I am rejecting this response because:good morning I.m writing to you to let you knowI have not recived the replacement part to my ready grill I had bought from roncoas *** had said in her email that it was being shipped right awayand I took her word on thathere it is july,5th/and I still do not have the replacement part as promisesI do not understand why, I,m still having to waite and *** *** did say last month she will have the replacement part shipped it,s not like they do not have my addressby the time they shipped the replacement part my warrenty will have run outplease all I want is to be able to use the product I have bought from roncoand I can as I,m still waiting on the partI,ll be waiting on your reply on this thank youyour,s truly *** ***

Hello *** and *** ***,I apologize that your warranty was not taken care of in a timely mannerI would also like to apologize for not taking care of your complaint when it arrived last weekI thought I had addressed all issues and marked your file as done when I had not taken care of the
issue. We have had many changes within the customer care department since the first of the year and I failed to communicate to the representatives that we were out of stock of the spit rod assembly.Late last week, June 5th, we found some spit rod assemblies in our warehouse and I had one shipped to you along with a couple of accessoriesI hope you will accept them for your inconvenienceI will also issue a 50% discount for the stress you have had dealing with RoncoI hope this will meet with your approval

Hello *** ***,We have listened to the audio of your order and did not find the sales representative to be pushy or insistentWe did find that she was not listening to you when you asked if the cost was for sets of knives and shipping costShe gave you the accurate cost of your first
payment of $*** which was $*** plus the shipping & handling for both sets of knivesShe did tell you that the second set of knives would cost $*** but did not spell out each costThe procedure for a customer who does not like the knives is exactly what was explained to youYou return the knives and since they were opened and used you will receive a refund of the cost of the productSince this seems to me to be a defective issue, that the knives are dull, we should first offer you a new set of knivesSince you declined the set of knives the customer service representative should have referred you to corporate to see if we could refund under a warranty claimI will speak with the customer service group concerning the handling of warranty issues like yoursPlease accept a full refund of your product and please do not return the knivesYou may do with them as you wish.Best regards,*** ***Customer Care ManagerRonco Holdings, Inc

Hello M***, In my last comment to you I said, "These must go through our system then through your credit card company system." When you contacted us, your refund had gone through our systemWe have no way of knowing if it has gone through your credit card company or bank as you stated it is a debit cardWe have no way of knowing it is a debit cardAll that is listed on your order information is MasterCard and the numberI am not sure if you pay bills online or not but I do and it takes days for the bills to be paidI sent you the message yesterday and you checked today to see if your refund was completed in one dayThat will not happen with anyone. I reject your comment that "They need to come with a new lie for the modern times."
