commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/12/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $1.95.The trial expired on 04/26/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 04/26/2017,$94.95 for the Face Serum and $89.95 for the Eye Cream.However we have cancelled the customer’s account and have refunded the charges on 04/26/2017, $94.95 for the Face Serum and $89.95 for the Eye Cream for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here are the refund confirmations:$94.95 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 05/15/2017.      $89.95 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 05/15/2017.Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/30/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.99 and $4.99.The trial expired on 05/14/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged $89.95 for the original shipments on 05/21/2017.On 05/16/2017 our Fulfillment received the customer’s return and provided the customer with a cancellation as well as a refund in the amount of $89.95.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/17/2017 regarding the $89.95 charged on 05/16/2017 which our Customer Service explained the terms and condition and informed the customer that charge was refunded due to the returned shipment.Below is the refund confirmation:$89.95 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 05/16/2017.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.--Luminescent Face SerumEmail: [email protected] Free Number: 1-877-348-1793

According to our records, customer ordered our face serum and eye cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/17/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 07/01/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 07/01/2017 $94.95 for the face serum and $89.95 for the eye cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 07/31/2017 the customer was charged $94.95 and $89.95 for new shipments.We feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will provide a full refund for the charge on 07/31/2017 for the face serum in the amount of $94.95 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. They owe me more than that!  I was charged $36.95 for a product I did not receive.  I want all my money back!  My bank has even tried to get it from them and they will not give it back.

The trial expired on 05/03/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $94.95 for the original shipment. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/09/2017 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did.The customer’s account has been flagged as a chargeback for the disputed charge. However, will be issuing a refund of $94.95 for the Luminescent charged in 05/03/2017. According to our records,customer ordered our face cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/10/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.99. The trial expired on 06/24/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/24/2017 $94.95 for the face cream and $89.95 for the eye serum. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 07/24/2017 the customer was charged  for new shipments.Customer contacted our Customer Service on  07/28/17 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled and requested refunds, which we processed . We have provided a full refund for the charge on 07/24/17 for the face cream in the amount of $94.95 and a refund for the previous order on 06/24/17 in the amount of $94.95 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.
