HelloI have been a customer of Massage Envy for over a yearI am a member and the first couple months I lived in Keizer so it was convienient for meMassage Envy at one point was short on therapists and I was unable to make appointments work with my schedule since I am a nurse and work nightsI use my benefits card to pay for the massages and since I got behind due to being charged but not receiving the massages the manager waived the charges for me so that I would be able to continue with the membershipAt one point he offered to cancel the membership as it became frustratingWhen he offered to cancel for me he also said they had just hired many new therapists so getting an apptwould be easyI opted to schedule appointments instead of cancel (BIG MISTAKE)!!! I moved (far enough away that it became difficult for me to get to KeizerI am out *** *** ** *** and I work in *** so I have no business to attend to in KeizerI asked to cancel and the manager was no longer sympathetic to my situation and states that I have not paid for a year yet so no I cannot cancelAgain, I use my benefits card but am behind because I am not receiving the massages that I have paid forI called and spoke with the manager yesterday (9/7/2017) and had many things to discuss1) I have now paid for a year so I need to cancel2) I need to schedule the remainder of the massages that I am owed3) I need receipt documentation from the payments made in May and June with the date the payment was madeThe manager stated that he would not cancel my membership until I was currentHe would provide me receipts for those months and if I want to get a massage I can pick up the receipts thenI agreed that I will bring the account current once I am able to fax in the receipts to my benefits card and a massage was scheduled for me on 9/8/at 10am
Today I drove to Keizer and checked in for my massageI was told by Ashley at the front counter that the manager states I was going to bring my account to currentI explained that No that was not the conversationI will be bringing it current once the receipt documentation is provided to meShe stated to head to the back and she would call the managerShe came to the back and asked me to come up front and explained to me that the manager states I need to bring the account current before I can receive a massageI, upset as anyone would be, stated that this is fing ***I drove all the way here based off of a conversation that the manager and I had the day beforeAt that time I asked that the manager get on the phone with meAshley stated no he will not be talking to me and I need to leaveI stated that I needed to have the receipts for the services (that have not yet been provided) and I will not leave until I speak with the managerShe states to me that I can just sit there then because the manager will not be speaking with meI asked for a number to someone above her managerShe pointed to a plaque above her with Jim DeWeese numberI took the number down and left him a message on the answering machine that picked upAfter about minutes the manager called the store to speak with meI stated that our conversation on the phone was very different then what he is asking his staff to tell me and that he needs to have the *** to call me or come in and talk to meThen he states that I should not question his man-hood and that I need not cuss his employees out (which I did not do, the cuss words I stated are above)I stated that I was not going to discuss that its not why I'm hereI DONT want this membership any longer and the customer service is incredibly poorI became upset and cried because why would I want to have a massage at a place as toxic as thisHe states he will take care of the membership for me (we will see)He stated he asked Ashley to give my my receiptsI asked what happens with the massages I am owedHe states I will not be able to get them since I am not bringing my account current
Before leaving, I attempted to apologize to Ashley for her receiving the brunt of my being incredibly upset and she would not look at me and stated I would be smart to get out of there and away from her
Im pretty sure that they cannot keep my money for services not providedI will take this as far as I need to if this is not resolved in a timely manner!
I also think that Ashley needs some serious customer service helpI have worked in customer service and still doShe needs to learn to deescalate a situation instead of escalate itI probably would not have been as upset with her had she not been so incredibly rude and tried to withhold receiptsI also don't find it appropriate at all that she would threaten me when I tried to apologizeMy and year old children behave better than her
What happened to "the customer is always right"? I still practice this even as a nurse!
These guys were exceptionalThey were courteous and very conscientious They were extremely careful with all of my furniture So, so pleased with their workWould use them againThank you!
We were very impressed with the work ethic and manners displayed by Parker and Jacob during our moveThose are two hard-working young menThey were polite and attentiveWe could not have had a better moving experience and have already referred them to another individual
These guys were great during our moveEverything was handled professionally and moved without damageThe guys had to move our furniture and a number of heavy plastic tubs up three flights of stairsThey worked their backsides offThey were friendly and courteousWe will definitely use them again!
I have used this company for my last two moves and both times have been very positive experiencesThe movers work quickly and efficiently and they take good care of your belongingsI highly recommend this company and will use them for my future move(s)
I have prepaid for services that have not been rendered and the establishment is refusing to honor the services I have paid for or even refund me my money back I was informed that I had days to use my prepaid services-but according to the establishment there was a miscommunication and that the allowed days for the services to be used after canceling the membership I was informed by the manager that the only way to used my prepaid services was to resign as a member and be charges an additional prepaid service feeI do not believe I should be forced to resign for a membership I wanted to canceled I should be able to use the three services I have already paid for This company has already been sued for this poor business practice and there is no mention of days in the contract -that states services must be completed in a specific time frame
This was our 2nd time to use Firefighting's Finest and we were just as happy with their service this time as we were years ago They were courteous and professional and willing to help out in any way we needed
This was my first time using this company and have always heard great things about themThey exceeded all my expectations and provided a wonderful experience of movingThe crew was on time, fast but very careful and thoroughThey were also very personable and you can bet on my next move I will call them to move me
Our experience with Firefighting's Finest was excellent Mike and Andre communicated an accurate arrival time, were courteous, and efficient It was degrees in Texas on the day of our move; Mike and Andre came with their own supply of water and never complained about the weather! Everything was moved in smoothly We were very grateful for their assistance
I wanted to write a detailed review so I can actually make people aware of how unprofessional this company isOne might assume that with a name like firefighters finest they have very high standards but our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmareI have called the company times and spoken to different people and they keep telling me they will call me back to resolve this but its been days and I haven't received a single call back and I don't anyone else spending their hard earned money to go through the same thing I did
First they damaged my wall and my door, wall I realized while they were there but my door I noticed after they had left
During the walk through I was told they would pack and move anything I needed them to do cause I was paying hourly but when the crew arrived they said " we are only movers and we cant pack stuff" so there itself I was a little taken aback but they had just entered my house I dint think it could get worse but it did
I was told all the furniture was going to be dismantled and shrink wrapped so when I saw them moving my large dining tables as is, I asked them to open it cause it was getting moved to a storage locker and the crew was like " that not how we are use to doing things" I finally had to put my foot down and say this is how I want it done cause its getting moved to another country and I need to save on spaceThey put up a fight every time I asked them to shrink up or do anythingWhen my mom who was helping me a year old women tried to give them instructions the crew was making jokes at herOne of the crew members was spitting everywhereThey dumped a $blanket in my recycling can and said one of my neighbors found and left it in there so that they would make me pay for it and said it dint belong to them when they had the exact same blankets on their truckThen when I asked to crew to use this free blanket that apparently my neighbors had found they guy picks it up and flings in my storage locker and says " Shes insisting on using this so here you go" and throws it on my stuff
Majority of our stuff was packed except for the big furniture and what we expected to take 5-hours took them hoursThe crew was wasting time talking to each and fighting me at every step and making fun of us every time we asked them to do anything I was so exhausted trying to deal with them that I even called the Manager in afternoon telling him that his crew was just unprofessional got his phone number when he came to drop off a TV kit that we had ordered when the move was scheduled that they had forgotten to put on the truckIt was series of thing one after another that is leading me to leave this review
THIS HAD BEEN ONE OF WORST MOVING COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITHThe crew was disrespectful and unprofessionalWould not recommended them to anyone

The movers were very efficient and pleasant to work withEven though it was raining my belongings were wrapped in such a way that they were delivered in excellent condition and dryAlso the price was reasonable
