card statements from September through December and there are no credits to my account besides my regular payments. I did recently get a new card issued to me for that account, so I wonder if it was during that time that they tried to credit it. I can give the new credit card info if needed.

It can take several days depending on your bank, but it was sent back to your original card. THANKS!

We recalled the package and issued a full refund for the misunderstanding.

A claim was already started and a replacement has been processed.

Refund was sent back to the card customer used for purchase.  I have no idea if it was a bank card or discover.

We issued a full refund to this customer as requested.

I recieved what I had order but decided to return it. Good luck getting a hold of someone. E-mails are "undeliverable" and phone is a constant busy signal. WIll try a stop payment next and see how they respond to that.

I emailed MVO on 3/22 3/24 3/25 3/28 and 3/29 before filing this complaint. Emailed again on 3/31 and 4/4. On 4/4 I suggested I may need to file in small claims court. Suddenly I received a response on 4/4 saying my emails had been spammed, even though they tell their customers to check their spam folder, and asked if I had contacted UPS. I responded on 4/4 saying per their website I was to contact them asap and they would process the return/refund. I asked what I should do at this point. No answer. On 4/5 I contacted UPS and they told me they were not responsible due to a contract they have with our local post office for delivery. I replied to MVO again and let them know what UPS told me and again said maybe I need to file a claim to get this taken care of. Mentioning small claims court must trigger their email because I quickly received a response saying "What!? We filed the claim with their distributor and a replacement is processing. 4/6 I emailed and asked when could we expect the replacement. 4/8 I emailed and asked for an update. 4/14 I emailed and asked for an update. On 4/15 the response I received was "We are waiting on UPS to inspect and issue credit to the one you have, as stated previously, a replacement is already\y processing and should ship out today." This is not true as they have never mentioned anything about UPS except when they asked me if I contacted them. I emailed again on 4/18 asking again for the status but have not heard anything yet. I have emails to back up everything I have documented. Even though MVO has conducted business as they have, my husband still wants the replacement and I told MVO he needs this by 4/27.

The business's suggestion that I call my credit card company to ask for a "chargeback" is not a credible nor a possible request.  Merchant must initiate refund.  I am beginning to feel MVO is trying all avenues to avoid refunding me for the returned product.

FALSE!  The refund was already issued, but as PREVIOUSLY advised it can take up to 10 business days.

I ordered a holster and they sent the wrong item (Order #[redacted], 10/26/16). Their contact page in non-existent. I filled out their return request page for exchange; it said request would be processed in 2 days. Over 2 months later and still no contact. Wished I had looked at reviews before ordering.

We did not receive any emails, but we have reached out to the customer to swap it out for her.

They said they would cancel the order and provide a refund but have not refunded any money to me nor contacted me on details of the refund.

Refund has been issued.

Dont' ever deal with this company. They don't respond to emails. they dont answer the phone and refuse to do business over the phone, they provide false data and bad shipping numbers and you can't even find where your order is. Because they ignore you after the purchase, there isn't anything you can do about it ...

Review: I have paid for items I purchased online at Manventure Outpost on July 19, 2016 but have not received in the mail. I contacted Manventure Outpost to inquire about my purchase on August 15, 2016. I received a response from Manventure Outpost on August 17, 2016 stating they would check with their warehouse. Then I received another email on August 19, 2016 stating they were still checking into the situation. I have since sent follow up emails on August 22, 2016 and August 29, 2016 and have not heard back from manventure Outpost. Order was for fishing line for a total price of $125.81. Order number 496319. I was given a tracking number of [redacted]. All I want to do is cancel the order and credit my Credit Card. Please help. Thanks,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Please credit my Credit Card for the full amount.
