Revdex.com,The vehicle was inspected by the Service Manager and DSM and they determined the paint was damaged by something corrosive which caused the defect.Mazda will not be covering this repair under warranty.Regards, *** ***

Dear *** This is a second response in regards to Revdex.com Consumer Complaint # ***, Mazda Reference # *** Attached is the first response that was sent to your organization. The customer states his transmission is making a noise and should have been replaced while the vehicle was under warranty in September Upon diagnosis in September 2013, there were no issues found with the customer’s transmission Additionally, the customer went to another Mazda dealership in April and July 2014, and the second dealership found the noise coming from the transmission to be a noise for this model vehicle As the transmission has been operating as during his last three visits to Mazda dealerships, a transmission replacement or repair has not been recommended by Mazda Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Mazda has confirmed the these vehicles do not come with CD players The *** Label which officially lists the specs and features of the vehicle does not list CX player as feature The customer has been advised and apology has been provided to the customer

Last time I attempted to call them the wait was over min. Bottom line is that it is an issue with their product that they should correct ASAP. Not advise owners to "Not have people ride in the passenger side of the vehicle. Please provide them with my email for a direct link: ***.***. Either way I would like this issue documented for future consumers. Thanks in advance for the assistance provided thus far

To whom it may concern,  The applicable warranty on this vehicle has already expired. However, Mazda Customer Experience Center working towards having the vehicle inspected.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I was contacted by the manager [redacted], from Mazda corporate  and stated Mazda has agreed to pay for the complete and full paint estimate of repair they received in the amount of $675.00.  He advised he will personally contact the Body shop manager of [redacted] Mazda to schedule to repair/paint job and request  a loaner vehicle to accommodate me during the 3-4 days my vehicle will be under going the repair process.  I am completely satisfied with this resolution and will follow up with Revdex.com if this is not handed as promised by Mazda Corporate.  Thank you

The headliner has been delivered to the dealership.  The vehicle was repaired and returned to the customer on Novermber 25, 2015.

Mazda's offer remains at 50% of the repairs.  The warranty has expired.  Customer should address with [redacted] if there were any promises made by them.
