Majestic Movers and Storage

I am rejecting this response because: we have heard *nothing* from Majestic since the telephone call between Majestic and my wife that occurred last week.  It seems like Majestic just does what it needs to do in attempt to "satisfy" the Revdex.com requirements.  But there has been no word - nothing - since that phone call.

From my understanding there were additional items added on as well as some of the items exceeding the cubic foot that it was accounted for on your estimate. Based on the first available delivery date we have 21 business days to deliver. We have successfully delivered her items within the time frame.

Dear Consumer,    From over looking your paper work I see that you provided your sales rep with 601 cubic feet based on the items that were given. When the foreman arrived their was an over load of 399 cubic feet that was not provided to us prior to pick up. You had the option to take what was up to 601 cubic feet and decide whether or not you would like to take the remaining cubic feet. Per the contract the estimate is binding and guaranteed based off of 601 cubic feet.  Also your delivery window is from the first date that your available to receive shipment which is on the contract as well.
