I paid a total of for supposedly a protection plan to avoid hackers getting into my accountThis plan I was told would be for lifetimeThey showed me where Russian hackers got on my computerI fell for it and sent them a check The next time supposedly Nigeria hackers got into my computer and wanted to charge me an additional Of course I did not do thisI got into an argument with the technician and he told me to shut upHe also repeated over and over what I had told them to begin withWhen I calmed down they finished, he told me he would refund dollars in daysI asked them to use those funds for the *** *** protection, of course he said they could not I have reported them to the Revdex.comThe refund was an incorrect amount and they also gave me a different address to send the checkThe first one was a mail box at a USPS, the second one was a house address

I have just been scammed by this company How do I get out of it? I totally fell for it?True on all replies listed

I have spoken with Prime Technology and have satisfied my complaint I talk to Manager (***) , and he solved my problem promptly He was very helpful and if I have other issues I will talk to him only After speaking to *** , I rest assured that I am talking to professionals and people who know this business well I am very much happy in keeping Prime Technology as my computer service company and would like to withdraw my complaint against them thankyou very much for helping me out in this Regards *** ***

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I did receive an email asking me to call them on 6/20/ I replied to the email on 6/20/with my issues about the products and service and the money I have paid and what I wanted In response to the email I sent they responded back on 6/21/by call me and we will get this worked out First anyone you talk to at the company has such a broken English it is hard to understand them, second any dealings with them I want in writing because the word over the phone does not mean anything If I had a way of recording the conversation on the phone with them I would call them so I would have some guaranty that they would do or not do what they say and I am sure they are going to want access to my computer again.
I realize this may sound like I do not want to solve the problem with them, but I believe they have access to my computer behind the scenes when I am online with them and that is where all my problems with my computer is coming fromHow would any one from Russia or Nigeria gain access to my computer if they suppose able put there security on it original in on 1/30/and then I spend $because of Russia and now they want me to spend $because of Nigeria If they can send me in writing exactly what they will do to handle this I will call themRegards,

Prime Technologies LLC used scare tactics to convince me to let them access my computer remotelyThey told me that I had been hacked by someone in Nigeria and that if they did not install some software they were selling, my bank accounts would be emptiedI wrote them a check for $which was an extreme burden as I am a retiree on a fixed incomeAfter I mailed the check, I searched for information on them on the internet and saw that they had scammed othersI contacted my bank and stopped payment on the checkNow they have been calling multiple times per day and are threatening legal action

I need to say I am very impressed with D L C Construction ! I have owned several properties over the years as well as owned my own businesses D L C provides professional work ethics, has a great crew, dependable, responsible and fair pricingi will call on them again and refer to those that want the best I have experienced in a long time !! Thank you D L C for restoring my faith that people like you still exist !!

I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General These people are lead technology scammers, whom I fell for in the beginning They create the situations, then report them to you as having happened, or happening at that instant They insist on money upfront, and say they are supplying you with NSA software It is such a scam, and a very expensive one Do not fall for anything they say! They are not legitimate If you don't hang up right away, you are dead in the water

This is in reference to the complaint ID *** , tried to contact *** but not able to establish contact with her In her complaint she is referring to *** and not Prime technologies LLc , As mentioned earlier she has been helped to get the refund initiated by my support team against *** (third party Company ) She should expect her refund in coming week or so as per *** Customer rep .She did call us to get her computer serviced by our company (Prime Technologies LLC ) but she did not pay us anything . At the same time customer (*** ) is not aware of any such complaint made against Prime Technologies LLC , I smell something fishy here so would really request you to please investigate this matter as its ruining our Companies Reputation Revert back for any clarification @ *** .Regards Escallation Team

I agreed to and paid for their services in Since that time, they implemented another absolutely needed service through an organization called GIT for needed updates Soon after this service, Prime Technologies contacted me (knowing immediately about GIT), saying that they were bogus (even though they had the Prime Technologies information) and that their software had been deleted by GIT Of course the *** hackers were at it again They wanted me to repay the original purchase price to reinstall it I had learned my lesson by now and told them no They tried to get less money from me right away When I again said no, they hung up They are doomsday scammers Under no circumstances should to deal with them

I will accept Prime Technologies response after the refund is received The bank has confirmed that the account was indeed hacked after the so called software was installed, they have offered no real proof that anything was ever installed on the computer or that any repairs were performed
