I am writing to complain about the service that I received [redacted] came to my home and spent minutes In that time, he assessed that my sump pump needed to be replaced I paid him $and he left [redacted] said the repairs would cost $ The sump pump was not in the sewage pit, so [redacted] said that he plugged it in while I left the room and it didn't work He never plugged the sump pump up in my presence to indicate the needed repair Needless to say, the sump pump did not need to be replaced at all Another plumber made the repair and it only required a $float I think that it is horrible that your plumber tried to gauge me at Christmas time for almost $when the repair only required a $float This is bad business and I plan to let all of my friends and family know to never use Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing I also plan to contact [redacted] from [redacted] and file a complaint with the Revdex.com

I have utilized both the heating, cooling and plumbing services of Brothers for at least yearsThey installed a new heating cooling system for me in Every technician, salesperson, and office person I have dealt with was trained, efficient, and friendly to my needs

Technician stopped out to review an issue I'm having with my condensate drainage line He explained very clearly the reasons for his recommendations and never put any undue pressure on me to choose any course of action I felt very informed and would certainly recommend Brother Air & Heat to friends and family

On October 26 we woke up to no heat. We called Brothers because they always service our heat and A/C system. We where surprised when they could come out that afternoon. The Tech that came out, xxxxx, did a excellent job diagnosing the problem. Due to a problem with the circuit board that it had to be replaced. It was under warranty and he was unable to get authorization to replace the part on Wednesday. He was unable to get the part until late Friday afternoon. He came out on Saturday and completed the repairs. During the waiting time he called with several updates and when he would be able to get the part and install it. He was very professional in the way he handled the heat repairs. He is an asset to his employer.

We had a very comfortable and professional experience getting our water heater replaced by xxxxx with Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Well worth it

Service technician xxxxx was very prompt with time & took time with the maintenance as he explained just what he was doing as well as things we may want to add to the unit to help in the life of the unit. He took time to explain the reason for such and answered all questions that were ask. xxxxx was one of the best service technicians to come service our unit and I would highly recommend him for great service as well as explaining all that he is doing. Hope he returns as the next technician when we need one. He gets an A+ in our review.

We had our countertop replaced over a day period and Brothers did the disconnect and reconnect of the plumbing systemBrothers met all scheduled dates and timesTheir tech (xxxxx) was efficient, helpful, courteous and neat in appearance as was his assistantIt was a pleasure to have their service
