After trying to get a small business loan with several lenders having to submit all types of of documents, tax return proof of income etc.,,, I contacted Upgrade from an email they sentFilled out application and e-signed itless than days later they sent confirmation that I had been approved and shortly after that after sending them bank info I received my loan fully funded and deposited directly into my accountIt was the simplest loan and approved strictly on my credit scores and payment historyThank you Upgrade for believing in me and trusting me.I would and have recommended this company to every one I know
Very quick approval process One issue though, the Experion credit score I had on Credit Karma was not the score the score they used to determine my interest rate They used something that was points lower Cannot get a direct answer from anyone involved at UPGRADE, Credit Karma or Experion about where they obtained itI still got a pretty good rate but I feel it should have been better
I was "pre-approved" with the loan requestedThe information given from my end was correct and shown through bank statements, I even offered to get bank statements for the past two yearsThe two year requirement, by the way, was not put on any part of their disclosures before requesting the line And being that I was pre-approved, who would have thought There was no disclaimer (or certainly no obvious lettering saying that you can only do proven income by tax statements or pay stubs) on their page saying I had to provide 1099s for one of my jobs and then they needed them for the prior two yearsNormally I would not give a company a bad rating, but I feel bated into the loan This hard inquiry lowered my credit score almost points and the ONLY reason I applied for the loan was due to the pre-approvalThe loan amount was not even that large and the interest rate was extremely highThe man who talked with me was nice, initiallyThen when he had to turn me down ONLY because I could not provide 1099s he became, probably, embarrassed and was rather terse when I asked to speak to someone who could helpI even said "Don't worry, I won't give you a bad rating I will give you a good one, I am not mad at you, I am mad at the lack of openness" (Or something along those lines)After that he had to be honest with me, I guessThis made me rather upset I explained why I did not want to reapply for the loan without including the income from the 1099s, but he said that's the only way they could do itSo, I am upset with them because they took away points from my credit score (on which I was working very hard to improve) by essentially bating me, and apparently cannot resolve itSo my credit went down and the chances of getting approved through a better company is not thereBy the way, I pay everything on time and ahead of schedule so they lost out on quite a bit of money from their inflated interest rates
Got preapproval beginning of JulyUploaded some documents but not allDecided to continue with the loan uploaded the documents they requestedThey requested a lotConnected a bank account to be able to receive loan as well as pay by draft automatically each monthAddress changedWas told I had to change it with my bank since it wasn’t on my credit reportChanged it immediately with my bankOn Monday July did way call with bank to confirm addressThen he decided to ask how long account was openI was not aware that was a requirementHang up all is goodGet email all docs completedNext day required to submit a utility bill...with new addressSubmitted this document several timesCalled Tuesday and expressed frustrations with their processYoung lady confirmed receipt and all was wellLater on Tuesday I got the approval and funding to happen soonWednesday got a call from ***...assumed he was my loan officerHe asked me if I received a loan in last days...answ
[POSITIVE] Finally a company that has an UP-TO-DATE lending Process! Submit Loan no frills answer back...either you accept terms or Not accept if approved, you provide documents, if hood candidate for loan, you wait for a phone call, do conference call with your banking institution to verify routing and account info then final process is finished...u receive an email with final approval and you wait to days for funds to be electronically into your bank or credit unionThank You Upgrade Inc.!!!!!
