Dear Consumer, From over looking your paper work I see that you provided your sales rep with cubic feet based on the items that were givenWhen the foreman arrived their was an over load of cubic feet that was not provided to us prior to pick upYou had the option to take what was up to cubic feet and decide whether or not you would like to take the remaining cubic feetPer the contract the estimate is binding and guaranteed based off of cubic feet Also your delivery window is from the first date that your available to receive shipment which is on the contract as well

Dear Consumer, Majestic Movers apologizes for the inconvenience during your moveThe estimate given over the phone is binding and guaranteed based on the cubic feet provided by the inventoryFrom overlooking your paper work,I do see that there was an overload of cubic feet at the time of your pick upYour estimate was taken over the phone which is based on a certain cubic foot for each itemFrom my understanding there were additional items added on as well as some of the items exceeding the cubic foot that it was accounted for on your estimateHowever, in regards to your delivery the first available date is when the delivery window of business days is put in placeWe are still within our window and I will contact dispatch to further inform them of your concerns

Dear Revdex.com, Majestic movers went to deliver the consumers house hold goods and was not ready for deliveryHe has a first available delivery date of May 13th, From the first available delivery date that the consumer was ready is when the delivery window starts which is made on a flexible basis with an estimated arrival time up to business days per the customers first available delivery date (ready date)How ever the consumer is being delivered today May 26th, We are still between our contract and delivering the consumer before the day window

cubic feetYou had more items than what was estimated as well as larger items which did increase your price to cubic feet which you signed off on at the time of pick up stating that you understood your chargesYou were given the option to take cubic feet of your items which would have not increased your price by any means
