knives for the price of 1 set with the requirement as specified with an asterisk after the word Free on the banner attached to the picture of the sets in the optional blocks. When you scroll down the page you will find the asterisk which gives you the exact cost for shipping. You chose the 3 payment plan. With this plan you pay for the shipping on the first payment along with the first payment for the knives. Your first payment total was $56.73.  Approximately 30 days later the next payment was for $13.33 and 30 days after that was the final payment of $13.33 for a total of $83.39.If you were charged more than $83.39 for your entire order please submit proof of the charges from your bank or credit card statement. Dear Mr. [redacted], You are absolutely correct. If we tell you we will warranty it, we will. You called the customer service on September 17th and we called you back on September 28th. We were shocked that our customer service told you that there would be a full warranty on your purchase from a yard...

sale. The reason we wanted the name was to make sure that the error was not repeated. We fulfilled your warranty for the heat shield the way we do all of our warranties; we send you the missing part (heat shield) and you pay for the shipping and handling. We do not warranty the shipping only the part. Your heat shield was ordered on September 29th and was shipped on September 30th. Dear Ms. [redacted], Even though the product was signed for on September 19th the office staff must wait for the paperwork to come from the warehouse to make the refunds. I cannot tell you how many times a customer calls Ronco telling us that they did not receive the product when tracking shows it was...

delivered. The warehouse receives lots of products each day. They go through the returns approximately once a week. With this being the end of the month there is a cut off of return paperwork to allow for the month end accounting processes. I pushed through your refund without the required paperwork. Your refund was entered into our system on 9/26/16 and approved and sent to your credit card company on 9/27/16. I cannot tell you how long your credit card will take to issue the refund. [redacted] It is a darn shame that I had to resort to filling a complaint with the Revdex.com to get what I paid for. I am thankful for the Revdex.com helping to get my issue resolved. It would behoove your company to take a long hard look at your customer service practices as based on other customer reviews, the situation that I have experienced does not appear to be uncommon with your company. Glad I got what I ordered and will no longer do business with your company again rather I will shop your competitor or someone like Amazon for my future needs as I can at least expect a response and excellent customer service from those other avenues.

Hello Ms. [redacted],Ronco policy is to refund customers as soon as possible after the
return of the product to our warehouse. We ask customers to allow 4 to 6 weeks
for the refund. Your product was returned to our warehouse on October 14th and a full refund of what you had paid was issued on November...

date is when we initiate the refund. It must go through our operating system
then it goes to the credit card companies. The entire process takes a few days.
We have no way of knowing what length of time it takes your credit card company
to put it into your account. Your order was on a 3 installment plan and you had
