I order pair of shoes , pair women pair men Stacy Adam's, I also send it the complete payment of $I also notice the order number was wrongThis was the beginning of March they said it would not be shipped until the 24th of MarchSo I called and informed the customer service operator that I had made a mistake on the order she said the only thing she could do was cancel the orderThey also sent my check through and have not refund my money I call everyday and they lie about my money I don't know what too do we are senior's living from month to month, just trying too buy my husband and year old birthday present

Mason Easy Pay falsely billed and invoice in my name and addressI contacted them and they have a different social security number and date of birth for the credit account but will not remove my name and addressI provided them with the correct name and address that the invoice should go to being that I have never had an account with them and they refused to change itI spoke with supervisors Kathryn, Angela, Carly, and Renee with no resolutionThe supervisor Kathyrn called me "a *** and hung the phone up on meThis business does not operate professionally and their credit process is not done in a legal manner

I order some stuff from their company they are asking for downpayment when waiting for credit approveal according to the merchandise rule I don't have pay anything until I receive the items I have order i'am not going to pay them either what they are doing is called bad business ethics pratices and corrupt company this company makes the honest companies look bad I bet they will charge their members a downpayment charge I read their credit and terms it doesn't say anything about any downpayment this company is a full of liars and shady people

This company is basically a ScamI have ordered from them several timesEvery time hey either send you a defective product or the wrong product I have had to contact them several times about damaged product and wrong things being sent Today I called to see a status of an order and they told me that my account was closed cause I had complaint to much or filed a claim about damaged product in which I stated if I was suppose to just keep the damaged or wrong product shippedThere answer to me is basically I was just have to keep it and not return the damaged or wrong product They have no super iOS to speak with after pm They keep charging your account for things *** have been returned to themBasically they are scamming the consumer I have even sent hen pictures of the damaged product

I ordered several Christmas gifts and was able to charge them on my credit account and all the items purchased arrived on time or I was notified when the items was not available at the specified timeEverything that I ordered did arrive in good standards more than I actually expected, it was a little more pricier than if I would have purchased at a store but I was able to charge them

Hello, I ordered a pair of boots as a giftmason Easy requested a down payment of which I paid 8/24/The boots were too small for the person I bought them for so I tried to return themFirst of all the company did not provide a return slip and when I called to request one they told me I would have to pay for the return it wasn't their fault the slipped was not in my packageI returned the boots to get them exchanged only to receive an email stating my order was cancelledWhen I called in to find out why I was sent to a Supervisor who explained my "down payment" was returned NSF and they would not send me my merchandise unless I paid full price
I immediately called my bank to verify the payment was in fact paid and not returnedI then called Mason back AGAIN and spoke to the Supervisor Valerie AGAIN to explain my payment WAS madeAt this point she back tracked and stated that a $payment I made on my account was returned NSF and that was why they were cancelling my ord

You’re not suppose to give your SS# to anyone My husband talked to her too and she hung up on him! She did tell him she’d cancel the account I never received the 2nd pair of shoes

My new boots arrived today...right size, right width (according to the boot), quality was so crappy I couldn't even get them on, and unfortunately this is the third time I have ordered a pair of boots from this company each time a different brand and style and have had to return them because the quality was far less than expected and even though I am ordering my size and width they do not fit I am paying for a name brand quality item and each time I am having to return it and pay $each time because the quality is not as it should be I called the company to let them know I was returning them and what do I need to pay if anything, I was actually accused of "cussing out" the customer service rep over the phone, and I hadn't even raised my voice or said a cuss word to her Third time really is the charm, in this case, the eye-opener, I am one dissatisfied customer and I will NOT be attempting to purchase anything from this company EVER again
