client support. This is a successfull account in terms of placement. The client seems to be under the impression that his business should be showing up state wide and for keywords that Local Splash was not instructed to optimize for. Local Splash provides services that optimize locally and  does not by any means misrepresent its services. We do understand that social conflicts often involve some misunderstanding, however at this time Local Splash has decided not to refund the client to whom services were rendered.

After reviewing the complaint we found the client did cancel the account within the specified time frame. A request was sent to the finance department to process the refund. There was a delay in the processing time which resulted in the client not seeing the refund immediately. We did fulfill the...

The conversation was they had until Friday 12/5/14 to have the web site completely done.  To include the SEO portion.  I was told by [redacted] that on thur 11/25/14 that by the end of the day the landing page and gallery would be done as of 11/26/14 8:00 pm that has not been completed. So they are just buying time.  The landing page they did do for me was my own page I did.  [redacted] made adjustments is I would expect since I am a novice and he is a professional. The adjustments were enlarging the video and adding a “CLICK TO ENTER button” which was positioned over the words.  So no QA is being done.  I gave them my passwords and login info for WIX.COM for them to copy and paste. And make changes if needed to bring it to a professional level.  I am still seeking a refund for the web site I made that they are just coping.  And since I was already lied to on 11/25/14 stating what would be done ,still is not done.  On 2/12/14 no changes have been made to the website.  I told Local splash that  the waterfall, home page, and about page has to be completed by Friday.  I am seeking a refund since I have had to develop the site and have spent hours and hours and on Friday I will file a civil suit and hire another company to do the job and post the law suit on line so people will know I am serious.

Don't Start with Local Splash as It Will NOT Help Your Business.
We have been with Local Splash for 2 years (March 2013 - current); Not something I check on every day. But I was promised an account team to make sure we are getting results. It's been awhile since I looked at the dashboard (October 2014), and March 24, 2015 shows that they haven't updated the reports since November 19, 2014 (Yes over 4 months ago).
When I called (714) 481-0032 spoke with a female- but didn't get her name - the first time - they said it was a glitch on their end and it would be fixed and be correct the next morning.
I checked the next morning, no change; Live Chatted with [redacted], who "checked" on it.
Day 3, checked again, no change; then Called in and spoke with [redacted] 877-635-6225 ext 1; he said he was escalating it to someone else and they had 2 people working on it, but the problem was Google.
As they are a Google partner - asked what is taking so long to find out the tracking and statistics And why I'm barely on any page (on page 1 for 2-3 keyword terms), on many other page 2, 3, 4, or more results when we are paying to be on the first page for 10 key words? I also requested status updates of the problem; he said he couldn't do that; all we could do as look at the dashboard (which is not correct as already noted). So after being with Local Splash for 2+ years and them not getting promised results AND even the bogus reports they do give show that they cannot do what they promise....One Very Expensive Learning Experience for me - Please Save Yourself the Headache of Canceling (which is difficult do do), and Don't Start with Local Splash as it will not help your business. DO NOT USE LOCAL SPLASH.

My name is [redacted] and I manage escalated Revdex.com issues. At Local Splash, we make the effort to follow up with our clients via phone calls and even text messages, if possible. Upon notification of your business city address error, our Customer Support rep followed up with you the next available business day (11/14/16) to address and correct the discrepancy, update specific business description content as you instructed, and also provided a service credit of $50 on the next billing 12/1/16.
After we optimized your business information and submitted your data to different directories, time was needed to see the new changes take effect online and help with rankings. However, it appears you no longer wish to wait to see the benefits continuing services with us. Therefore, I’d like to extend a resolution that is fair for both parties involved.
Technically, you were suppose to notify Local Splash directly regarding cancellation prior to the next billing (12/1/16). Without reaching our Customer Support team first, our automatic billing system processed $99 on 12/1/16 at 2:31:00 AM for month 2 of services. However, to show our integrity, Local Splash is willing to offer you a refund in the amount of $239.00 ($140 dispute amount + $99 for month 2) in addition to processing account cancellation with Local Splash services.
If you accept this offer, you will be asked to close the Revdex.com case before the refund is processed, but everything will be in writing for your protection and to ensure your refund (instructions would be sent to you if you accept). Please let me know.

I would have given them a zero, but that isn't possible.
I signed up with them March 2014. They charged me $600.00 for the first three months in advance. I was promised to be on the first page of google within 90 days. The sale rep even told me a joke. "Where do you hide a dead body? On the second page of Google" It would probably be sooner I was told. If for any reason I was not on the first page in 90 days, they would not charge me until I was.
June 21014. My company is not on the first page of google. They charged my card for $179.00 anyway. When I called to complain, and get a refund. They told me they do not give refunds. They were sorry They charged me, but apparently I was suppose to contact them not to be charged if I was not on the first page!
I remembered to call for July. No charge.
August my bank reissued new credit cards. I did not update Local Splash. They were very unhappy with me because my card did not work. Still not on the first page. From then on I would get emails of no charge.
Finally today, I get a call. They are stopping my account. They have had no success and are freeing me to go with someone else. I asked about a refund. Not for the whole amount. I went in with my eyes open and wrote off the $600.00. What I want is the $179.00 that should never have been taken.
They do not refund money over a year ago.

After review of the call recordings between [redacted] and members of Local Splash, it is my opinion that she did not receive what she was promised. I also reached out to [redacted] personally to tell her that we will refund...

her $300 and offer her a reinstatement of her account. [redacted] will be be speaking with one of my Department Heads on Monday to perform her account reactivation. Local Splash prides itself on performance and service. I thank [redacted] for bringing this to our attention.
