First, no wonder Mason Grace has a terrible rating on Revdex.com with the written response I received. Terrible customer service and yet they disparagingly talk to customers. Great company. I have no problem sending back the UNUSED materials to receive my refund. It would have been nice for the company to acknowledge they received my letter by contacting me. I have provided all my receipts showing proof I paid for the materials but now I will send them to the company FOR MY FULL REFUND Maybe if Mason Grace was more worried about customer service and less about running a pyramid scheme their business would be considered legitimate. I ask that Mason PLEASE send written details on what a "customer" needs to do to receive a refund. Less snarky, ae remarks would be greatly appreciated too. Again, I do reserve my right to file a claim in New York court of this situation cannot be resolved amicably.

I am glad that I only provided 99.00 because this scam is continuing and continuing to waste time. If this was a legitimate business, my refund would have been refunded and this would be the end of this situation. This whole situation would have been closed by now, but all this shows is that this is not a legitimate business at all and a complete waste of time.

This complaint warrants an identical response to the last one. We are copying it here:
This is an INVALID complaint. We make it very clear how participants are paid. This is an example of a customer who chose not to read what was presented to them. On our website, we clearly state the...
following... "By placing your order, whether through mail or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept all terms and conditions presented". That is then followed by the terms and conditions, which clearly state pay is based on performance. In the terms, the following is clearly stated.... "Client agrees by act of participation that program performance/program function, insofar as it results from program being exercised by client, falls within the commercial heading of "sales". Program participation qualifies as, and is regarded as, a franchise arrangement and fully assumes consistent solicitation by client for the purpose of generating results to all potential levels. Product performance is conditioned upon multiple variables, but at all times denies entitlement of client to termination based on lack of revenue generation. Product is sold as informational solely, with added potential of revenue stream production. Product is upon offer displaced from provision/intention as a definitive revenue source. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected". Also stated is "Results from the implementation of our methods are not guaranteed to any specific level, and it is possible to achieve no results even if method is implemented correctly. Mason Grace is a vendor of income opportunities, not guaranteed income. "
There is NO valid argument here. Customer also did not abide by the rules of refund whioch are also clearly laid out in the terms.
This does not qualify as a valid customer complaint in any way shape or form
This complaint has now been answered THREE TIMES. What does the Revdex.com not understand about our response? [redacted] is NOT entitled to a refund. How many times do we need to say this? REFER TO OUR PREVIOUS RESPONSES. The next request for a response on this matter will be handled as harassment by our attorneys
This "complaint" simply shows the consumer failed to read the policies we made perfectly clear, and which she AGREED to by ordering.Nowhere do we guarantee results and we do not suggest materials are continually supplied for no additional chargeThere is not a single component to this...
complaint that is correctIn the future, the customer should read all information supplied as requiredFor example, if she feels our info is "convoluted", as she puts it, then why didnt she feel that way BEFORE ordering? Its because she clearly did not read what we providedRefund policies are very clear, and they are also agreed to by the consumer upon orderingAs long as all refund requirements are met, a refund will be issued
As already stated, all terms and conditions were presented and agreed to by the buyer. We do NOT offer a performance guarantee and do not state otherwise anywhere in our materials. If the buyer did not agree with our terms, the product should have been returned for a refund, NOT used. By using the product, buyer agreed to all policies presented. There will be no refund unless the product is returned to us unused in its original condition. Buyer must learn to read policies before making a purchase
It was shipped on the [redacted], Thats why we didnt see it until now. We create customer records upon shipment typicallyThe customer has now acknowledged receiving the product as promised. This matter is therefore closed
We do NOT telemarket and never charged any customer $1800for any product. This person must give us the name and phone number of who theyspoke to so we may look into this. Someone is illegally using our company name it appears. We also want to see the endorsements on the back of the...
payments this personmade so we can trace who deposited them. Thats the most important thing they must provide us

The product was in fact returned in tact just as I recieved it. The product was returned as it was sent to me by [redacted] and the confirmation number that shows delivery is [redacted] tracking no. [redacted]. I feel that the answer from the company is made in the attempt not to have to refund me my initial investment of $299.00. Again the product was returned the next day as I shared with the company. This information containing the tracking number was given to Mason Grace Enterprises for the second time on November **, 2014.

Review: Received a offer in the mail to stuff envelope for this company. They required me to purchase the package to assemble the kits. which I did purchase for the amount of $150. I received the kit but had to purchase an additional roll of stamp to send out the letters. was as addition $34.00. I sent out the letters and ordered another package for 199.00. After my check was cashed, I receive nothing else from this company. never once received payment for work, nor reimbursement for stamps and materials. I do have all the copies of the checks that the have collected for me.Desired Settlement: I am hoping that the company will refund all the money they collected as well as reimbursement for the money I spent on stamps and copy fees.

Review: On November [redacted] 2014 I mailed the application form along with $99.00 application fee which promises to help me earn $490,00. I also spent $48.00 in postage from Stamps.com for 100 postage stamps.

I did not get the letters until December [redacted] 2014 and I sent out that day. I have not seen or heard from Mason Grace Enterprises at all!! Lesson learned!Desired Settlement: I want the $147.00 I spent on Mason Grace Enterprises so-called money earning scam! I paid them $99.00 and spent $48.00 on postage.
I am unemployed and I DO NOT have money to throw away.

If the product is returned UNUSED and within the allotted time agreed to in our terms and conditions, a refund can be issued. If the customer USED the product, then they acknowledge reading and agreeing to all policies, foremost among which is the fact that there are NO income guarantees. We are not responsible for a customers failure to read our clear terms, which they expressly agree to by ordering

Sincerely,
I received a letter today from Mason Grace Enterprises. I read the letter in thoroughly and at first glance the offer is intriguing. It peeked my interest. Of course I decided to look up the company on the internet and always the Revdex.com. I see that there are many complaints but I agree with Mason Grace on most of them.
The letter I received CLEARLY states that you will get paid for letters that are returned to them. Not just for mailing them out. It is a little confusing but, people, don't send money unless you do your due diligence!!! Read the entire letter twice or three times! If you cannot afford to part with the money you are investing without a guaranteed return, it should be worth some research.
I decided not to sign up for the program after my research as I didn't feel comfortable with the terms but he company wasn't hiding the terms but they didn't put them in your face either.
This company probably makes a lot of money from people that read the letter and take there own "too good to be true" interpretation instead of the literal meaning of the entire content and further research.
People!! Read!!! Understand!! Ask questions!!

Sincerely,
I got involved with the Mason Grace mail order business. I paid $139.00 received letters envelopes and mailing labels. I did this to help my teenage son make some money. I have not received any check after having to pay for postage (50.00 more). I agreed that after 9th payment I would be reumbursed. I was willing to do this even if we made no money. I was checking my bank account and found I am being charged 278.00. I began corresponding with Mason Grace via email asking why. They are telling me I agreed to autoship at 1/2 the price. I paid 139.00 (1/2 should be 68.50). When I asked they said it is 1/2 but they charge per week (69.50 x 4). I never agreed to pay for this at these terms when there have been no results. I read the physical contract I actually signed and it says any further purchases are up to me, my choice. They keep sending me responses pertaining to theTERMS. I asked them repeatedly WHERE they are and they say on the website. I have searched every whichway and can not find them. I asked them to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and told them they would be hearing from my attorney. They responded by saying they have TERMS and I AGREED. "If you make this a legal matter, YOU will pay OUR legal fees of that you can be sure."
I am being called "beligerent".
Something MUST be done!
I am being asked by them how I can be the ONLY customer that does not understand they have " TERMS"!
Review: I sent this company $139.00 on 4/**/15 for a mail order business. They sent me envelopes and business flyers promoting a business deal. I sent 98 business letters plus my application page which cost me $49.49 to mail I was told I would be paid $10 for every letter that they got a response from. They was suppose to send me a check on Tuesday I waited over 2 wks. before I called. I never got to talk to anyone. The recording said due to high call volume they were only accepting paid customer, I was told to send in my application along with my fee. I knew then that it was not right so I call the Revdex.com. I mailed the letters on May *, 2015.Desired Settlement: N0t to fall for this again My daughter look this business up on internet when I received letter from company she told me it was legitimate so that is why I took a chance with it.

Customer should READ whats provided. We are clear income is not guaranteed, and nothing may be made. We are also clear about refund policies. We are not responsible for a customers failure to read what is placed right in front of them
Review: This is one of those "Work-From-Home" scams, I'm assuming. I was hard pressed to choose a Primary Nature of the complaint because, so far, several of them apply. First and foremost, it is a bait and switch scam. I received a flyer from this company that promoted a certain advertisement, but when the product actually reached me, the reality was a far cry from the the advertisement. So I tried calling them to get a refund, per their policy, but they have no phone that is answered by a living person, they force you to go to their website and use the "Contact" page to send them an email. The problem is that their Contact page doesn't work. I've sent 4 emails through this contact page, which is the only way to send them anything, and it says they will get back to you between 1 and 8 hours, or 1 business day at the longest, and so far, I've never heard a peep out of these people. Their policy states that you have 24 hours to contact them for a refund, but it is has been more than 24 hours since I've been trying to get in touch with them with no results. I'm assuming this is how they get around refunding people...? It's a scam, plain and simple, and I want my money back. They misrepresented their "product" and once they received my money, they washed their hands of me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I'm filing this complaint for the benefit of others they will scam and I'm going to file a Fraud claim with my Credit Card in hopes the charge will be removed from my credit card, but I also wanted to file a complaint here in case nothing comes of that.
