Review: Hello. My name is [redacted]. I would like to get my refund on everything that I did for the company. Please call me or email me at [redacted] or [redacted]
Business
Response:
What exactly entitles [redacted] to a refund? We are very clear that you agree to all terms and conditions by ordering. The refund policy is very clear. Refunds require either the product be returned unused, or in this case, that all requirements in the policy are met in order to be reimbursed. None of that is true in this case. [redacted] had the opportunity to return the product but did not. [redacted] should not have agreed to our detailed terms if he had no intention of following them. No refund will be issued unless stated criteria in our terms are met
Review: This company sent a letter stating a great business opportunity but I'd have to pay $99. for this great opportunity. I tried calling the number listed on the letter only to be told that due to higher than normal call volumes they were only taking calls from paying customers which it then hangs up on you. How does it know if I'm a paying customer or not? I went to the website which states: Mason Grace has a PERFECT 'AAA' customer satisfaction record! We have ZERO valid complaints from actual customers! ZERO! NO competitor can say the same. I went to the Revdex.com & looked this company up & they have a F rating & numerous complaints. The letter I got states I could make up to $2500 weekly. I have to pay in advance & if I pay with a check then it has to clear the bank before they will send anything. I would absolutely love a program like this if it wasn't fraud. I've been looking for work for 18 months. They have no way of contacting anyone with the "company" to find out about them in any way.Desired Settlement: I don't want to be contacted by this fraudulant company again. Send him to jail for fraud.

Review: Earlier this year, I expressed interest in joining the Mason Grace mail circulars program. In reliance of participating, I purchased several items (e.g., postage stamps for mailing) in order to participate. Once purchased, I followed the instructions according to the documents that were sent to me but have not received any compensation for the mailings I have sent for the program or any further information from your company. After several months of no communication from Mason Grace, I wrote a letter in October 2014, requesting a refund of what I paid with copies of my receipts as proof. I have still not received any correspondence from Mason Grace.
Filing a Revdex.com complaint is my next option for the relief I request. If my complaint is not taken under consideration and I am not refunded the amounts I requested, I will file a claim in small claims court.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the money spent for postage stamps and other materials I paid for in reliance to participate in Mason Grace's mail circular program. (Receipts can be provided)

First, no wonder Mason Grace has a terrible rating on Revdex.com with the written response I received. Terrible customer service and yet they disparagingly talk to customers. Great company. I have no problem sending back the UNUSED materials to receive my refund. It would have been nice for the company to acknowledge they received my letter by contacting me. I have provided all my receipts showing proof I paid for the materials but now I will send them to the company FOR MY FULL REFUND Maybe if Mason Grace was more worried about customer service and less about running a pyramid scheme their business would be considered legitimate. I ask that Mason PLEASE send written details on what a "customer" needs to do to receive a refund. Less snarky, ae remarks would be greatly appreciated too. Again, I do reserve my right to file a claim in New York court of this situation cannot be resolved amicably.

Review: I received a letter from Mason Grace Enterprises, located at [redacted] in Manhattan, to mail special letters out for their company to earn money, I was asked to send them money upfront and it would be reimbursed after the [redacted] paycheck. I went on your website and found out there are many complaints reported for this company since they don't specify that once I mail out their letters I only get paid for the responses they get from customers the letters are sent to. I am an elderly lady, retired and as with many people, would have sent them money in hopes to make much more. I was fortunate enough to look them up on your website and thanks to your note on them decided not to move forward with this. I also have no idea HOW they got my name or address as I have not lived in New York for over three years. Thank you,Desired Settlement: Please warn others about this company and any further issues that should arise from them. There are many people who hope to earn income and would send them the money only to be fooled by what they have not written in their letters about how you get paid.

Review: I have tried to contact the company on several occasion with no positive results. I received the same recording that I heard when I first signed up.
No one has called or emailed me. I have made no money since I started.
They say that you would get a check in your first week. It has been three weeks and I have received nothing.
They also state, that if you are not completely satisfied you will get your money back. I have requested a refund, I have not received as of August *, 2015.
They promise a refund for postage after your nineth check, I have not received no checks at all. I was 139.00. This was suppose to be group level 3. They was trying to determine if I was about this work or not.Desired Settlement: A refund of all monies: postage and fee for program.
Would like see if they are a real business, because they state that they are in a corporate building and they request a reservation/and/or appointment just to be seen by them. They say this is company policy.
Business
Response:
Not a single statement by this customer is correct. We are clear that there is NO guarantee of any income and we do NOT offer a satisfaction guarantee of any kind. We are clear that refunds require the return of our product UNUSED. Once used, a refund is not available, only a reimbursement after 9 paychecks, if 9 paychecks are earned. This customer should learn to read whats being agreed to BEFORE agreeing to it. All policies are perfectly clear. This matter is closed

It is clear that this business scams people out of their money with no guarantee of income. However, they do state in the agreement that you are able to make money in the first week. This is not true. I have followed all guidelines to make income, but the process in which you have to follow requires you to buy postage and pay for copies of their letters with no compensation. I have not received any money for any mail that I sent out. I simply want to get my money $139.00 plus $50.00 for program #2 and postage and mailer copies. They say if your mailer has been received in their office, you will make $10 per copy. I sent out 100 mailer it has been 4 weeks now with no compensation and the same recording when you call. I have not spoken to a human person since I began this process. I understand that mail return may be slow, but I should received something by now. They say they are legitimate, I disagree. The first you reach out to a company that you think or feel is honest because they state that in their ad and you end up losing your hard earned money on a lie. They need to do what they promise in their ad or they need to find another line work.

There is no valid complaint here. It takes more than a few days to receive the productShe'll have it soon
This company is a fraud. You pay your money, and their goal is to get your one-time payment only - company mission is to collect one-time payments. They promise you will make lots of money. I spent my own money for postage, I spent several hours mailing their flyers (the flyers were to entice new people to do what I was doing), and the promise was if that someone signed up and paid, I'd get a check for $10. Well, imagine how many flyers you get in the mail that you throw away. Needless to say, I wasted my own money, Mason Grace got paid their one-time fee from me, and laughing to the bank.
Oh, and then they share your name and contact information with numerous other companies like them. I have spent the past 8 months receiving phone calls from telemarketers and flyers in the mail asking if I want to "earn extra income".
This company is a disaster.
Review: Mason grace advertises that they will refund the money paid with original order plus $35.00 if you don't make your investment Bach with in 2 months. In the spirit of good will, as long as [redacted] can show proof that the materials were returned to our office by providing a tracking number, we will refund his $99. We have no record of the return. We have checked more than once. He would not be eligible for an additional $35 however without proof of participation. A dated postage receipt would be accepted as that proof.
We trust this offer of resolution is found to be acceptable

Simple case of a customer who does everything but READ the terms and conditions he AGREED to. We are clear that there are no promises of income and no assurances any expenses will be reimbursed. If those terms were unacceptable, he should have returned the product unused. All of this was made 100% clear. We are not responsible for a customers failure to read the clear and simple terms we provide. No refund is due
Review: I just received an advertisement in the mail from this business. It looks like a complete scam!! They promise if you pay them you can join their company and receive $10 per envelope to stuff envelopes. They promise you can make up to $5,000 a week if you send them money and work for them.
This is a total scam and I'm reporting it so you guys can shut them down!Desired Settlement: I just want this business to be shut down so their scam is over and they don't doop anyone!! Their phone number is ###-###-####

Review: I sent a check in the amount of $299.00 for an at home business and waited 2 weeks to recieve anything from the company. The day I did recieve the product I realized that this business was not as I understood. I immediately e-mailed the company and stated I was returning everything the very next day (within 24 hours). I also sent proof that the product has been returned. I have nothing but a series of demeaning e-mails from the company refusing to return my money. This is not a reputable comany if they would take back the product and still keep the money from someone that can not afford to have $299.00 stolen from them. I think the general public should be aware that this is a company that will do whateveris possible not to refund moneys when someone realizes they do not want to go forward with the program.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.

The product was in fact returned in tact just as I recieved it. The product was returned as it was sent to me by [redacted] and the confirmation number that shows delivery is [redacted] tracking no. [redacted]. I feel that the answer from the company is made in the attempt not to have to refund me my initial investment of $299.00. They previously responded that the money would be refunded in 8 weeks. This has not happened to date, nor will the complay replay to any e-mailed requests on my part. Mason Grace Enterprises business practice is to unashamedly steal money from consumers that have an immediate change of mind and choose not to do business with them. It is only fair that if their stance is to refuse to respond to you or to me, that the public at large be aware of their business practice. I am sure that I am not alone that this money is a real hardship for me. This is not a closed case until they refund my money.

Review: As per your other complaints against Mason Grace Enterprises, I also was a victim of their misrepresentation of their service. I mailed my money order per their instructions for $199.00. I have received no items to perform the service they were to pay me for, and have made multiple attempts to contact them by mail, website, and phone number they supplied. Constantly get an answering machine w/ no way to leave a message. I have received no response from my mailings to them. Their web page does not offer a way to contact them other than by the phone number with the answering machine. Any assistance in this matter will truly be appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of the $199.00 I sent them. I have the receipt for the money order if that helps.

Response:
This customer is simply lying. We received no emails from him regarding this and his complaint is absurd based on the dates he provided. If he mailed payment on the [redacted], there is no way he would have received it already. The product would not ship until this week or next. There is no valid complaint here
Review: It was my understanding that I was to receive reimbursement for postage and application fee after the 9th paycheck. I never received a 9th paycheck. After mailing out the initial start-up materials which the company provided, I provided my receipt for postage I purchased. While the company later sent me additional mailing labels, they did not provide any envelopes. In order to continue with their program, I would have not only had to advance more postage, but also utilize my own paper to generate copies of the flyer they wished me to mail (not to mention, utilize my own envelopes). Page 2 of the company’s invitation letter states "WE SEND YOU THE ENVELOPES" in 3 different paragraphs. In an effort to seek clarification of the policies and reimbursement guidelines, I e-mailed the company through its website and received only a generic response.
Due to this company’s convoluted, contradictory, and misleading instructions, it is a wonder that anyone receives reimbursement for any costs advanced. I did not purchase the above-mentioned additional mailing labels, and the company’s final response to my complaint with Business Consumer Alliance acknowledged that I was not obligated to do so. While I understood that I had to advance postage to continue with the program, I was under the impression that mailing supplies would be provided. Since postage is not reimbursed until the 9th paycheck, it seems the least this company could do is provide mailing supplies so that consumers would have a cost-effective way to continue with its program.Desired Settlement: Refund of $49.00 postage and complimentary package of mailing materials (must include a number of envelopes equal to number of flyers to be mailed)

Response:
This "complaint" simply shows the consumer failed to read the policies we made perfectly clear, and which she AGREED to by ordering.Nowhere do we guarantee results and we do not suggest materials are continually supplied for no additional chargeThere is not a single component to this complaint that is correctIn the future, the customer should read all information supplied as requiredFor example, if she feels our info is "convoluted", as she puts it, then why didnt she feel that way BEFORE ordering? Its because she clearly did not read what we providedRefund policies are very clear, and they are also agreed to by the consumer upon orderingAs long as all refund requirements are met, a refund will be issued
Consumer
Response:
I am accepting the company's response, not because I agree with it, but because I can see that the company is not going to work with me.The company's statement that "no component of my complaint is correct" seems to be a standard response it uses because I have read in many of the other complaint details. Furthermore, the company stated I should not have ordered from it if I thought its instructions were convoluted. As another complainant put it, "...when the product actually reached me, the reality was a far cry from the advertisement". As I said, I am choosing not to pursue this because I can see company is not willing to work with me. However, as detailed above, I do not agree with its response.

Review: I received an unsolicited telemarketing call Mason Grace Enterprises saying that they had a wonderful money making internet merchant services business that would make me a very healthy monthly income with little to no effort on my part. I took advantage of this opportunity due to my poor financial situation at the time. They took my $1808.00 that I paid using Cashier Checks for the website and the marketing/ Social Media and before I knew it, they disappeared and could no longer be contacted. Everything that that company told me was a lie and now I am $1808.00 in the hole due to this business never making me ANY MONEY. This company is a scam and should be shut down before it continues to hurt other families like mine!Desired Settlement: I expect to get a full refund even if it takes court Involvement. This company needs to be shut down!!!

Response:
We do NOT telemarket and never charged any customer $1800for any product. This person must give us the name and phone number of who theyspoke to so we may look into this. Someone is illegally using our company name it appears. We also want to see the endorsements on the back of the payments this personmade so we can trace who deposited them. Thats the most important thing they must provide us

Same with the booklets they only provide you with ten names and ten envelopes and the booklets. You have to buy names supplies they say you get paid up front. I haven't made a dime just got deeper in debt. They need to stop saying you will make a lot of money when you have to spend a lot of money to make money. I'm out of the money and made nothing. They make it sound like they will keep supplying you the stuff not true either you get what you get and nothing more. It's all to make a buck now a days.Desired Settlement: The amount I spent buying the stuff and for the postage I spent as well.

This is an example of a consumer who does not read terms and conditions that are made public and clearly detailed. We absolutely state in our terms and conditions that this is a business opp that we sell, not a guaranteed income. It is possible that no money will be made. We do NOT hide that fact. We also clearly state that there is NOTHING more to buy from US.
The consumer can run the business entirely on their own without ever giving us another dime if they wish.
This consumer needs to learn the responsibilities that all consumers accept when purchasing a product. Our obligation is to provide all pertinent info, which we DO. The consumers responsibility is to actually read it, not simply claim that they have
Our refund policy, which the customer agreed to by placing this order, is very clear.
No refund will be issued unless the product is returned unused. Once it is, a refund will be sent

My name is [redacted], I was trying to follow all of the areas that inquired about the business mentioned above. I never really noticed areas in northern Maine or really Maine at all. I have received one of their incredible get rich scheme letters. I knew this sounded to good to be true so I wanted to check Revdex.com. I have noticed that I have had these offers more from web searching. This particular letter stated that a person didn't need a computer to make the fast money. I acutually felt that those few words might make a person believe it was legite. I believe that some people might be apt to fall into the scam quickly. I have been passing through one site that I never actually noticed then suddenly a person is calling my home phone telling me I signed up for some service that cost 12 dollars and I had no clue but got angry and told them no not a chance. At that time this woman said she will refund my money. How did they know my account number and phone number. I say to anyone finding a to good to be true offer leave it alone. It is to good to be true. Thank you for taking my information about fast money scams whether it be snail mail or internet scams.

It is clear this customer did not read anything we provided, which he is obligated to do, yet he agreed to all terms and conditions by ordering. That is stated right on the initial order form as well as the website we direct customers to for the terms and conditions. There is no valid complaint here.
