Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]I advised [redacted] both times she spoke with me in a very cocky and arrogant voice that [redacted] will never step foot or speak with anyone at Massage Envy after her humiliating and belittling interaction with the employee and manager there [redacted] is stalling settling this dispute so more time is deducted from [redacted] 's account [redacted] currently has hours left with Message Envy and expects those hours back in a checkHer contract AGAIN expired 8/12/and I verbally cancelled her membership with the lady that booked her massage in early September,I just spoke to [redacted] at work and she refuses to call or stop by Massage Envy after her horridexperience thereLets get this dispute settled so I don't need to sue Massage EnvyI filed an Attorney General Consumer Affairs complaint today through the mail [redacted] is very one tracked minded She keeps saying over and over and over read the contract but the contract expired 8/12/If we didn't have any timeleft with Massage Envy we would have already just parted ways but They owe use for the hrs of unused prepaid timeWe are only asking for what is Rightfully owed [redacted] I was never aggressive with [redacted] on the phoneShe just refuses to listen to rationale thinking and keeps referring to an outdated contractShe is stalling!!! I could not be happier with this moving company from start to finishThe initial call was easy and helpfulThe movers were on time, worked hard, finished earlier than the estimate, and were so friendly and kind to both me and my son (and my dog!)I was charged a very reasonable rate, as wellI would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any moves in the future!

Overall, I had an awesome moving experience from start to finishNic at the Fort Worth office helped set up a well thought proactive plan for my move The packing and moving teams were very professionalThey took excellent care of my belongingsThey were energetic and very positiveIt was obvious they had a lot of experience in the jobAlso, the team leads were excellent communicators

[redacted] was a member with us here at Massage Envy Spa, Saugus MA until she opted to cancel her membership on September 9th Our memberships are an initial month agreement which then go into auto renew and continue on a month-to-month basisAfter the initial months our members can opt to cancel their memberships with a written notice as stated in the membership agreement and terms and conditionsTo continue to receive membership benefits and keep your membership active and in good standing your membership dues, which generate a hour massage session , do need to be paid in full every monthWe try to be flexible with payment dates; this includes allowing our members to use gift cards, when requested, for their monthly membership paymentsWe will not push payments through early unless requested by the memberOn May [redacted] was upset because the credit card on file was charged for her last monthly membership dues instead of gift cards she had receivedThe front desk associate was able to assist her with paying forward the next months of membership dues with the gift cards [redacted] hadOn September 9, [redacted] requested to cancel her membership and be refunded 1-hour credits she had on her accountWe discussed in detail that she only had 1-hour massage credit on her account and with our day written cancellation notice, as stated in our terms and conditions, she would have payment come out on September 12, and she would have until October 11th to use the massage before they expire [redacted] completed and faxed the membership cancellation request which stated she wanted her credit refundedI called her back again to try to explain to her again the cancellation policy and clarify the confusionOn October 6, we had to reschedule a service she had with one of our estheticians as she was out due to a personal emergencyI tried to offer [redacted] other times and she was unreasonable and would not allow me to work with her to try to accommodate her service with another therapist or on another dayDue to our therapist being absent I was trying to accommodate her at any time that would be convenient for herWe were unable to resolve the cancelled service as she hung up during our callPlease see attached documents; file notes, cancellation request form, client buying history and membership agreement with terms and conditions

Awesome experience. My movers went above and beyond, were friendly and handled my belongings as if they were theirs. Great stress free move:)

My girl friend and I have been with massage envy for almost a year nowWhen we first started our couples massage membership we where already at a bad start with how hard it was to get something scheduledMassage envy only having opening every couple monthsFigured we could catch up but due to them canceling because employees quit or didn't come in made it hardAnd all while we are still paying every monthWe are currently both at about $on our accounts totally around $I have been wanting to cancel my membership when it was obvious The company was not doing well and having issuesI know ther policy states they don't give refundsBut come on, if you can't provide the service we pay for proficiently then It voids the contract because your not filling your partThe service in witch we pay a lot of money for and I feel you guys take advantage of this back and forth messed up policyI do not trust that if I cancel my membership that I'll be able to use all my massages in th

Our family has used these guys twice and both times were thrilled!! They are so kind, professional, quick, and hard working.
