I never got a copy of this complaint- this is the first I am hearing about it. The customer should call [redacted] or [redacted] directly in the Used Car Dept to resolve the issues.
I was informed that my credit would not be pulled. I would like to see a copy of this form I signed. Your associates are deceptive and I explicitly told them not to look for other options. It is MY responsibility to decide how I finance /purchase my vehicle. This DOES have a negative affect on my credit as I've witnessed firsthand. I check my credit regularly and part of my day-to-day occupation entails regulatory compliance with a major financial institution.
