Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].1. You may see their track record of...

complaints where the cancellation of warranties would be complete and credits would not be posted even 4-5 month later.2. Clearly, this is not the first issue like that with Mac Churchill Acura in Fort Worth and I would like to wait to see if the credits will actually be shown on my account or not ( also I would like to wait because that "Mastertech program" that "I have signed for"... was not enabled either because of an error made by the Finance Department - I have a signed confession to that). An established record of errors and issues in the past does not warrant trust.3. For those reasons I can not find that this resolution is satisfactory to me until the credit is shown back on my account.Regards, [redacted]

We’ve attempted contact via telephone and email.  Our intention is to have her come in so we may inspect the catalytic converter concern and to have her vehicle appraised.  With both of those being done we can offer some options to assist.  She has communicated to us via email that...

she has not had the catalytic converter repairs completed.  I left message last night and sent email earlier in the week inviting her to contact us so we may help.  Await customer response at this point.

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my original message the hail damage was not disclosed to me during the purchase process. I asked the salesman if the vehicle had hail damage and the response was no. I did not notice the hail damage until two days later. I immediately returned to the dealer and informed them of the hail damage. The initial response was stating the car was sold as is with no warranty. After a long discussion the dealer agreed to repair the hail damage. The hail damage was not repaired completely. I had the vehicle inspected by a hail damage repair center and discovered almost 200 dime size hail dents. Obviously the vendor the dealer used did not inspect the vehicle thoroughly. The dealer has treated me in a deceptive manner and I feel they have lied to me on two occasions. I have not been contacted by the dealer today, and it is currently 3:40 pm.

Mr. [redacted]'s request to have the paint matched to the rest of the car is declined.  We removed the hail damage as we agreed in writing and subsequent to that agreed to repaint damaged areas.  The factory paint code was used to obtain paint.  We decline to re-paint his vehicle.

This is a total lie on their part they part and I hav e the letter from them to prove it they sent me and I am going to my office to get it and upload it saturday l what date did I buy the car? theri date is a lie to I have the contact and also will get if from my office and upload it saturday

I will be pursuing legal action they have a thief as a contractor on their site. This has happened before. These people have had numerous thefts in the past by their car wash contractor who has blond long hair and they are covering it up..  The place needs to be prosecuted. Have been going to this place for over a year with no issues same GPS left in the car with no issues amongst other personal items. they just put that sign up after I complained these people are liars and I will tell them to their faces. They are protecting this criminal minded contractor his hair was all in my car, then lied and told me they were going to reimburse me if I filled up their tank then said they couldn't help me oh well your fault. My tablet was in their the day before and I went and picked it up leaving the GPS in their and they never said anything. Look at their Revdex.com reviews, YELP, and all other customer review boards they speak for their service. Never had a problem with them until I felt violated like they were doing me a favor and in turn did me a disservice and have the nerve to lie about it to the Revdex.com.

Mr.
& Mrs. [redacted] visited Mac Churchill Acura on 3.12.2016, selected a vehicle,
negotiated a price, agreed to purchase, signed all legal and binding documents
/ contracts, and took delivery.  Their loan was approved, finalized, and funded by 3.16.2016.
On 3.18.2016 Mr. &...

Mrs. [redacted] drove to the dealership, left the vehicle, and
handed their keys to our receptionist and left.  It is our belief that Mr.
& Mrs. [redacted] went to another dealership where they were misguided and
advised to drop their vehicle back off at our store so they could purchase from
them.
We have been in contact with
JP Morgan Chase Bank, the loan was finalized and funded prior to them abandoning their
vehicle at our dealership.  Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] own this vehicle and their
first payment is due on 4.11.2016.
If
you have further questions regarding this matter please do not hesitate to
contact me, I’m happy to help.[redacted]

Their offer, as I stated was not an offer. they are willing to only fix the headlights, which I already paid a qualified mechanic to do so, out of my own pocket. why? because they had plenty of opportunities with their qualified auto mechanics to fix the issue before the car was sold. As they stated before, the car was looked at by their mechanics whom supposedly fix all the flaws and marked it as safe. I was not going to waste my time with their mechanics anymore. they stated on their first response that I can get a car fax easily, its on their website, yet, when I went to buy a car from their dealership they never mentioned that, I didn't went to the dealership to buy the car I bought, I was interested on another one they had already sold. So, being that I was there when I was shown the vehicle that I bought, the least they could have done was show me the car fax, the one "every customer signs off before they make a purchase" this is by their own "#1" rule. They failed to have me sign off on it, they hid the fact that the car was on three wrecks, they didn't send me the car fax the same day I bought the car, however when I asked for it that same day, I was told I was gonna get it, they failed to send it and kept telling me that they were gonna send it every day for the next 5 days. Not once, out of courtesy did they mention that the car fax reports were free on their website, which could have resolved this problem the first day. As I was told five days later, by the store manager that the only way to cancel my deal or to get a refinance would have been if I would brought up the issue at the most a day after I closed the deal. It has been their fault for not providing me the information that they are so willing and eager to show, that information, per my request, was not shown to me, and I have messages to prove it. They pulled a fast one on me and they are not owning up to it, instead they are just not caring at all, since they are a big business and they can get away with it. they headlights issue was a real issue that I discussed with them, and they acknowledge at the dealership, yet that same day they weren't offering me to fix it, they say they were gonna call me back to see if they could fix it and I never got that call. They are just being wise guys through this claim on this website, acting as if they did all they could do, but reality is they haven't, they just don't give a damn about their customers.

Mr. [redacted] has been contacted and invited in for re-inspection of his alignment concern.  He was last in for an alignment over 1 month ago.  An appointment has been set for him to meet with our Service Director on Thursday at 11am.  No further action at this time. [redacted]...

After looking at several options Mr. [redacted] has decided to pick up his vehicle and have it repaired elsewhere.  With his repairs not being covered by his extended warranty he found a shop that could do the repairs for approximately $1900 less than our quote.  We will not be charging Mr....

[redacted] a diagnostic fee.  In addition we will be assisting him in processing his extended warranty cancellation as per his request.  No further action at this time.

Thank you for your cooperation. I just want to point out that I never had that tag as opposed to "no longer have that tag". When you back off the picture of the temporary tag that the NTTA used to charge me it  does not show my vehicle. I want to make that clear. The NTTA even admitted that there was something missing on the car in the picture that my car clearly has.    Robert [redacted]

Ms. [redacted],   It seems the Revdex.com has just recently come across your case filed sometime back and I wanted to reach out to you.    Whenever a customer voices a concern about their credit having been run I always look in the file to see if we in fact have a signed credit application as...

we are not able to run someone’s credit without their social security number or a signed credit application.  I have attached the application I found in your file giving us authorization to do so.  (I blacked out sensitive info due to it being emailed).  I’m very sorry if Preston miscommunicated your desires to our Sales Management Staff as they will always run a customer’s credit when we have a signed credit application.    The truth is, even with your Cap One approval letter, we still must submit your credit information to them in order to secure financing.  Our efforts in sending it to multiple banks is to see if we could get you a lower rate through another bank, we all would want to pay the lowest rate.  In your case, Cap One actually came in with the lowest rate.  Whether it’s just Cap One or several other banks that ran your credit within a few days of each other, it effects your credit the same.  Only when a customer hops around from place to place does it take a toll on your score.   With regard to your extended warranty, I found that you do have an Elite level vehicle protection policy.  You have coverage good through July 16, 2018 or 101,706 miles – whichever comes first.  If you have paid for services/repairs out of pocket that you believe to be covered, please reach out to MasterTech (###-###-####) to seek reimbursement.  I am terribly sorry that you never got your paperwork regarding the warranty.  Please find your policy info attached.   In your Revdex.com Case you advised that you would like to cancel your extended warranty.  At this point you are halfway through your contract term and would at most receive 50% of the paid amount of your policy that would be credited back to your lienholder, unfortunately the check does not come to you, it goes to them and reduces the amount of your total loan.  So in the end you will not have the cash, you continue to make the same payments, but you will also not have coverage on your vehicle.  Please let me know if you would like to move forward with the cancellation.   Happy to help with any questions you may have.      [redacted]Mac Churchill Acura###-###-####

5.17.16 Spoke to Mr. [redacted], advised we would like a copy of the before/after of the alignment performed by BMW.  Will present to Service Director to determine if Alignment not performed correctly.  If not performed correctly based on measurements from BMW we would refund his Groupon price for the Alignment.  Mr. [redacted] is in agreement. [redacted]Customer Relations Manager

Upon delivery of his vehicle at the time of purchase and upon delivery after we had dents repaired he thoroughly looked over the vehicle himself and approved the condition of the vehicle.  We will be reaching out to him today to have him bring the vehicle in for inspection.
