[redacted] did a great job with controlling the pests in our yard. We saw a big difference just a few days later.

I had [redacted] from Corky's Pest Control perform a treatment for subterranean termites and he did a great job. He was very nice, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable with every aspect of the job. I would definitely recommend his services. I also love the fact that Corky's provides a 4-year warranty on the service.

I am a fan of Corky's Pest Control, I had a gentleman by the name of [redacted] come to take care of some termites at my home. Very thorough, detailed so detailed he found a different type of termite. Thank you!

Our termite service specialist Hector did a superlative job treating issues on our point loma property. He was extremely diligent, professional and personable.

My Corky's 'Service Technician' Mr. [redacted]; is and has always been extremely patient, very polite, willing to go above and beyond to make sure that his clients are completely happy. He is will ask you 'if you want a particular service that wasn't scheduled that day, but to make you feel at ease, he offers it and seems to have no problem with doing so. He's extremely informative. He will try & generally answers any question and/or concern that I may have. He tells me about the insect that I ask him about 'completely' or that I have one that I had found (spider) within. He's friendly, welcoming and will never rush you, and being disabled and older 'it's extremely appreciated,' I truly appreciate him as a person and appreciate Corky's for having him on as a member of their team. Also, Corky's service plan wasn't over priced at all, especially for all that i'm getting in return; MY PEACE OF MIND. Thank you so much, especially to [redacted] (for being so consistent always with your work and personality).

On three occassions, Corky's has failed to send a technician to perform indoor pest control service within the agreed upon appointment time. Also, when attempting to make an a mutually agreed appointment, I will give three different dates and times within a 7 day period, which Corky's has never been able to fulfill because "they are booked." It typically takes 2 weeks to get an appointment which is a problem when a house has pests. When my house is infested, I expect a pest control service who advertised that I could call anytime to be able to provide services within 7 days.

Excellent service done very thoroughly.

I had excellent service from Corky's Termatrac & Heat Specialist [redacted]. He did both treatments at my home.He explained everything that both treatments entailed so that I understood what was happening. He was very thorough and EXTREMELY polite.

On September 29, 2015, Mr
is="qowt-word-run" qowt-eid="E70" id="E70">. [redacted] contracted with Corky’s Pest Control, to provide a solution to the Swallow nesting problem on his property. At the time of the 1st inspection by our representative, [redacted], there were approximately 119 Swallow’s nests affixed to the underside of the eaves of his home and more were flying around the neighborhood, in significant numbers looking for nesting areas.
It was apparent, after speaking with him, that Mr. [redacted] was unaware of the annual migratory habits of these birds and was unaware, when he purchased his home that this situation existed on his property and that of his neighbors. Swallows will return annually to the same nesting sites every year. They are also a protected species and their nests can only be removed before egg laying and after hatching occurs when the nests are empty. This being the case, we were to remove the old nests and install a netting material, to discourage nest building, under the eaves. We recommended, that the netting material be extended below the eaves where it was possible for nests to be built, but Mr. [redacted] declined this suggestion and only wanted to protect directly under the eaves. (We charged only for the work we performed.) Consequently, this decision affected the service outcome and his expectations for this service were less than he expected. The birds continually tried to nest below the netting, but where the netting was in place, the eaves saw no activity, it did its’ job.
In an attempt to meet Mr. [redacted]’s expectations, it was then decided that a sticky, repellant product (not a poison) would be applied to wall areas where birds might attempt to build nests. After mixing the product, and testing it on a stucco wall, it was determined that staining might occur. Mr. [redacted], declined this solution also. At this point the technicians (after diluting the test product for disposal) buried the remaining product (per label instructions) in an existing hole in the un-landscaped, backyard.
Mr [redacted] again contacted our office and spoke with [redacted], and informed us of his dogs passing and the fact that the Swallow situation was unacceptable. His main focus was on what we were going to do about the birds. Our representative, [redacted], in an attempt to help overcome the consequences of Mr. [redacted]’s initial decision, offered, at no charge to him, to send our technicians out weekly to remove any nests starting in unprotected areas to deter the birds until the birds moved elsewhere and we would also show him how to use his hose and a stream of water to loosen and remove the nests. He also offered to have a memorial leaf purchased in [redacted]’s name from the H[redacted] Foundation. Mr. [redacted] declined both offers and requested that he not be contacted again. Hence, we have had no further contact until the Revdex.com made us aware of this complaint.
Mr [redacted]’s dog [redacted], was his constant companion (leashed) when we were on site. [redacted] was also equipped with a protective cone around his neck, the kind veterinarians use when there is a medical necessity. Care for his health and importance to his family was obvious.
It is our belief that the service that Mr. [redacted], contracted us to do, was done professionally and where it was allowed to be enacted, was absolutely effective. Therefore, we are declining to return the cost of the service.
We absolutely regret [redacted]’s loss, and realize it’s a very emotional occasion when beloved companions are taken from us. We are not without compassion for the family. It is our professional belief that what was used on the property had not the ability to cause the dog mortal harm. We would like to again, extend our offer to memorialize [redacted]’s life with a Leaf from the [redacted] Foundation. We would be glad to consider other means of compensation, if a diagnosis is provided by a licensed veterinarian stating [redacted]’s cause of death and its’ relationship to the product used on the property.

[redacted] did a great job servising our home last week. He was very friendly and professional. Seemed to spend a good amount of time making sure that everything was sprayed to avoid the upcoming summer pests

Just want to write that I'm very pleased with Corky's Pest Control. My technician [redacted] is always polite and professional. Thank you Corky's Cathy [redacted]

We used to have an ant infestation that worsened in the Fall, and ant traps and gel did not work, given the magnitude of the infestation. Since we started using Corky's approximately 3 or 4 years ago, we no longer have this problem.We don't like to use chemicals, but the infestation became intolerable.
Our courteous technician, [redacted] has explained the spraying. He is very conscientious about where he sprays, avoiding the bird bath and items that we may have outside, like clothes and towels.
And the birds and lizards are thriving!

Corky's Pest Control Inc. has come to my residence two times in the past 3 months. Both times the same tech., who was very professional, and explained what procedures he was doing to get rid of the ant problem I was having. The service worked as well as he had promised it would. Every person I have had contact with at Corky's Pest Control has been nothing but nice and pleasant.
