Revdex.com:Again, I reject Prime Technologies LLC response; because, the Prime Technologies's phone number  in their Revdex.com response IS the same phone number that was referenced in the "shutdown execute function" that they installed on my computer when I refused to pay Prime Technologies LLC $799.99. PLUS, there was NO EVIDENCE THAT MY COMPUTER WAS HACKED, so what was loaded onto my computer by Prime Technologies LLC. 
Again, I reiterate that I previously provided the Revdex.com a cell phone picture of the shutdown execute file that Prime Technologies installed on my computer. Furthermore, I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL, and I will not accept any phone calls from Prime Technologies LLC to put myself in a "he-said-she-said" scenario with this Prime Technologies LLC. 
I HAVE ASKED PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC TO NEVER CALL ME AGAIN, AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MY REQUEST!!!
SO NOW, I'LL REITERATE IN WRITING, PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC, DO NOT EVER CALL MY PHONE AGAIN, AND NEVER CONTACT MY WIFE SINCE YOU HAVE HER PHONE NUMBER.
Prime Technologies LLC shall direct all communication through the Revdex.com (in writing). That's what the Revdex.com is for, and I want to the Revdex.com to be a 3rd Party Administrator for this complaint. 
I did receive a phone call from Prime Technologies LLC stating that they were "Willing to Work with You" (with the you meaning "me").
If they have a solution to resolve this dispute, then I request that Prime Technologies LLC starts writing a cashier's check.
When that check clears and sufficient funds are proven at a bank in WA State, then this complaint will be resolved.
I think $249.99 plus [redacted] cost (invoice previously provided to Revdex.com) to uninstall Prime Technologies shutdown execute function plus [redacted] other recommendations to clean-up and protect my computer is fair. Keep in mind that Prime Technologies estimate to clean up my computer was $799.99 (and Revdex.com has those records linked back to Prime Technologies WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBER). As a result, I think should receive the $799.99, and that amount should be considered the absolute minimum amount I'll accept to clean-up and protect my computer. I believe their first estimate was over $800, and the Revdex.com has that record too. 
And if my time and inconvenience is worth anything, then I'd like to receive additional financial compensation for the stress associated with losing my files and the sleepless nights of questioning how I'll recover the data.
Thank you for your time, and please let me know how Prime Technologies would like to "work with me"? Because all I'm hearing is their whole "it wasn't me excuse,"  which is a load of crap. 
It's the same company, same background noise, and same Eastern-English accent. When I was being hustled to pay the $799.99 to Prime Technologies LLC, Prime Technologies LLC forwarded me around to different staff to pressure the sale too. When I refused to pay, Prime Technologies LLC locked me out of my computer. 
$249.99 + $54.30 +$799.99 + pain & suffering & lost time from work to address this issue...  a $3,000 cashier's check would settle this claim.
I'll conclude with reiterating that Prime Technologies (or their affiliates) NEVER call me or my wife again, and that Prime Technologies LLC keeps all communication through the Revdex.com for this complaint.

I have asked for specific information as to what was installed or fixed on my father's computer.  I asked for specifics but have not received that information, only a general End User Support Agreement where they added my name as a customer and I am not a customer.  Supposedly they installed an expensive anti hacking program on to his computer but I want the specific name and dates that this was done and proof that they did indeed do something to protect him from hackers and viruses.  They contacted me using my work number to urge me to drop my complaint.  I was told that companies are using their name and that is why their rating is so low with Revdex.com.

russian hacker scam on sunday afternoon

IF THEY CAN RETURN TO ME THE UN-CASHED CHECK #[redacted] TO MY RESIDENCE THEN I WILL BE  FULLY SATISFIED.  AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT CASH THE CHECK OR TRY TO CASH THE CHECK THEN ALL IS WELL. MY BANK HAS A "STOP" ON THE CHECK AND WILL NOT PAY OUT ANY MONEY ON THAT CHECK.  SO PLEASE WOULD THE Revdex.com RETURN THIS INFO TO PRIME TECHNOLOGIES TO SEND ME THE CHECK.  THANK YOU.

I joined them and paid the fees (two different checks) by electronic transfer; received an email back that one transfer did not go through so sent a check. When I discovered that all transactions had happened started process of getting back the overpayment. It has taken almost three weeks to get someone to say that a check for the amount has been sent; there was no explanation as to why they will not do their financial business by electronic transfers but they don't. Am waiting to see if the check is in the mail or 'in the mail' -- I'm supposed to have it by Friday. The 866 phone number is disconnected as of 30 Jun 15.
And now I must make a claim to them for a second double billing.

I received a check from Prime Technologies for $1,500 and my bank would not allow me to just cash it as they had no affiliation with the bank of issue.  I reluctantly deposited it to my account, and it has been several weeks now and it has not bounced.  So I am confirming that the...

response to the complaint which you made on Revdex.com that according to your local technician , upon checking your computer that we have corrupted the BIOS of your computer, as per our conversation you checked your computer and it was working fine after our technician worked on it, secondly as you mentioned after we were done working on your computer the next day you researched about us on Revdex.com using the internet on the same computer, and thirdly after you found that Prime Technologies is not accredited, you took your computer to a local technician and he checked your computer and told you that we have corrupted the BIOS of your computer.
    
Now  Ms. [redacted] please understand that if your BIOS is corrupted it will give you a black or blue screen and it will say that BIOS is Corrupted, when my technician handover your computer to you, you checked and said that  everything  was working fine " which shouldn't be in case if your computer BIOS was corrupted " . Now to justify our work BIOS is a command that can only be executed from the user end not from the virtual remote, and BIOS is only used when we need to install a new Window. And as per the recording its nowhere found that my technician installed a new window or ask to execute BIOS command.
 
Infact , we heard the recording twice carefully in which technician asked many times , " MA'AM , computer is working fine now  and you said yes " . 
 
So the statement made by your local technician is null and void. Still if you are not satisfied with the result you can email us on [redacted]

Company called and told me my computer was hacked and they had all my passwords and was about to withdraw my money out of my checking account. I thought it was a computer tech I had a contract with. They said it was a hacker who knew how to get around all my protection. They requested check for $1499.00 for [redacted], etc. My husband was near death with blood clots and I was very upset. I approved check through bank. They quote installed it. Later I discovered there was nothing there and I was being hacked again. Scam artist that I fell for because of my trauma.

We have not deposited Mr. [redacted] check and do not intend to. I will send him an email to that affect.

my complaint with Prime Technologies. The Manager [redacted] was very helpful in solving the problem reported. He was polite and efficient and I am the new member of Prime Technologies LLC  Thank you for your Assistance and I am withdrawing my complaint against  Prime Technology LLC.

this is a scam. They told us our network was hacked with Windows 10 upgrade. We had to pay $250. to remove hackers ck by phone. They don't accept credit cards. We go into network and its locked down. No one can get in. I googled company and found Scam Alerts. I called d "[redacted] " at the company and he sd he wld cxl and remove all software. We still cldnt get in Network, I called again and "[redacted]" Sr. Anti Hacker tech, employee #[redacted]..tells me the Network is locked down till the ck clears..I told him my name and sd we cxld everything. [redacted] told me since my husband was rude, it's my problem. I have reported to Revdex.com. We had to take all computers to a specialist to remove lock and their software. Our business has been shut down going on 3 Days because of them.
