Revdex.com, Mazda has agreed to trade the customer into a new vehicle Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com, The warranty to cover the power steeering repair expired on January 20, and recall 6010H was completed on November 9, Since all warranties have expried, Mazda will be not be able to cover this repair for Mr [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Since my original complain,t I have had my Mazda diagnosed at Colonial Mazda in Danbury, CT (at the request of Mazda Customer Service) It was confirmed the dealer that my car showed an error code (***) which confirms that my power steering pump/pump assembly and power steering fluid and lines need to be replacedThis diagnosis cost $w/taxAs I mentioned earlier, the reason I brought the car in to the dealer was to confirm my complaintI was told ( with no promises) that my car might qualify for "Out of Warranty Repair" After weeks of waiting for an answer, I was told not only would they not pay for the repair in total or even partially, they also would not reimburse me for the diagnosis they requested.A little history, the first repair after the recall was done on November of The car had almost 22,milesThe second time this problem occurred the car had approximately 78,The new and improved parts used for the repair lasted only 56,milesI bought this car with 35, miles on it in In retrospect, this issue was apparent back thenThe car always made a winning noise when turning the wheel, especially when parkingIt also, when idling, made a grinding soundSome thought it was the pulley tensionerThe grinding sound went away as soon as the power steering failedOne could conclude this "repair" was failing after 13,miles.I have owned several cars that have logged between -300,miles and have never had a problem with the power steeringMy wife's car, a Nissan Altima SE, has almost 300,miles and has never had a problem with the power steering just to put things in perspectiveI'm not sure anyone (consumer and said company alike ), should be satisfied with a power steering system that has failed twice with under 80,miles on it I don't believe Mazda could defend this type of lackluster performance of their vehicleA proud, responsible company would not hide behind THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S rule of only have to fix the defect once when they know for certain this is a defective part/designIn conclusion, having worked in a customer service business for over years I ,nor any company I represented, would ever let a loyal customer walk away with nothing, especially if I we knew the customer's compliant was legitimate This is not an approach a company that is concerned with its reputation should follow Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com, Mazda reviewed Mrs [redacted] request for assistance with the brake repair on June 3rd and assistance was declined since the warranty that covered this repair had expired The adjustment warranty that covers brake repairs is months or 12,miles whichever occurs first Since the [redacted] 's vehicle has over 54,miles it's well beyond the adjustment warrantyRegards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not agree that the noise my vehicle is making is normal Per my prior communication on 1/4/15, I have taken my vehicle to other third party repair facilities, including a transmission repair shop, and they all state that something is failing within the transmission The problem started while the vehicle was under warranty and Mazda should honor that and make the necessary repairs Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mazda is blaming my "driving habits and environment" for the premature warping of the rotorsI have another vehicle with which I had no issue with regards to rotor wear even though the driving and environment are identicalBut the Mazda rotors fail within a year and have been replaced twice in a year time frameUnfortunately, Mazda refuses to acknowledge the problem let alone provide a long term solutionI was offered a $gift certificate in dealer credit but that does not come close to resolving the issueAs stated in my original complaint, a replacement vehicle is the only acceptable resolution Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The car only had miles on it when the Turbo that mazda replaced blew upThere is no way a dealership installed, new turbo should break down after only milesEven the Service advisor at the dealership said it's either a defective turbo or it was installed improperlyFor Mazda to expect me to pay for this repair is ludicrousThey know full well that that turbo should not of failedThe car was very well maintained and not mistreatedThey need to stand behind their products and services and make this right Regards, [redacted]

The next case ( [redacted] has been reviewed by Mazda and no assistance will be provided The customer lost the vehicle to the lien holder and the customer must continue to work with the lien holder

Revdex.com,Ms [redacted] CX-has over 75,miles at the time of the customer complaint Mazda's warranty that covers defects is years or 36,miles whichever occurs first Since Ms [redacted] vehicle has exceeded Mazda's warranty, no assistance can be provided from Mazda.Regards, ***

Mazda's defense is my car has 75,miles on it So are they stating their customers should just expect lack of thought in engineering and the vehicle only to sustain to about 60,miles? The gear Shift is a result of cheap hardened plastic which buckles in rapid weather changes My next question would be even if I were to get the vehicle fixed is there a new design in place that would resolve the issue at hand? If is Mazda's goal to design a car that has multiple mechanical, functional, and aesthetic malfunctions with only 75,miles I will not suggest anyone purchase a Mazda vehicle, I pray that Mazda will have so many compliance issues on this vehicle that they will also be force to recall it It is sad when a company choose poor design and quantity, over owner satisfaction and quality

I am not satisfied with the response because I am not referring to warranty workIt has been acknowledged by *** *** and Mazda USA that this paint issue is a manufacturing errorThis has nothing to do with a warrantyIt has also been said that no matter what maintenance I have or could have done would prevent this from happeningTherefore, I should not be responsible for any cost in replacement of these rims
