I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     How ironic, After Viewing all Corky's many other online complaints re: these [redacted]e issues, that is pretty much the response we expected from them. That is  all merely a Mis-communication, and that we had the wrong email contact etc.
As mentioned I have left a few phonecall messages for [redacted] and Corky's upper management, in which were always told, she or they are in a manager's meeting, they will call you back as soon meeting finished, so obviously these were all intentional lies to customer, in which Corky's management never intended to bother calling us back. 
Thank you for all your  help Revdex.com in trying to resolve, but this company has done nothing but waste our time, so now we will just file our complaints with the  (Structural Pest Control Board) at this point.

I have had Corky's regular service for years. Would not go without it. When people tell me they are having ant or spider problems I am comforted to know that I do not because of Corky's Pest Control service. I love my service rep, [redacted]. He is so sweet and very attentive to any pest control issues. He is a real asset to the company.

My tech was [redacted]. He arrived with a smile and was very professional. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Corky's serviced my home against pests on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. [redacted], my Corky's technician, did an outstanding job: efficient, comprehensive service, and very courteous as well. Impressive. Thanks [redacted] and Corky's!

It seems to me that there has been a misunderstanding regarding your service and because of that I would like to offer my apologies.  Based on your inspection report the price we quoted and the heat treatment...

performed was for two of your five attic spaces, as far as I can see the remaining three attics were neither quoted or treated.  
In an effort to allow you to start over with another company or us I have removed the $1631.00 charge from your account for the work quoted and completed.   If you would like to continue with our company please call our office to schedule an inspection where we can properly quote treatment for all of your attic space.

Corky's Pest Control has been spraying my home for over 15 years and I am very satisfy with their service. [redacted], Branch Field Representative FR 39714, in particular has been great. I have been having difficulties with my ankle for the last 3 years an he has made it easier by letting himself in to the back to spray even making sure that my dogs water pail is cleaned and filled with fresh water when he is done spraying.

We have used Corky's for over 10 years! We are very pleased with the service our tech [redacted] (CP19) has provided. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He knows our property and always takes time to meet any specific needs or issues we might have. Great company and great people!

Today [redacted] was in our home treating for an OMG infestation of cockroaches. I didn't think cockroaches got into clean homes. We don't buy used furniture, don't buy at garage sales, etc. Well guess what even though we are a couple of 70+ year old "clean freaks", we have the nasty bugs. [redacted] is very knowledgeable, very personable, and very serious about what he does. Corky's is lucky to have [redacted] and [redacted] is welcome in our home any time we need professional help with "pests". Thanks Corky!

I've been with Corky's for many years and they are the only service I want. They never fail to exceed all my expectations for professionalism, commitment, quality and results. The staff are all great. I want to specifically mention [redacted], my current service specialist. He carries on the great Corky's tradition I have come to expect.

I have used Corky's Pest Control for several years and they give excellent service. I would recommend them because of their successful fight against insects and the cost of the service. My hibiscus plants are so much better since their technician, [redacted], treated them with a special product for white flies.

[redacted] shows up at the appointed time, let's you know he's here and goes about his job efficiently and effectively. If there are additional ares we want him to treat, he covers it. If any time during the next treatment time we see insects re appearing, we call Corkys and they teat at no additional cost. We are well pleased.

I would like to say that [redacted] of Corky's Pest Control is an excellent technician. He is always very polite, takes the time to listen to any problem you may have and makes every effort to resolve it for you. He should be commended for the job that he does as his professionalism rates an A+++++ in my book. I would not want any other person to be handling my account. He deserves to be singled out as OUTSTANDING in his craftsmanship and his very friendly attitude. It is so rare today to find those who deserve such a rating with most company employees who are just interested in getting by, collecting a paycheck and that is it. Most employees seem to have a do not care anymore attitude, but not [redacted]. I think he deserves an award and recognition for his work, I hope his company recognizes how valuable an employee that they have and that they show it by treating him well and with the upmost respect. This man is the reason for my giving this company such a high rating and I have only given such praise in extremely rare circumstances. So, my hat it off to you [redacted] as you deserve it.
