Worst company ever
They give you all this credit try to order something and they cancel it I only owe a little bit left paying it off and closing this account getting rid of the stupid company customer service completely outrageous

Not happy with Mason easy pay
I have been paying every month sending money orders and now I sent one out Nov .3 2022 and they have told me they received it and now they are telling me they didn't and I'm not happy with the run around they are giving me and I tried to make another order and they want me to put a down payment and I'm not till they tell me that they have that money order and I'm not sending a double payment for Dec and I'm not ordering from them till further notice

Credit Revoked for no Reason
I started to use this company as of Sept of this year, 2021. I made two orders, and after that, my orders were immediately canceled. I called customer support and the credit dept. Several times and I got several different answers. None were the correct answers. The last time I called, I was informed they would not extend me any more credit. The website shows I have credit, and I have kept up my payments even with being in a hospital with covid, not to mention my PTSD. This company does not reach out to its customers and will give you an answer they feel will get you off the phone with them. I will not use this company anymore!

I recently received a Billing Statement from this company, Mason Easy-PayI had never heard of beforeI have an excellent Credit Score of about I have never opened up an account with this company, nor have I ever purchased any products from this placeI assume they are on the internet This Bill states that I made a purchase on 7/16/18, for what they did not sayThe purchase amount is $ For what? They also say I made a previous Balance of $Total Balance they say I owe is $I owe them NOTHING! This Account number says 061651905- I also never opened an account with this companyI currently have an American Express Delta Sky Miles Platinum Card, a American Express Lowe's Business Credit Card, and a Walmart Discover CardAll of these cards are paid off in full, every time I get a statementSo, I do not need to open an account with any company, I would use my Pay Pal account, or a credit card for any purchase I might need to makeI am also a b

I bought a pair of shoes last November, ordering my regular sizeThey were too big so I re-ordered a smaller size and returned the pair that didn't fitOf course I had to pay to send them back Instead of just exchanging the shoes, I ended up with two accounts for one pair of shoesIn December I called customer service, which transferred me to billing which transferred me back to customer serviceI then emailed customer service and received an email back that I would have only one bill and would get reimbursed, which I did, for the one payment I made on the original shoes which were too bigIn March I received a bill with another account number which made three accounts for one pair of shoesI included a letter each month starting in January about this mess and included copies of all the payments I made and my phone numberI never heard back, just another billI finally ended up with only one account, but was still overcharged Now it is May and I received what I hope is the last bill of $which I don't owe, but I will pay because I don't want my excellent credit rating to sufferI have paid $for one pair of shoes which with shipping and handling should be less than $plus I had to fight with these people every monthI will never do business with them again and I wouldn't not recommend them to any one!!

Mason deliberately sent the wrong shoe size, of a shoe type they falsely advertised as available but in fact they had closed outThey sent it in order to charge shipping feesIt's a scamDo not under any circumstances buy from Mason Easy PayThey engage in advertising, fraud, and malicious conduct

Regarding case [redacted] for Latoya [redacted] zip code ***.The complaint states her mother placed this order and she would like Mason Easy Pay to change the account information to reflect her mother’s name, address, date of birth and social security number.The only way this can be done is for Latoya to submit a letter requesting this be done with both hers and her mother’s signature.The only other way to get her name off of this account would be to file a fraud report.I can certainly understand not wanting to go to those measures so I suggest sending the request in the form of a letter with both signaturesI can understand MS [redacted] frustrations and hope we can help to resolve this matterIf I can be of further assistance feel free to contact me by email or at ###-###-#### ext***Debbie [redacted] Customer Service

I rec’d a collection notice and disputed it because I paid it in the past I then rec’d a letter from collection showing bill for $and change with money owed for July and that was last information on for over years I wonder why I didn’t hear from them until this collection notice and since then have moved times and have changed banks for my checking account so there is no way to trace my Pymt of said amount And why did it go to collections and not a letter to me addressing this matter, I am still disputing this billAnd would also like to know what this is for because Iif they look on the account I had a hard time finding shoes to fit and did many returns so it is even possible that the items billed for was returned after July

Mason Shoe has refused two (2) orders without explanationsDespite having been transferred by phone all over the department with often extended wait times, no one can tell me anything about the refusalsI am a dedicated customer with the business since never missing a paymentIn fact, I have just received a credit increase from $to $1200! I contacted them letting them I was out of work and the rep Tiffany or Tina can't remember who it was said well `if you weren't a looser ',, in quotes and had made a payment your account would be current, and when I tired to make an online Pyment it said my account was not working and now it's affecting other credit that's apparently associated with them which is not fair for the credit reporting actSeperate company names, should be Seperate accounts, I want late fees removed and payments reinstated, for the one pair of shoes I purchased and I also want them to stop billing me for my partners account which is tied to my name, which they say they can't do anytjing about,, because someone in thier company added our names together under one Emil address or names and they say they can't do anything about it, because they have no social security information , when we have provided them with whatever they needed

CSRS cannot answer product questions, website questions, billing questions, saving cc info, ebill etc.,they know nothing and my response has been; "I don't use the website", etc This is their employer They are CSRs You don't need a Supervisor for this They apparently are not educated on the company, how things work etc., or don't care They would not make it in any other Company Mail Order or in Office as CSR's that cannot answer or find out these questions
Hold times run or longer and when they cannot answer simple questions and refer you to a Supervisor up to an hour and so I have hung up
Questions still not resolved They could call me I have work to do and not just wait for them on the phone because they appear not to be able to do anything but, mail catalogs and sometimes, that has not happened

I ordered these boots and I've made several complaints in regards to them falling apart not being expectations etc and they insist I pay refuse to allow return as I've worn themI feel I should don't have to pay for junk

please do not order shoes from mason easy pay I order shoes from them think that was a rightful online company, and I paid in advance, when I return the shoes, I was told the return came back but it is going to take another month for you to receive the exchange a whole month that was not in the contract I always believe in paying my account of early but this company taught me a lesson, customer service was so rude I ask her to tape our conversation she decline I am really dissatisfied and hope I can sue for poor service again play smart dont shop here mason is not the company to trust for online sales thank you
