I Just wanted to leave a review about Brothers Heating and Air I have been a customer for years and have had new heating and air units installed in my home I just had [redacted] , a tech do my spring checkup and am very pleased with his great service He is one of my favorites Thank you!

Had an issue with my hot water heater due to years of hard water sediment buildup, xxxxx from Brothers Air, Heating and Plumbing took the time to diagnose, explain and show me the issue and explained how this could impact the rest of the plumbing in my house xxxxx patiently discussed my options and ended up doing a great installation of a replacement water heater He was fair, courteous and helpful - he made this an easy experience and the new water heater is working perfectly due to his professional installation Thanks, xxxxx

Brothers is a class AAA buniness I highly recommend them to all your plumbing and heating /AC issues that got you covered

On time,kept to the initial schedule and sent two performers of talent to do a job without delay.Front office precise billing from the initial estimate without extra chargesPayment options were agreed to and and main owner showed up for the final inspection prior to final cleanup.The workers were glad to see their boss,a rarity saying something very positive about their employer.I would highly recommend that a customer request either xxxxx or xxxxx for a water heater or any other plumbing challenge.Thanks for the quick service,Brothers Heating and the professional demeanor to keep a customer satisfied.....If you have questions they will answer them..............xxxxx 3-7-xxxxx NC

I just had a service call with Brothers Air technician - xxxxx xxxxx was probably the best Brothers Air technician I've had over the years that I've dealt with Brothers Air xxxxx was very personable from the very start and was also very professional He took his time in servicing my units and he also answered all of my questions When I asked him to show me something on my unit in the crawlspace of my house, he was more than willing to go down there with me and pointed out I was questioning I hope to get xxxxx on future service calls

We do apologize for the miscommunicationOur brochure specifically states our pet requirementsPet deposit is $and $is non-refundable with an additional $in pet rent, and pet has to be 40lbs and underThe application has an area to input your pet kind, weight and breedBoth
applications listed a pet as “Mixed, 15lbs, months” one would assume it is only petWhen it was later brought to our attention that there would be pets we wanted to get an approval from the owner, because they stated the pet would grow in size and probably be over the allowed weight of 40lbsOnce we got the approval from the owner, we let the ladies know both dogs would be accepted with an additional $pet deposit/ fee and total of $in pet rent $per petThey were not happy with the additional feeWe continued to call and ask if they wanted to move in and she stated “ you have my deposit to hold the unit, so just hold it until we decide what we want to do”On the day of their scheduled move in we called twice and got no answerWe held this apartment for over a monthWe left a message letting them know if they do not call by 3pm the application would be cancelledNo call no show, so we cancelled out the applicationUnfortunately, since the application was approved and the apartment was held well over a month, and we were trying to accommodate them in allowing both pets knowing they would grow over 40lbs, and they still were not willing to move inThey forfeit their $deposit

I am rejecting this response because: we did not "forfeit our $deposit" we asked for the deposit back, to which they told us we could not have, therefore there was no choice to receiving our deposit backSo I'm not understanding why they are saying we forfeited it considering there was no other option that we had Regards,
