HVAC unit less than three years old stopped cooling early Wed morning Service call made that afternoon by xxxxx Due to several problems with the unit, including two separate refrigeration leaks and faulty relay, xxxxx worked for a solid hours to make sure the unit was cooling before he left around that night Unit was still under warranty so cost to us was $for repair xxxxx was extremely knowledgeable and competent in addition to being a friendly fellow who bothered to explain the entire problem with the unit He is welcomed here anytime Brothers also stood behind the warranty on the unit we purchased from them

xxxxx was on time and very courteous and professional the entire time he was at my house He performed the check thoroughly and complimented the installation, etc We found a common ground and talked for a few minutes before he left I would highly recommend xxxxx and Brothers to everyone
