Great service from the people I talked to on the phone to the technician. I had a ceiling fan that was defective and looked like it would fall at any moment. I called Lowry for an appt and Norm W. came the same day and removed it. I ordered a replacement and Norm came back to install the fan. He did an excellent job on the installation, answered all my questions, was personable and professional and left my room looking neat. I also liked knowing up front what the job would cost before any work was done. After the installation, I received a followup call from Lowry regarding the service. Very pleased from start to finish. I would definitely use Lowry again.

Dan and Michael came and installed a brand new gas fired Crown boiler in our house on 1/20/16. They removed our old gravity boiler, ran new wiring for circulation pump and installed new programmable thermostat. They were very careful not to cause home owner any inconvenience. They took extreme care to protect the carpet while taking the old boiler out and bringing the new one in. They used shoe covers while walking inside the house and asked permission to play music while working. Their workmanship was absolutely professional. After finishing installation Dan bled every radiator in the house, careful not to spill any water, fired the boiler, adjusted the thermostat, gave instructions on using the new equipment, gave emergency contact numbers and left the work area [redacted] and span. The new boiler is working fine and we are very pleased. Theirs was an extremely professional team and I'd highly recommend them without any reservation.

Shaun was very professional, respectful, and very helpful. He was right on time for the appointments. I would recommend Lowry services and Shaun M[redacted] for your plumbing, heating , electric cooling needs.

Keith F. was very helpful in letting us know different options that we could do for putting up lights in our garage that would save us money and still be up to code. He called United Electric to get the rights parts so that we could pick it up and Keith came back the next day to do the work. Keith was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would call again to Lowry Services to ask for Keith again if I have any other work that needs to be done.

We just had Steve W.from Lowry Services do some electrical repairs at our house, He was on time, and knew right away what the problem was. He is a very nice man . Both me and my wife give him a 5 STAR RATING and will request him again if we ever need any more electrical service repairs done to our home. Please tell him again from both of us, THANK YOU!!!!

On November 29, 2016 Lowry Services came to my home to work on my heating system. Giving me a 4 hour window I took the afternoon off of work and waited for the service man to arrive. When he did show up, he was an hour and a half past the window, so I actually wasted my afternoon for no reason. The problem turned out to be a condensate pump. Their price to replace was 676.07. When I complained they eventually agreed to take the cost of the service call off the bill. Seems they were charging me 576.07 for the part, and still charging me the cost for the call. So removing the cost of the service call brought the price down to 576.07. Outrageous cost, but I am without heat, and I cannot go through this exercise again with another contractor. After waiting all afternoon I'm over a barrel, so I had to bite the bullet and get the work done. I did look up the cost of the part after they left and found it to be a 50.00 part, and it took all of 45 minutes to install. So at this point I feel I've been raped. Almost 600.00 for a 50.00 part. I did call the company and their response was that they did get some complaints, but that's what it cost to get the part to my door. That's nonsense. It's nothing more than price gouging and taking advantage of customers. I will not have them out again, and I will share my story to anyone who will listen. Lowry Services will rip you off and not think twice about it.

Dan U. from Lowry installed my oil furnace recently and I cannot say enough about his expertise, knowledge and commitment to doing the job right. Dan spent many hours late into the night in order to finish the install and get my heat back on. When he noticed that the burner was slightly damaged from transport, he re-ordered another and came back a few days later to install that as well. Every question I had, he answered it with patience and thoroughness. I highly recommend Dan.

We have contacted the customer and we are trying to find a solution to the issue at hand. asap. Our Plumbing Manager will visit the homeowner sometime next week. Thank you for the reminder........
