I applied for credit to get some new clothes and other stuff but they never told me what my credit limit is they are holding some of my order items demanding a down payment i'am paying with my charge account I 'am not going to pay them one cent until I see all the items I have ordered

I ordered separate orders back in feb One order *** for and the other *** for The stuff was delivered a couple weeks after, order no *** came in perfect condition, the shirts and shorts no problem, about hours later the order number ***, I got a notification saying it was delivered, but short story short, I found the box on the side of my apartment building open and my second order was stolen I Called mason easy pay and the customer service had no EMPATHY and they said they would investigate it in days, and its almost months I contacted ** *** *** *** and they are investigating it right now I should not be paying anything for something I never received, and Masons Easy Pay should of got this resolved immediately

I have repeatedly, since August 2017, received calls from Mason Easy Pay for someone named Angie ***, referencing order number ***They have been told multiple times that they have the wrong number, and yet continue to harass and call me I do not know nor have any association with this person

I canceled an order with Mason Easy PayThey keep saying they refunded my money, but I have no received itCustomer service is rude and hateful and I've spent hours on the phone trying to get my money back

I canceled an order an hour after I placed it and haven't received a refundI've called them twice and have been told they refund it immediately, still no refund

Place an order on 06/20/required a down payment of $used a debit card for down paymentAfter realizing we can not afford even this small amount at this time I canceled the order the SAME day! I placed an order on Mason Easy-Pay website for pairs of shoes totaling over After placing the order I got a letter from them stating I needed to send them a money order for 10% down and then they would ship the productAfter receiving the letter I noticed they had the wright billing address but had the wrong shipping addressThe product was supposed to be shipped to the same address as the billingSo when I sent them the money order for the 10% down I attached a letter telling them they had the wrong shipping address and told them they needed to change to the same as the billing addressThey did not change the shipping address and shipped the shoes to the wrong address anywaySo on 2/13/when I was supposed to receive the shipment and didn't , I wend and tracked the order and relized that they shipped to wrong address and it was left at front door of the wrong address , and they did not require signature for deliveryI ammediately contacted the customer service de

Purchased athletic shoes from Mason catalog They were advertised as a leather shoe I purchased two pairs and paid $each + s and h One pair of shoes arrived today and I discovered the shoes were not leather I contacted the company to complain and was told by a rep that $is a good price for a synthetic leather shoe, not even acknowledging this was advertising I hung up, read the return label and realized company charges $fee for using their return shipping label Then called back and explained to customer service again, the shoe was not leather, as advertised, and the agent insisted the shoe was leather because it stated that in her system I told agent I had the actual shoe in my hand and could verify it certainly was NOT leather I then explained I should not have to pay $return label fee because of the company's advertising Agent stated I had to pay the fee according to their policyI informed the agent I would be filing a complaint,

I ordered several Christmas gifts and was able to charge them on my credit account and all the items purchased arrived on time or I was notified when the items was not available at the specified timeEverything that I ordered did arrive in good standards more than I actually expected, it was a little more pricier than if I would have purchased at a store but I was able to charge them

THIS IS FOR MASON EASY PAY Sad to say I have been a customer for a few yeas and so has my husband, but we will say GOODBY AS SOON AS OUR ACOUNTS ARE PAYEDIt just upsets me when someone shows mistrust when I have always been a good customer I know loosing or customers is not going to brake mason but tis also not a good thingThey are just like Walmart is about the and not about the people that tack care of themWhen I step out there is someone else in line to take my place
