Review: I applied for in home work and sent in a fee of $99.00 For a group#1 Packsage to do . I WAS SENT 500 lables and nothing else. The package I ask for was 49 letters and 49 envelopes and 49 mailing lables. I have ask several times for them to send the package or refund my $99.00. I would like to do the work but I can not get a response from them. I have tried to phone them with no luck. They are suppose to have a AAA rating with you is the reason I tried to work with them. I am retired and live on a fixed income and would like to be more useful. If they do not want me to work for them then they should return the $99.00. I do volunteer with Hospice and Home alone at night and have time on my hands. I don't care if they want me just do what is right.Desired Settlement: Refund or work

Review: I was presented with the opportunity by mail from Mason Grace Enterprises to get paid just for sending out stuffed envelopes. Each envelop you mailed out is 10$ .Their business was categorized into 5 groups. I picked and paid for the Group 4, in the Group 4 I was supposed to receive 290 letters. They had to be mailed out within 10 days, in return I would get paid 2,900$ For mailing all of them, According to the letter that they sent me. After receiving my package from Mason Grace I read that I only get paid for the letters that are sent back to them so now all I ask is that I receive a refund of 299.00 from which I paid for the Group 4 category. I looked on their website and I do not see the exact procedures of receiving a refund so please tell me the exact procedures so I that I can get my money back as promised I could in the letter you sent. Thank YouDesired Settlement: I think that the business has a responsibility to treat their customers with fairness. With that being said I should be able to receive a refund as stated I could in the letter you sent me. Iv read in other complaints that the refund procedures are on the site but I do not see them so please tell me in a reply. Thank you

Response:

It could not be clearer how our program works, making this an invalid complaint. MULTIPLE times in our initial letter we state that pay is based on the performance of the mailings, not simply on mailing them out. This is nothing moire than the common case of as customer too irresponsible to read what is clearly put before them. As long as all of our clearly stated refund policies are met, a refund will be issued. This customer could have come to us first for a simple resolution. This complaint should be deleted from the Revdex.com's files due to its completely baseless, inaccurate position

ALL policies including refund policies are found in our terms and conditions. We have stated this already. If you aren't willing to read them, that has nothing to do with us. You have responsibilities as a consumer. Ours is to provide all pertinent info. Yours is to read it. The terms are on our website in a link at the bottom of the "our programs" page. If you say you cant find them, it simply means you arent reading whats there

All refund requirements must be met in order for a refund to be issued

None of this information was presented in the letter that was sent to my house. Your website says “Refunds may require up to 8 calendar weeks to process. Refunds will also require a current photo id, a utility bill to prove your legal address, and a notarized letter stating no copies of our materials have been made, scanned or kept in any format. A second notarized letter must be furnished indicating that you accepted all terms and conditions presented here prior to ordering the program. Notary public stamp must be perfectly clear on these declarations. No refunds will be issued without these documents." None of this information was the letter! This is nothing more than a well planned out Scam. You didn't say you had a website on your letter you sent to me, I found out via Revdex.com and it is not fair a customer has to go through all those procedures w/o knowing clearly what he/she is getting into. This businesses is a total Scam

Sincerely,

Review: I received an initial letter by mail informing that the company needs help sending out letters, and that they will pay me for the work that I do by sending them out. I signed up for Group#1 with the least amount of letters, and they also informed me that they needed serious workers to start on them immediately to have them mailed out within ten days. The letter said that I will get paid for my work by check mailed out on Tuesday to receive on Friday making sure that the code that I created is on each envelope. I signed up and payed 99.00 dollars for Group#1. When I received the package in the mail, I opened it up to another letter at the very top of the stack saying that I will only get paid for whether someone responds to the letters or not. That this was selling. Well, this is not what was stated in the initial letter. At this point, I have already sent in the money. Now, the story change about what they do after receiving my money. I no longer want to be a part of this scam. They sent me all kinds of harassing and rude emails after I sent them one email at night. I reached boiling point, and I confronted them about this by email. They just continued to argue sending emails back and forth like this is all a game. Now, all I want is my money back because this is not what I signed up for. I was serious as to why I signed up for this, and I expected this in return.Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund of 99.00, and I don't want anymore to do with this scam. I don't want them sending me any more letters in the future at all.

Response:

This is an INVALID complaint. We make it very clear how participants are paid. This is an example of a customer who chose not to read what was presented to them. On our website, we clearly state the following... "By placing your order, whether through mail or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept all terms and conditions presented". That is then followed by the terms and conditions, which clearly state pay is based on performance. In the terms, the following is clearly stated.... "Client agrees by act of participation that program performance/program function, insofar as it results from program being exercised by client, falls within the commercial heading of "sales". Program participation qualifies as, and is regarded as, a franchise arrangement and fully assumes consistent solicitation by client for the purpose of generating results to all potential levels. Product performance is conditioned upon multiple variables, but at all times denies entitlement of client to termination based on lack of revenue generation. Product is sold as informational solely, with added potential of revenue stream production. Product is upon offer displaced from provision/intention as a definitive revenue source. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected". Also stated is "Results from the implementation of our methods are not guaranteed to any specific level, and it is possible to achieve no results even if method is implemented correctly. Mason Grace is a vendor of income opportunities, not guaranteed income. "

There is NO valid argument here. Customer also did not abide by the rules of refund whioch are also clearly laid out in the terms.

This does not qualify as a valid customer complaint in any way shape or form

I read the letter. The letter says specifically that you get paid for each envelope that you stuff, and it strictly depends on the number of envelopes stuffed. It says specifically that you get paid $10.00 for each envelope stuffed. It informs you to create a code, so that they can keep track of the letters sent. The letter did not provide the specific information as to whether it was based on response or not. The letter only states what they want you to know and do not provide all of the information in advance for the individual to know. They left out some of the main details, and they did not provide the information up front. The information was suppose to be stated was never stated in the letter. This was not provided in the letter at all.

I am glad that I only provided 99.00 because this scam is continuing and continuing to waste time. If this was a legitimate business, my refund would have been refunded and this would be the end of this situation. This whole situation would have been closed by now, but all this shows is that this is not a legitimate business at all and a complete waste of time.

Review: I purchased this products it states "They will you to stuff envelopes with various plans. I chose $9 9for earning $490. It states " by requesting an application fee we will eliminate those who are just curious and leave room for those who are serious about earning Huge Money with a company the delivers . I purchased my package on 6/**/20**. I received my envelopes on 7/**/2014 There was a letter enclosed stating I only get paid if someone response to my stuffing of the enevlopes. This iwas never told upfront. Along with that I received 100 enevlopes not 49 and had to paythe postage to send the enevlopes which cost me $50. I have no way to find out what kind of response on this evenlope the company gets.

I am requesting my application fee of $99.00 and my postage feeof $50.00 total $ **9.00 be return to me.

If the company wants help they should advise people upfront that you onlyget paid on responses!Desired Settlement: I request Full refund. I have proof of cost of postage receipt as well. I can email to you. Thanks

I received an advertisement/letter in the mail from Mason

Grace Enterprises regarding, information on "Working from Home " which stated,

"Get paid to mail our special letters from home!" Potential earnings

of up to $5000 or more weekly! Free Postage, Free Circulars, free envelopes,

pay checks mailed every Tuesday".I mailed on 6/**/2014 Mason Grace

Enterprises, a postal money order, in the amount of $99.00 for application fee,

which is suppose to be completely refundable, to register me in their mailing

program under the income group #1, which involves folding 49 letters, with 49

envelopes and 49 customer mailing labels for a supposed weekly pay out of

$490.00. If you going on what is stated why did I received 100 letter and envelopes when I only paid for 49? Then so you know the advertisement I received has no website for your company. You fail to mention to people who are serious that you are stuffing envelopes upon these responses you will get paid. If you would advise these serious people that they would not get paid until your receive response back from envelope stuffings. NO ONE WOULD RESPOND I can't agree to the terms of a program plan when it was never given to me in your advertisement. I want my full refund as your company is clearly scamming people for money. On my advertisement you state you are Honesty, Support,Opportunity.. that's Mason Grace. I issue is still not resolved are I want my hard earned money back $ 149.00 I'm on a fixed income and believe I could trust your advertisement. Your company is scamming people for money!!!!!

If the buyer did not agree with our terms, the product should have been returned for a refund, NOT used. By using the product, buyer agreed to all policies presented. There will be no refund unless the product is returned to us unused in its original condition. Buyer must learn to read policies before making a purchase

Your company does not sent all the documents that you are stating. You have nothing in writing where I agree to any terms of your products. You company fail to be honest and given all information up front. I have contact my friend at Channel 7 and advised him of your company and given his staff all letters that I received to purchase your product. They also agree your company is running a SCAM. Therefore if your company fail to return my $149.00. They will do a story of a company of to be aware of that you're SCAMMING people for money. RIPE OFF company. Review: The Mason Enterprises sends a letter to your home no business heading just a plain white enevolope. I picked the lowest plan to start I should be making $ 400 per week. I only recieved 10 prospects but when I selected my program I should be mailed 49 letters per week. I paid 95.00 to start this mailing business it does not explain in the inital letter you are responsible for postage, and you will be using your home address for the business. The inital letter dont explain that but when you pay $99. 00 first then in the first packet will have that information. Of course your $99. is non refundable. I care not to put my home address on these anyomous letters to send to people. The other catch what if none of the people buy this type of information on the list they send you out of $99 and you won't be makinging any either.Desired Settlement: I have all the info deliver to me by ups driver that I have not touch I would like my refund back, and I will ship these materials back to them.

Response:

What are you reading? Nothing you have stated is correct

By ordering you agreed to all of our terms and conditions including refunds

All of the conditions you agreed to must be met for you to be refunded

They are found on our website at the bottom of the "our programs" page

Review: I had read some complaints about them on a site and emailed customer rep with concerning questions and rep in my view replied rudely.I read their things fully several times. The letter I first recieved with order is vague compared to one you recieve with material. Its rediculous they expect people who order their stuff to pay for postage with terms of reimbursement for postage with 9th paycheck but not guaranteed you will make a paycheck that also is pooled with guarantee app fee refund with 9th paycheck. If consumers I send these fliers to dont respond you are basically out app fee and postage til they do wich is not cheap.Their refund terms state you must send a copy of utility bill for proof of address but they do not need ordering from them.Where I live I do not pay utilities so it seems they have that clause to scam people out of money.I have spent $400 for this so far.Not a small amount of money by any means and dont feel good they scam people outa money cause its not guranteed you will get a paycheck even though the fliers are suppose to be sent to consumers who like what mason grace sends them for making money opportunities. The fact you dont and cant physically talk to anyone from company getting involved with them should of been a red flag and should be for anybody. If something is too good to be true most likely it is.Desired Settlement: I just want my $300 I paid for application fee and $100 I paid for postage which I did send them the reciept for without hassle.

Nowhere in our material is there a discrepancy as is suggested here. Everything was clearly explained to [redacted]. It is not our issue when customers such as this choose not to read what is clearly presented to them. Even the legal department of [redacted] wrote us to say that after a review, they found that we describe our products accurately. Since [redacted] is focused on buyer protection, that statement from them tells you all you need to know. [redacted] should learn his responsibilities as a consumer. Everything [redacted] says was not explained is right there in black and white in our terms and conditions. Nothing is kept hidden. Our obligation is only to present all the facts. His obligation is to read them. Clearly he did not

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] There are no terms and conditions in first letter. Two pages of the the same thing. Not for nothing but this company offers a money back guarantee and reimbursement for postage with 9th paycheck. Now if your not guaranteed to make money then that 9th check could take forever or not at all.Sorry thats wrong and people are out of money. My intentions was such as concerning questions cause the money o put up wasnt chump change but this guy immediately got rude and defensive. He can say what he wants but what there is no point to sending mentioning terms and conditions after they already recieved and cashed the money I sent. They also should lead to believe these envelopes are being sent to consumers previously involved with them.Im not gonna eat $300 for application fee and $100 I have spent on postage. For me there is no resolution until I get that back.

Response:

The terms and conditions are on our website, and are public for anyone to view. Not a single thing [redacted] states is correct. We were clear as to how compensation works, and we were clear as to how reimbursement works. We also do NOT have a satisfaction guarantee and do not state that we do anywhere. Our refund policy's stipulations are perfectly clear, but they are not based on satisfaction. [redacted] had every opportunity to return the product after reading all of our disclosures. Nothing is hidden from our customers. instead, he chose to use the product, clearly indicating acceptance of all of our terms and conditions. Therefore, this matter is closed. Thank you

[redacted] package was shipped within the time frame we state in our materials. We did not receive her payment until June *. Her tracking number is [redacted]. It appears she will receive it on 6/**. There is no valid complaint here

I bought the $299 package to try out there services. they told I hd to have the materials mailed out within 10 days. I had all my letters stuffed and mailed in 4 days. and I sent in my reciept for the stamps I puchased, along wiht the register form so they would know who to send the checks too as the letters came back in. I NEVER heard from Mason Grace again. I never got paid for one single letter, they cant tell me that out of 299 letters that not one came back!! so I spent $299 dollars on there package and another $147 dollars on stamps... $446 dollars spent on them and never got a penny back or even heard from them.

Response:

We are perfectly clear more than once in our materials and terms and conditions that there are NO income guarantees. All customers agree to all terms by ordering as stated.Nothing is hidden from customers. In the instruction manual that accompanies the product, it clearly states some mailing may make nothing. If that wasnt agreeable our refund policies could have been followedInstead, this customer chose to use the product indicating full acceptance of our termsWe are not responsible for a customers failure to read our perfectly clear and binding terms. The vast majority or our customers understand and accept all of our terms from the startTherefore there is no excuse for this consumer not to have understood them as well

I recently received something from them in the mail & I have been hesitant on taking on the "job" because I was unsure if it was a spam. I filled out the form signing up for income group #1(to pay just $99 in order to earn $490). I literally was getting ready to put the $99 in cash in the envelope to begin the "job" process UNTIL I read these customer reviews. I am so thankful that I decided to look further into it. Now I know that they will not be receiving any money from me. :(
