Revdex.com,The Washington lemon law expired at 24 months or 24K miles on this CX-7.  Have the service department contact Mazda's Technical Hotline for assistance in repairing this vehicle.Regards, [redacted]

Mazda offered $100 gift card for customer satisfaction.  The vehicle is outside of warranty and no defects have been found.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is a brush-off no-response that tells me that the "business" didn't even read my complaint let alone paid any attention.
Regards,
[redacted]

Mazda has already received Mr. [redacted] refund request. The Customer Mediation will be working with Mr. [redacted] to resolve.

Mazda is covering 50% of the repairs as a goodwill gesture.  The vehicle is outside the New Vehicle Limit Warranty.  The vehicle is over 3 years old and has 70,000 miles.  Mazda's warranty is 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first.  Again, Mazda is offering a goodwill...

gesture since the vehicle is outside of warranty.

Mazda apologizes for the delayed response.  We have been in contact with the customer and agreed to reimburse for the rental invoice.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed...

action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mazda is blaming my "driving habits and environment" for the premature warping of the rotors. I have another vehicle with which I had no issue with regards to rotor wear even though the driving and environment are identical. But the Mazda 6 rotors fail within a year and have been replaced twice in a 3 year time frame. Unfortunately, Mazda refuses to acknowledge the problem let alone provide a long term solution. I was offered a $100 gift certificate in dealer credit but that does not come close to resolving  the issue. As stated in my original complaint, a replacement vehicle is the only acceptable resolution.
