I feel bad that I have to reach out to you for assistance during this COVID-19 crisis. However, I feel the need to report the concerns around these fraudulence activities and without my consent/approval. I'm asking that you look into these. Please, do an investigation. On the first week of June this 2020 upon going through my Netflix account, I saw an advertisement alerting me to purchase their cream for a trial for only $4.95 w/free shipping and handling. I then read up on this and proceeded to register to sign in and to order their cream product. There were two boxes for me to check off, one is "One-time order only, no obligation", the other box was "to enroll in their monthly supply installment". I checked off the ONE-TIME, only. And I specifically requested to not keep my credit card or any other info on file. Later, I received the product and I tried. I called my credit card company which is LLBean Mastercard to verify that in fact only $4.95 was charged to my master card. I was informed it was. I continue to try their cream but it was not working for me and it actually made my face bumpy and irritable. I discarded their cream. On 7/26/20, there was a package arrived for me. I opened and saw this cream. I then called them to let them know the cream I had ordered, had arrived. That they may have accidentally sent me an extra order or an order I did not ordered or approved. I spoke to a customer person rep. named joy Abarreda (#1178) as I asked for her info. I explained to her just what's going on. Letting her knows I did not order this 2nd cream and would like to return it. I was then told they do not and can not credit back my account once charged. I then asked how much was it charged? She said it was $90.76. She said since I placed the order in June and never called them back to cancel my subscription, that they automatically charged me and sent me my installment. I said to her that I specifically said and checked off the box for a 1-time purchase only. I specifically requested them to not keep my info on file. Yet, they went and disregard my requests. They fraudulently committed fraud as this charge was not authorized by me. She then said, "you can keep the cream, drew it away, or give it to someone else." That she'd cancel my subscription today. I said to her ok but that I did not subscribed to them. I only did a one time trial purchase. Also, that I do not want to keep this cream. That I just wanted to return this item back to them. I wanted them to credit my account for the amount of $90.76. She said she can't. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager. She said it's done and nothing can be done about it. That no one there can make any changes or credit my account. I then let her knows that I will file the report w/Revdex.com and Attny. General Office as I feel this is so wrong and unfair and its of criminal matter. That I will also wait to see my statement summary from my credit card company to call to file report w/them as well. On 8/13/20, I received my statement from LLBean Mastercard, my credit card co. I noticed a charged to my account from LumaClear Skin Cream for $90.76 on 7/19/20. I called my credit card co. to file "fraudulence/unauthorized" charge and reported the above issues. I then learned that on 6/19 /20, a charge of $90.76 was charged to my account I had not noticed this June 9th charged as I neglected to review my credit card summary. So now, I learned there were 2 unauthorized charges to my account. My credit card co. will investigates these 2 charges of $90.76 on 6/19 and 7/19. I also informed my credit card co. that I will reach out to BB and Attny. General Office to file the complaint as well. On 8/13/20, I called LumaClear Skin Cream following my conversation w/my credit card co. to try to see if they'd be willing to credit my account and to allow me to mail back to them the cream they sent me I did not order. The male rep I spoke to said he can't refund my account. That what's done is done. I informed this rep. that I've called my credit card co. to file the charge. He then asks me to call my credit card co. back and to not file the complaint. I said to him I did and will only call back if he's able to credit the 2 charges back to my account. He said no.

Other (requires explanation) I thank you for your time. I truly appreciate your consideration and willingness to look into these concerns, to investigate and make them liable for their fruadulence actions.

I was sent an email from this company portraying to be Sams Club. I was offered a free gift if I did a survey and only had to pay shipping of $4.95.
I was later charged $90.76 due to not returning the free gift. They are claiming it to be a 14 day trail. There was no fine print indicating this. Please help me get a refund!!!

This company misleads customers with a sample offer that becomes a monthly subscription. They do not allow returns. They are criminals.
I signed up for two product samples for $4.95 each. Little did I know that I had only 14 days to cancel this product and then I received a monthly order for more than $85 for each product each month. I have called to request a return authorization and I am told that "I am not eligible for a return or refund." I find this extremely unethical. Not only was the advertisement misleading, there is NO verbiage that this company can show me where I "agreed" to subscribe to this product on a monthly basis. Where did I agree to this? These people are criminals.

The customer, ***, signed up for our free 14 day trial for the Lumabelle Skin Cream and Lumabelle Eye Serum on 10/31/2017 in which she paid $4.99 and $4.95 for shipping and handling to receive the products. In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on the website. We only promote trials and there is no mention of any smaller sized bottles or samples. The 14 day free trial expired on 11/14/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Skin Cream for $89.92 and the Eye Serum for $84.95. The account remained active on our monthly program and on the 14th of December, January and February, new shipments of the Lumabelle Skin Cream were sent out for $94.91 and the Lumabelle Eye Serum for $89.90. On 03/01/2018, the customer called in requesting to cancel the account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. The account has been completely cancelled on 03/01/2018 so the customer won't be receiving any future shipments or transactions from our company. We kindly request that the customer call back and speak to one of our customer service representatives for any further concerns and we will be more than happy to assist the customer. I know you are all going to get tired of hearing this same thing over and over. short and sweet- product is a joke doesn't work was charged 87.35 and 87.35 2 weeks after receiving product no additional paperwork in the envelope to direct you to any customer service, ads change daily along with company name so you can't find them until these charges start showing up on your card.
Even when you try to go back to find this famous consent for future product you can't without first placing your information and placing a new order.

The company does not appropriately advertise their terms and conditions and will not allow returns of unused products.
In September of 2016 my wife saw an online ad for Liquid Health's product. Unfortunately, my wife did not read the fine print which indicated that the price she was paying was only an introductory rate and would go up significantly the next month if the order was not cancelled.We received the product at the higher price for about 5 months and then went to cancel the order. I called customer service and asked if I could at least return the most recent month's product and get a refund for just last month. I was told no, the customer service representative told me, if you do not cancel within the first 30 days of signing up you cannot get a refund.

How can they say I cannot return the product?

The customer, ***, signed up for our free 14 day trial for the Lumabelle Skin Cream and Lumabelle Eye Serum on 09/25/2017 in which she paid $4.99 and $4.95 for shipping and handling to receive the products. In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on the website. We only promote trials and there is no mention of any smaller sized bottles or samples. The 14 day free trial expired on 10/09/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Skin Cream for $89.92 and the Eye Serum for $84.95. The account remained active on our month program so on the 9th of the following months, November through February, new shipments of the Skin Cream and Eye Serum were sent out for $94.91 and $89.90. On 02/19/2018, the customer called in requesting to cancel the account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. The account has been completely cancelled on 02/19/2018 so the customer won't receive another shipment or transaction. On 02/22/2017, the customer's husband called in requesting to return the products for a refund. Our company offers a 30 day money back guarantee for monthly shipments. As a courtesy, we offered the customer a full refund for the most recent shipment in February and the customer was not required to return that shipment. The customer's husband claimed that his wife was unaware of the monthly subscription. We understand that on rare occasions customers can miss this information or misunderstand how the program works. I keep receiving (and being charged for) product I do not want. There is not information in the box indicating this or who/where to contact to stop.

After signing up for an initial trial of a product for just s/h, I have continued to receive 2 additional boxes with THREE additional charges being made to my credit card. I never received a confirmation email after the initial purchase, and there was no packing slip or ANY paperwork included in the box I received stating this would continue monthly. The box doesn't even list the name of the company or a contact #. I didn't realize it was a problem until another box showed up and 2 charges appeared on my credit card for $90 (approx) each! Again, there was no way letting me know how to contact this company.
I finally did some research on the web (of which there are PLENTY of complaints!!!) and discovered the company name and an email. They responded to my email the same day, but asked me to call. After calling and being told I could cancel my "membership" (?!) and that they would even waive the cancellation fee (seriously?!) that was all they could help me with. Not the $600 of charges that are on my credit card. And I can't return the product to them either.
I was told that my account remained "open" after the 14 day trial period and I would continue receiving product monthly. I was told this was in the fine print of an advertisement. When I questioned their practice of putting terms only in an advertisement that consumers don't have access to after initially seeing the product, they said I knew about it and that's all they could do. I asked why there was no email confirmation or a packing slip. They can't answer. I requested to speak to a manager, and was told by the first representative that the manager would not be able to honor the waiving of the cancellation fee. The supervisor who spoke to me repeated the same things and then hung up on me.
I looked online on Revdex.com and found an alternate phone number, but reached the same representatives, who could not help me further, except to offer me a complementary shipment of the product.No one can tell me how a product could be shipped out without a packing slip indicating who the company is, contact information, what product is in the shipment and the cost. The company is obviously not in the business of customer service at all. They are into getting credit card numbers and charging them monthly fraudulently.

I followed up with 2 phone calls on 2/9/18.
A total of charges to my credit card are 524.61, beyond the sample shipment which totaled $9.94. I offered to return the unopened shipments, but they told me that they have no way of accepting returns. I would normally have followed up on these unwanted shipments much faster, but I have been ill and had surgery one month ago, so was unable to follow up before now. (Show Less of Complaint)

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for this product that is not desired, nor agreed upon. I agreed to pay for a sample. That is all I agreed to. The lack of communication by this company is reprehensible. I would like to see their policies changed to be clearer to the customer, so this does not happen to others. The agreement to pay over $85 per item after 14 days should be abundantly clear, as well as the fact that they will continue sending shipments should be up front in the advertising. The company should include written receipt in each shipment with options for cancelling available.

I would like a refund in the amount to cover two full shipments which I would very much like to return to the company. I did not want anything except a trial offer, and the website was deceptive. I will pay for the first shipment, which I still think was excessive in cost, but would appreciate the refund for $369.92 for the two shipments in December and January. I will gladly return the product. As I stated in my previous complaint, I was ill and having surgery during this time frame and was not able to follow up on this problem at that time.

I signed up for what was supposed to be a free trial. They keep sending me their product every month and they have not been able to take money out of my bank account because I cancelled that card and got a new one. I am annoyed that I keep getting their product and I don't want it. I think they must be trying to charge my account and that's why they keep sending it. This company is a scam and should be shut down. The cosmetics are *** anyway

Youth signed up for free sample without reading the misinformation written by aquaserum and aqualina. The samples conveniently didn't arrive timely.
This company is completely a fraud. Requesting a sample which doesn't arrive till after their supposed "trial period" and then they charge your credit card for on-going monthly charges for their "serum"...It took us over 2 hours to reach this company and they refused to refund the transaction. When this consumer refused to agree to their terms is became the "Monty Hall Show" with this young girl offering various deals, etc. Even the bank had a difficult time with this company.

They agreed to a partial credit with my bank account. Absurd since the product was never even received. Seeking the full refund. This company should be banned from allowing young adults from being scammed by their false advertising, including using celebrities to maneuver selling their product.

I ordered Novellus cream from Amazon, 2 jars. I started receiving jars of Luma Belle 2 weeks later, I never ordered Luma Belle. I looked on my credit card to see that I was charged $94.91!
There is only a return address on the box I don't know how to stop this please help.

We show that a dispute has been filed for the transactions with the customer's financial institution. Once a dispute is filed, the account gets completely blocked and unfortunately, we can't issue any refunds at this time.

I did NOT order from them I ordered from amazon. I believe they piggy backed onto amazon I looked they do sell on Amazon also.
Years ago I ordered something similar or maybe the same company and I had a really hard time getting it stopped that time I did pay 495 shipping but not this time.
They say they can't offer refund because I contacted Revdex.com but they had already refused me. Amazon has been awesome about this but as for Luma Belle they got me for over $300 dollars, that may not seem like much and I should have seen it but we were moving and I only order from Amazon so I wasn't looking closely enough. I'm a 65 years old and on a fixed income I only ordered the cream because I was to busy to go get it at the time.
My daughters said she had the same problem with Luma Bella I believe it to be a shady business I would never order a face cream that comes once a month, I don't even use a jar in several months.
I am owed a refund..... Period!

Company refuses to refund money, even if product is returned.
In October of 2017 I purchased a "free" trial of Luma Belle face cream and eye serum online where it said I would be charged only shipping and handling ($4.95 per product). I did not realize that the terms I "agreed" to were that the company would send a shipment every month, then charg my credit card the following amounts: 11/5 - $89.92, 11/6 - $84.95, 12/5 - $94.91, 12/6 - $89.90 and two more charges of approximately the same amount in January, according to my credit card company. (Notice the different, random amounts - this is strange!). I called the company on 1/19 to try to get a refund and they told me that since I had "agreed to the terms", then I was charged the amounts on my card since I did not cancel within 14 days. I said that I could send the product back and would like a full refund. The company refused to refund any amount, since they said I had agreed to their terms. On 1/254/18, my credit card company helped to get 60% of the most recent charges refunded, but as to the remaining $359.68 that has been charged to my account, I am just out of luck. This is not the way a legitimate company should be run. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, and wants to return it for a refund, that should be how it works. I don't know how this company gets away with doing this! It is absolutely despicable, and I will tell everyone I know and I have already reached out to several local news stations to spread the word. I would like a complete refund of $359.68.

The account has been completely cancelled on 01/19/2017 so the customer won't be receiving any future shipments or transactions from our company. Why do I need to contact the company again, so they can try to talk their way around this issue? On the last call, they tried to offer me VIP status when it is obvious that I am completely unsatisfied with the product. Please I am just asking for a refund.

I asked why there was no email confirmation or a packing slip. They can't answer. I pushed and pushed to speak to someone else. I was told the agent wasn't allowed to put me on hold and they were really busy so she didn't know how long it would take. I said I would stay on the line with her and talk to her as long as it took. I was eventually transferred to a supervisor who repeated the same things and then hung up on me.
After calling back, I was able to get the new representative to issue me his "employee discount" on the last shipment, earning a small refund. He even offered a complementary shipment of the product! (so they are willing to give me another month free but not refund a month?)
No one can tell me how a product could be shipped out without a packing slip indicating who the company is, contact information, what product is in the shipment and the cost. The company is obviously not in the business of customer service at all! I also asked for the name of the owner of the company but was told they couldn't divulge that information?!
The original sales date was 10/21/17
The original purchase price was $9.94, charged to my Discover card.
The product is Luma Belle face cream and eye serum

I followed up with 2 phone calls on 1/16/18

Desired Outcome

I do not wish to have the product and have offered to ship it back unopened. What I really am after is a refund of all the charges posted to my account! The total amount of charges that I didn't approve is $544.49.

The customer, ***, signed up for our free 14 day trial for the Lumabelle Skin Cream and Lumabelle Eye Serum on 10/21/2017 in which she paid $4.99 and $4.95 for shipping and handling to receive the products. In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on the website. We only promote trials and there is no mention of any smaller sized bottles or samples. The 14 day free trial expired on 11/04/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Skin Cream for $89.92 and the Eye Serum for $84.95. The account remained active on our month program so on the 4th of December and January, new shipments of the Skin Cream and Eye Serum were sent out for $94.91 and $89.90. On 01/16/2017, the customer called in requesting to cancel the account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. However, we understand that on rare occasions customers can miss this information or misunderstand how the program works. As a courtesy, we offered the customer a 25% refund for the most recent transactions in January and the customer accepted. The account has been completely cancelled on 01/16/2017 so the customer won't be receiving any future shipments or transactions from our company. There was no written communication at all stating the details of the offer. So once a customer is off the initial "ad" page, he/she would not understand what the terms are or what to do if he/she would like to cancel. A packing slip with the company name and contact info at the VERY least should be included with each shipment. It is very sneaky business what they are doing, and obviously many other customers "missed" what they were signing up for as well. If a company offers to send me another month free, why would they not offer a refund on something I don't want (it's the same amount to them but much different to a consumer.) This "business" has the very worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hope they are shut down.

I would give this company a minus ten if possible. My experience is the same as all the others, with an additional twist. I fell for the "sample" for shipping cost scam. The company billed $175 alleging I had not cancelled the autoship. I disputed this with the "customer care" representative and was told I had agreed to this charge - details were in the fine print. For the record, there was no fine print or box nor anything that I could find. After involving the credit card company, I was given a 50%credit. I told the representative I wanted nothing else to do this this company.

Fast forward three months, reviewing my credit card activity I found a charger for "Fitcrusader99"
an e- book magazine put out by this company. I called to dispute the charges ($19.93) and was told I had subscribed. I informed the representative I had not requested or received an e-book.
The very rude representative constantly interrupted and talked over me. She said she would cancel my subscription without the cancellation fee. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor and hung up. I took a closer look at my credit card statement and found the same charges in November and December.
I believe this company saved my credit card number from when I agreed to pay shipping on a sample and fraudulently charged me for an e-book subscription. Because this company used a different name, the credit card company did not recognize it. BEWARE of this horrible company.

False advertising
You claimed a free trail then charged me the full price once I cancelled. You never stated any thing about being charged full price after certain time while I was placing an order.

This company has deceptive practices and should be shut down. I plan on putting in reviews any time I see this company. Once again, NO where while I was placing the order did it say I'd be charged 89.00 and 84.00 for a FREE TRAIL. How stupid do you think I am.
They are telling my cc company that I ordered and shipped on 10/10/2017 which is not true. That was when the free trial ended and a new shipment was on it's way, which I cancelled.
I also plan on turning them in to the MO attorney general.

This was to be a free trial for shipping charges. They lied.
I ordered a free sample of the Luma Belle eye serum & skin cream for $4.95 for each which was for shipping & handling. It was on Facebook. They made it seem like this was discovered & being developed by the O'Bamas. I have since even seen it on Facebook now developed by Carrie Underwood. I notice on my credit card 4 charges. The 2 for the shipping & handling & 2 different charges one for $84.95 & one for $89.92 billed by Rejuvapinkeyevserum & Rejuvapinkskincream. In checking them out found it is a scam & they have been reported to you many times. I will be calling my credit card company & then will be trying to call to get my money back but understand that isn't going to happen. I usually don't order anything from Facebook without checking, but figured it only was $4, so wasn't that much.

I never received anything but the free samples. When I received the samples there was nothing in the box, but the items, no information on when you would receive your next order or how to even order more if you wanted. There was no reminder that if you didn't cancel in a certain amount of time you would be billed, which I would think there should have been just as a courtesy, if they really had nothing to hid. I have seen on your sight several complaints about this company & their deceptive advertising & I told them that & it was only after my telling them that I had reported them to the Revdex.com & saw all the other complaints that they offered a courtesy refund, if I could call back with my financial co on line with me. I called my credit card co, but they advised me that they could not wait on line the 15 or 20 mins it took me to get thru to Luma. I filed a dispute with my credit card company then & now am just waiting on the refund they (Luma rep promised me as a courtesy refund). I do not remember seeing anything about signing up for additional items by agreeing to the terms & conditions or anything about the cost, if I did. I have ordered things like this before & believe me if I see any mention that I am signing up for a continuing item I cancel or do not send at all. I am human, so could have missed it. I ordered another product that I found was from the same company & didn't see anything in their terms & condition either, but I canceled just to be sure. You have to be able to be sure you like it before you know if you want any more. Their advertising is misleading , also, as according to it the O'Bama's developed this product (which I have to admit I thought was strange). I have since seen it being advertised as a Carrie Underwood & her husband's product, so not sure who really developed it or now don't even care. I just want a refund so we will see.

I did receive a refund (at least, so far) after calling my credit card company & filling a dispute thru them. The credit company removed charges from my card pending further investigation & I have not seen the amount readded, so keeping fingers crossed. It has been a month, but was told could take several months for the investigation to be completed. Thank you for your follow up in this matter. I only hope other customers involved got similar outcome.

The terms and conditions were NOT clearly stated and I believe this was purposefully done by the company to trick consumers out of their money.

In addition, there was no mention of a subscription in the ad that I clicked on.

Last but not least, the advertising was absolutely false and the product did not work as shown.

OMG! Do NOT fall for the very misleading advertising that ropes you in to a "free trial" paying just S&H for $4.99 and $4.95 and then if you don't cancel (which I never knew I was subscribing to) within 14 days you are billed full price at $183.81. And it gets worse...the company sends you another shipment monthly for around $175.00-$183.00! I hadn't checked my credit card until yesterday (my bad) when I received another shipment and saw 3 months of charges! I spent almost an hour on the phone with their "customer care" rep trying to resolve this and all that she was willing to do ultimately is refund me the current shipment since the others were past 30 days. First she offered to refund me an amount (not the full monthly amount) that combined her employee discount and a VIP credit whatever that is. UNACCEPTABLE! She kept saying if I accept this will this close the complaint issue for me. Absolutely not I responded. Oh, but she did cancel my "active" account and waived the cancellation fee of $19.95! There was a cancellation fee? Seriously, none of this was ever communicated in their advertisement when I originally agreed to the free trial. I am pursuing every outlet available to me to get this resolved (starting here) but for those of you who haven't been suckered in. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!! And tell your friends. This really is a scam.

After 14 day trial, was charged for the entire price and charged again the next month for another shipment. No notice given for either billing or shipment.
