I called Brothers early Saturday morning and within a couple hours I had a technician at my homeThe problem was pretty simple a broken connection under the kitchen sinkHowever it turned out that the connection in question was a xxxxx connection and could not be resolved without using the xxxxx partsThe faucet could have been changed, but the Brothers technician was very open and honestHe recommended I call xxxxx as there is a life time guaranteeI did and they supplied the part free of charge despite being years oldI must highly commend the Brothers technician for his honestyWe have all experienced these onsite situations were we are sold something we didn't really needNOT in this case! The Heating and Air division of Brothers has always been excellent but xxxxx was very thorough and even identified other issues not relating to my A/C unit xxxxx identified a gas leak

I purchased an entire AC system from Brother's in and I have had over service calls for repairs for the life of the unit Too many times to count, the unit has had a major failure and a part needed has kept us without AC or heat for weeks They have never showed up for several appointments and my freon needs to be topped off every visit and they still can not find the leak Brother's has replaced the ac and heat-pump units twice without success Bad service company selling customers unreliable products Do not be fooled

Yesterday I called Brothers Air & Heat requesting for a plumbing specialistMy request was scheduled for today afternoonAround 11:45AM I got a phone call from Brothers to let me know that xxxxx would arrive in minutesPunctually xxxxx arrived as scheduled, professionally inspect the place where my issue was located, let me know his plan to fix my issue, discussed the price, then in few minutes my issue was fixed and for less than the initial quotexxxxx cleaned the area where he workedI really recommend xxxxx for plumbing services I am one of Brothers customers since I am a happy customer having a maintenance agreement with Brothers for Air & Heat servicesI also highly recommend the company for cooling and heating

We contacted Brothers to perform an annual A/C tuon two, year old units in the home we recently purchasedOur technician xxxxx was punctual and very courteousHe clearly and thoroughly explained the problems he discovered during the tuand I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything unnecessaryHe was patient as I conferred with my husband (via text) on what services we wanted to proceed with and his consideration of my home (shoe protection, care as he was moving about, etc.) was very professionalI would highly recommend this company and this technician and plan to use them for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs in the future
