The check was sent by mail to [redacted] on Friday, August It is typical with mail time(2-days) which means it probably did not reach the bank's mailroom (due to the weekend) until sometime on the 17th Unfortunately it was probably sitting and not yet forwarded to the loan dept on the morning of the 18th when Mr [redacted] checked with them It should be any day!!

There is a disclaimer that states all of the fees/qualifying monies that are included in the final price of any vehicle that is advertisedAdditionally, the original correspondence was for a [redacted] LE and the conversation at the dealership was for a SE The Customers did not purchase a vehicle - we welcome them back, to sit with a different sales manager if they prefer, to breakdown the sale any *** - that includes the fees/taxes/rebates and incentives

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowThe response from the business is extremely general and did not attempt to answer my specific questions They said "All paperwork is signed and correctly completed." without even explaining what paperwork was signed and what documents were needed I did receive forms from [redacted] and my request for documentation is satisfied I have not seen any documentation that shows how the jointly owned [redacted] was traded in without having the approval and signature of the co-owner, [redacted] I have seen nothing to show that the documentation is correctly completed.The issue where I alleged that they provided information regarding the "True Car" price was not addressed I gave a specific account of the discussion and information from a web site documenting what I was statingTheir response was that I can come in and talk to themI expected the issue to be addressed in the response to this complaint I believe that they gave the response that they did because they do not want to put anything in writing.The Revdex.com should not accept this general lackluster response from McGee Toyota and should consider it the same as a non response Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] is the Used Car ManagerIn the absence of the finance person who did the paperwork, he is the one to speak to .He can clarify and answer any questions that you may have He can also provide you with a copy of the signed credit application

called and left message for customer to contact me on Monday- I thought that after speaking with [redacted] - used car mgrthat the issues were resolved [redacted] did reach out via phone and email to ***They were in contactI will clarify exactly what is still not done and hope to bring resolution to this once and for all for ***

I received an email from Mr [redacted] I will pass along his request , to Mr [redacted] , who can initiate the warranty cancellation as requested

I never got a copy of this complaint- this is the first I am hearing about it The customer should call [redacted] or [redacted] directly in the Used Car Dept to resolve the issues

*** and I went over this complaint- he said, as mentioned by the customer, that they took photos of the vehicleThey also signed all of the paperwork for the vehicle. There were multiple documents requiring the customer's signatures to secure the loan, that clearly indicated that the vehicle was a model. There was nothing hidden. The finance director worked diligently over three days to get loan approval on the vehicle for the customer. Everyone thought that the customer was happy to have a low payment and be purchasing a new vehicle which was their goal when they came to the dealership

Unfortunately, Mr *** never reached out to anyone at McGee to clarify the figures or answer any questionsThis is the first time we are being made aware that there is a problem. Mr *** read the complaint and mentioned that the customer was very happy when he left the
dealershipAll the particulars were discussed and agreed upon The customer additionally purchased GAP Insurance ($895) and an extended warranty ($2190) so the figures are accurate. I put the paperwork copies in the mail today, I am sorry for the confusion with that. Mr *** also answered the Toyota customer satisfaction survey, after his purchase, and gave us a 100%! We had no idea that he was unhappyFor sure we would have explained everything right away if we had known!! We want him to return for service in the future and look forward to making his visits- positive ones Mr*** is available to go over any additional questions. Please contact him anytime

I will attempt to contact McGee Toyota on Monday however, as indicated in the complaint, I've left several messages and never received any email or phone responses since initial contact with *** Infuriating lack of follow up. Revdex.com:

I left a message for *** to confirm her mailing address and see if she has a receipt. Since so much time has passed, if there is no receipt, I will still have the office cut a check for the $she requested and send it out to her tomorrowOnce I hear back, I will have the office

Good Afternoon,I am sending this to you in response to the Unresolved status of this case.Please know that I am diligent about responding and do not know how this onefell short on timeliness from the dealership.Our server was changed and under repair in May and early June and I believethat was the cause.When I realized the mishap I called *** to discuss and try to addressher issues She explained that her issues had been resolved and she was allset.That being the case, I am in hopes that you can contact her/make sure she issatisfied and does not need my assistance/and possibly close the case asresolved.Thankyou for your help It is important to McGee to keep up with thecomplaints -we take them very seriously
