The used Car Sales Manager called and spoke to *** at about 7pm Monday. *** was offered options to resolve the issues with the tires so that he will be satisfied with his truck purchase

I am receiving this message on the holiday weekend and will be sure to contact the business manager on Tuesday to get some additional information

I was not part of the conversation and to that end I am sorry that I cannot clarifyI can not go back to the conversation. For some reason there was a disconnect. Congratulations on your new vehicle

I refute Mr***'s explanation that the GAP Insurance ($895) and an extended warranty ($2190) was discussed with myself nor my husband He never mentioned that this was service being added or billed to us My husband was present and he can concur that this was service never presented to us in any manner (verbally or digitally) If we signed for this service, it was done so in a deceptive and predatory manner as Mr*** had us digitally sign several times with the explanation that the signatures did not go through This is a serious issue with proper disclosure and truth in lending

The business manager that *** dealt with is no longer at the dealership. I cannot speak directly to himFinding the best financing rates are the responsibility of the finance manager, even when a customer has a rate quote, he tries to find a better financing option for the customer. The letters from financial institutions are automatically generated and do not have a negative effectMr *** did sign a credit application that allowed the finance manager to explore these options

Please assure Mr*** that ***i *** will handle the details of this issue. She is not on site at the dealership every dayBut, she is reachable by email, ***@mcgeecars.com. I will forward Mr ***'s information to her. Mt *** should deal only

*** *** our General manager called and spoke to the customer. They discussed financial compensation/options moving forward. Customer stated that she would let him know if these terms were acceptable. All questions and concerns will be handled directly through *** ***

The McGee Toyota never contacted me on Monday 8/or at any point throughout the week

I have received and read the complaint.Due to the holiday ,and the weekend, the parties mentioned are not all at the dealership. Monday, when we have a full staff, I will gather the vehicle purchase information and sumbit a response

I am rejecting this response, I have stated that I have left messages for Ms***I do not have email so I would need a phone call back in regards to my issue

*** called and we spoke briefly, on November 28th around 1pm.He offered car payments, totaling around $Stating he was offering this, so this situation would not escalate any further.Again, no apology, and no remorse, the same arrogant tone and disregard he used that Friday, towards my mother and I when we explained that, that wasn't the car we test drove...I told *** I was going to look further into it and call my mother in lawAnd that was the end of our conversation

I contacted the business to correct my credit reportAfter months, the company finally decided to respondOn September 13th, I was promised a letter to correct my credit and also I was going to be sent the document I signed permitting the original credit pullAfter additional contact attempts and a month later, there has been zero follow upThis is unacceptableI expect resolution and restitutionAwful awful awful malicious and irresponsible service from beginning to end of this ordeal in June
Actually respond and do as you originally promisedAt this point, there needs to be restitution for the awful service and horrendous lack of follow up
