*** *** is the Finance manager who completed the paperwork and handled the warranty and trade paperwork. All paperwork is signed and correctly completed. The vehicle purchase price, through *** ***, can be discussed further with the Sales Manager, *** *** if customer needs
further explaination Please have the customer come in and speak to ** *** and obtain paperwork copies. Or ,we are happy to mail them

#***I would like to respond as to why I rejected the message from the business.Yes as mentioned in my original complaint my mother did take a picture of the carWe still have the picture, it was November 8th at 5:45pm. We also have the picture my mom took of the odometer, reading miles, that we test drove at 3:21pm. Also mentioned, both cars are black, I never walked around this car, did not test drive, nor did we sit in it. BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER INFORMED THAT THE CAR WAS SWITCHED.Also as mentioned in my original complaint, I take responsibility for not reading the documents completely. I was concerned about the numbers because Bill had started us with payments of $386, and we managed to get it down to less than half thatFor over hours, it was so much back and forth regarding the financing, I did not pay attention to the year of the carWe had no idea they had switched the cars.As for the loan approval taking daysWe left that Tuesday after 7pm, when the banks are closed. Wednesday our salesman called and said they were changing the computer system and everything was down, and Thursday is the day they said there was an issue with financing. Friday we didn't go to the dealership until around 5pm because the car hadn't been registered yet.As far as my mother having a low car payment, we put down $8500.00, and we negotiated the price and payments for over hoursPlus it is only a year lease.Friday is when we realized the cars had been switched and we did not accept the car

I spoke to Mr [redacted] this morning.  The refund check is going to [redacted] today for $2,164.87.  Mr [redacted] is pleased with the outcome.

We have waited to respond , in the hopes that the customer would answer our calls.  The Used Car Manager, [redacted], has called and left 3 messages for [redacted] hoping to connect and discuss the issues.  Until then there is no way to look for a resolution.

I have the refund check at the dealership for Mr [redacted].I left him a voicemail and I sent an email to see if he would prefer picking it up, or if he would like us to mail to him.

The salesperson and supporting staff have been told to be more accurate with repair appointments and times.  They will be more attentive to customers' busy schedules and be more conscience of their busy schedules. , in the future.

 Hello [redacted], this is [redacted]. We just spoke on the phone about the complaint with my used car purchase at McGee Toyota (ID # above). I left messages with [redacted] at McGee Toyota that weren't returned, and this morning I got a message from Revdex.com saying that the case had been closed. However, no resolution has been reached. I would like to keep it open and have the dealer contact me. Thank you very much for your help!

There is a disclaimer that states all of the fees/qualifying monies that are included in the final price of any vehicle that is advertised. Additionally, the original correspondence was for a [redacted] LE and the conversation at the dealership was for a SE.  The Customers did not purchase a...

vehicle - we welcome them back, to sit with a different sales manager if they prefer,  to breakdown the sale any [redacted] - that includes the fees/taxes/rebates and incentives.

I have explained numerous times that I was told no one would pull my credit by your staff. I expect far better service than telling me who to speak with. I explicitly told the salesman NOT to pull my credit. Provide me the the signed form and tell me why your staff lied to me. I attempted multiple methods in contacting your dealership yet no one responded. Please address these issues and correct my credit.  Revdex.com:

[redacted], Mcgee GM will contact [redacted] today to answer all of his questions.

Mr [redacted] called and spoke to Finance Director, [redacted] yesterday. Mr [redacted] is going to contact General Manager [redacted] over the weekend to schedule a time to discuss his concerns.

I purchased [redacted] from a different dealer on the same day and obtained the price the online specialist quote me for. Your response still does not explain why the online specialist told me that is the final price yet you are still adding fees to that. When I was talking to the sales manager I was trying to ask about the LE price in the end but he is not listening to me and argue with me on the SE price.

[redacted] was extremely responsive to the complaint and returned my call immediately - mailing the check out that night. I received the refund in full this evening and deem the resolution satisfactory. Thank you very much!

The check was sent by mail to [redacted] on Friday, August 12.  It is typical with mail time(2-3 days) which means it probably did not reach the bank's mailroom (due to the weekend) until sometime on the 17th.  Unfortunately it was probably sitting and not yet forwarded to the loan dept on the morning of the 18th when Mr [redacted] checked with them.  It should be any day!!

The office manager is calling the customer today, Friday 9/4, to make sure she has all of his information.She will then leave the instructions for [redacted] in our office, when she returns on Tuesday.  The claim will be processed then and Mr [redacted] will get an update via phone or email.

I received an email from Mr [redacted].  I will pass along his request , to Mr [redacted], who can initiate the warranty cancellation as requested.

Please have [redacted] contact the General Manager of the Used Car Dept ,  [redacted].  He is the person that these concerns should be directed to.

Unfortunately everyone has tried to go out of their way to please Ms [redacted] and she is not satisfied.  She has her paperwork, the warranty that she decided she did not want has been cancelled (it takes up to 30 days to process),  the key is here waiting to be cut and coded at the...

dealership.  She has been asked to come in - the vehicle needs to be here to have the key programmed. She was told to come in as soon as she wants, or if it is more convenient to wait for a regularly scheduled maintenance apt, that time would be fine as well. ( 5,000 mi or 10,000 mi) There is a paper trail of correspondence including numerous text messages and emails showing that the salesman and the GM were in contact with her.  We welcome Ms [redacted] to come in at her earliest convenience, to get her key, and to have any lingering questions answered.  Her salesman, [redacted] is available to make sure she is comfortable with her new vehicle.

Still awaiting a return call back. I did go in dropped of a written document from an authorized [redacted] tire dealer stating the tires are dry rot in the channels and that the tires were manufactured in 3/2013.

Please add your rejection comments below. The response from the business is extremely general and did not attempt to answer my specific questions.  They said "All paperwork is signed and correctly completed." without even explaining what paperwork was signed and what documents were needed.  I did receive 2 forms from [redacted] and my request for documentation is satisfied.  I have not seen any documentation that shows how the jointly owned [redacted] was traded in without having the approval and signature of the co-owner, [redacted]. I have seen nothing to show that the documentation is correctly completed.The issue where I alleged that they provided false information regarding the "True Car" price was not addressed.  I gave a specific account of the discussion and information from a web site documenting what I was stating. Their response was that I can come in and talk to them. I expected the issue to be addressed in the response to this complaint.  I believe that they gave the response that they did because they do not want to put anything in writing.The Revdex.com should not accept this general lackluster response from McGee Toyota and should consider it the same as a non response.
