I got involved with the Mason Grace mail order businessI paid $received letters envelopes and mailing labelsI did this to help my teenage son make some moneyI have not received any check after having to pay for postage (more)I agreed that after 9th payment I would be reumbursedI was willing to do this even if we made no moneyI was checking my bank account and found I am being charged I began corresponding with Mason Grace via email asking whyThey are telling me I agreed to autoship at 1/the priceI paid (1/should be 68.50)When I asked they said it is 1/but they charge per week (x 4)I never agreed to pay for this at these terms when there have been no resultsI read the physical contract I actually signed and it says any further purchases are up to me, my choiceThey keep sending me responses pertaining to theTERMSI asked them repeatedly WHERE they are and they say on the websiteI have searched every whichway and can not find themI asked them to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and told them they would be hearing from my attorneyThey responded by saying they have TERMS and I AGREED"If you make this a legal matter, YOU will pay OUR legal fees of that you can be sure." I am being called "beligerent" Something MUST be done! I am being asked by them how I can be the ONLY customer that does not understand they have " TERMS"!

This customer obviously didn't read one word of the terms and conditions we clearly state and which she agreed to by orderingWe are clear that refunds require the product be returned UNUSEDWe are also beyond clear that a participant may make nothing doing thisWe sell an opportunity, not a guaranteed income, which is stated in those exact wordsIn the future this customer should perform her due diligence and READ before participatingWe are not responsible for her agreeing toi policies she chose to ignoreNo refund is owed

This "complaint" simply shows the consumer failed to read the policies we made perfectly clear, and which she AGREED to by ordering.Nowhere do we guarantee results and we do not suggest materials are continually supplied for no additional chargeThere is not a single component to this complaint that is correctIn the future, the customer should read all information supplied as requiredFor example, if she feels our info is "convoluted", as she puts it, then why didnt she feel that way BEFORE ordering?Its because she clearly did not read what we providedRefund policies are very clear, and they are also agreed to by the consumer upon orderingAs long as all refund requirements are met, a refund will be issued

I bought the $package to try out there servicesthey told I hd to have the materials mailed out within daysI had all my letters stuffed and mailed in daysand I sent in my reciept for the stamps I puchased, along wiht the register form so they would know who to send the checks too as the letters came back inI NEVER heard from Mason Grace againI never got paid for one single letter, they cant tell me that out of letters that not one came back!! so I spent $dollars on there package and another $dollars on stamps$dollars spent on them and never got a penny back or even heard from them

This is an example of a consumer who does not read terms and conditions that are made public and clearly detailedWe absolutely state in our terms and conditions that this is a business opp that we sell, not a guaranteed incomeIt is possible that no money will be madeWe do NOT hide that fact We also clearly state that there is NOTHING more to buy from US The consumer can run the business entirely on their own without ever giving us another dime if they wish This consumer needs to learn the responsibilities that all consumers accept when purchasing a productOur obligation is to provide all pertinent info, which we DOThe consumers responsibility is to actually read it, not simply claim that they have Our refund policy, which the customer agreed to by placing this order, is very clear No refund will be issued unless the product is returned unusedOnce it is, a refund will be sent

This complaint warrants an identical response to the last oneWe are copying it here: This is an INVALID complaintWe make it very clear how participants are paidThis is an example of a customer who chose not to read what was presented to themOn our website, we clearly state the following"By placing your order, whether through mail or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept all terms and conditions presented"That is then followed by the terms and conditions, which clearly state pay is based on performanceIn the terms, the following is clearly stated"Client agrees by act of participation that program performance/program function, insofar as it results from program being exercised by client, falls within the commercial heading of "sales"Program participation qualifies as, and is regarded as, a franchise arrangement and fully assumes consistent solicitation by client for the purpose of generating results to all potential levelsProduct performance is conditioned upon multiple variables, but at all times denies entitlement of client to termination based on lack of revenue generationProduct is sold as informational solely, with added potential of revenue stream productionProduct is upon offer displaced from provision/intention as a definitive revenue sourceThe above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by lawNone of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected"Also stated is "Results from the implementation of our methods are not guaranteed to any specific level, and it is possible to achieve no results even if method is implemented correctlyMason Grace is a vendor of income opportunities, not guaranteed income" There is NO valid argument hereCustomer also did not abide by the rules of refund whioch are also clearly laid out in the terms This does not qualify as a valid customer complaint in any way shape or form

I received a letter today from Mason Grace EnterprisesI read the letter in thoroughly and at first glance the offer is intriguingIt peeked my interestOf course I decided to look up the company on the internet and always the Revdex.comI see that there are many complaints but I agree with Mason Grace on most of them
The letter I received CLEARLY states that you will get paid for letters that are returned to themNot just for mailing them outIt is a little confusing but, people, don't send money unless you do your due diligence!!! Read the entire letter twice or three times! If you cannot afford to part with the money you are investing without a guaranteed return, it should be worth some research
I decided not to sign up for the program after my research as I didn't feel comfortable with the terms but he company wasn't hiding the terms but they didn't put them in your face either
This company probably makes a lot of money from people that read the letter and take there own "too good to be true" interpretation instead of the literal meaning of the entire content and further research
People!! Read!!! Understand!! Ask questions!!

[Your Answer Here] There are no terms and conditions in first letter.Two pages of the the same thing.Not for nothing but this company offers a money back guarantee and reimbursement for postage with 9th paycheck.Now if your not guaranteed to make money then that 9th check could take forever or not at all.Sorry thats wrong and people are out of money.My intentions was such as concerning questions cause the money o put up wasnt chump change but this guy immediately got rude and defensive.He can say what he wants but what there is no point to sending mentioning terms and conditions after they already recieved and cashed the money I sent.They also should lead to believe these envelopes are being sent to consumers previously involved with them.Im not gonna eat $for application fee and $i have spent on postage.For me there is no resolution until I get that back

I read the letter.The letter says specifically that you get paid for each envelope that you stuff, and it strictly depends on the number of envelopes stuffedIt says specifically that you get paid $for each envelope stuffedIt informs you to create a code, so that they can keep track of the letters sentThe letter did not provide the specific information as to whether it was based on response or notThe letter only states what they want you to know and do not provide all of the information in advance for the individual to knowThey left out some of the main details, and they did not provide the information up frontThe information was suppose to be stated was never stated in the letterThis was not provided in the letter at all
