[redacted] is the Used Car Manager. In the absence of the finance person who did the paperwork, he is the one to speak to .He can clarify and answer any questions that you may have.  He can also provide you with a copy of the signed  credit application.

called and left message for customer to contact me on Monday- I thought that after speaking with [redacted] - used car mgr. that the issues were resolved.  [redacted] did reach out via phone and email to [redacted]. They were in contact. I will clarify exactly what is still not done and hope to bring resolution to this once and for all for [redacted].

[redacted] co- manages the Used Car Dept.  I just got off the phone with him. He is calling [redacted] tonight.  He is able to discuss all/any concerns in [redacted] absence.

I never got a copy of this complaint- this is the first I am hearing about it.  The customer should call [redacted] or [redacted] directly in the Used Car Dept to resolve the issues.

I was informed that my credit would not be pulled. I would like to see a copy of this form I signed.  Your associates are deceptive and I explicitly told them not to look for other options. It is MY responsibility to decide how I finance /purchase my vehicle. This DOES have a negative affect on my credit as I've witnessed firsthand. I check my credit regularly and part of my day-to-day occupation entails regulatory compliance with a major financial institution.  Without my permission, the actions of your dealership violate Regulation Z. No call received or messages left today as promised.  I took the time to write a detailed account of my issues.  I believe the business should have responded in writing specifically addressing my issues.  I continue to believe that this business's rating should reflect their lack of any real response to my complaint.  One very general denial and a phone call that did not come does not make for an A- rated company.
